I ordered business products on behalf of our university. Kristen was prompt, efficient, helpful, and kind. She was incredibly responsive, made all necessary adjustments and helped us brainstorm layouts. Ive ordered personal stationary on multiple occasions from other businesses in other states; my experience with Kristen and Westwood Creative Co. was by far the simplest and least stressful experience Ive had. I definitely recommend her services. Her work is beautiful.

Westwood Creative Company helped design a “we’ve moved” Christmas card for us last December. They are a wonderful company to work with. Kristen listened to what we wanted in a card and accommodated us so that we could send them out early to family and friends. She designed different options for us to look at and fine- tuned the design we chose until it was exactly as we wanted. The cards arrived earlier than promised so we were able to get them out in early December. We can’t recommend Westwood Creative Co enough, and working with Kristen was effortless. She has great creative ideas and used quality paper and envelopes for our order. The experience was very professional and customer oriented from start to finish. We will definitely be back.

Kristen helped me with my branding for my business: logo, font, and colors. One, my logo is wonderful! I really think its a great representation of my and my business. She takes inspiration and feedback really well, and is willing to go back to the drawing board to make changes.She also gave me many options for my comfort level when I received my final files so Im able to manipulate the colors for whatever type of graphic or product Im using.I cannot say enough about her professionalism and expertise. Kristen is an Adobe wizard with an eye for what is on trend and what looks great. Use her and Westwood for your invitations or your business branding! You wont regret it!

Poor communication, customer service, and final product. My fiancee made it clear she wanted gold font during her initial consult yet our invitations arrived with a dull gray font. Ruth had promised a physical proof of concept invitation but instead, we were only ever sent digital proofs. Maybe if Ruth had lived up to her end of the bargain we would have seen that she decided to make design decisions on her own accord. After getting your deposit Ruths responses are always delayed and do not answer all your questions or concerns. So if you have any complaints, get ready to have nobody but your unsatisfied SO to voice them to.Also, if youre Canadian, get ready to be charged with a huge customs/import fee. Ruth promised she had dealt with Canadian customers before and that there were no extra fees that were charged. When UPS arrived at my door they were asking for $200 in extra fees. When we asked Ruth if she had declared the value of the package she told us she hadnt. Yet somehow UPS knew the exact price we paid for her services. I guess UPS must be mind readers.Im completely unsatisfied and wish I had gone with somebody else for my wedding invitations.

Outstanding work and communication from day one. Kristen is creative and worked so well with us to get the invitation to our event just perfect. Without fail, everyone who received an invite commented on how gorgeous the invitations were. Great prices, great service and we will be back for our next event.

Ruth did a wonderful job with our custom designed save the dates and invitations. Our guests were all very impressed. She has been very easy to work and communicate with. Excited to see what she comes up with for menu and program design!
