Trainers are wonderful.Management at this location is poor. I decided to freeze my account due to increased covid numbers, and managment took 7 days to respond. Only method to communicate is via email, so you would expect a minimum 24 turnaround. Also, the amount charged for frozen accounts is unreasonably high.I moved forward with canceling my account, but due to the delayed response of managment I was billed an additional month as you need to provide a 30day notice of cancellation.

I love the ambiance of the studio! The orange lights, the great music and the coach that pushes you to be the best you can be.

Awesome workout, great coaches! You can go at your own pace, and modify exercises if needed. It seems like everyone is working hard, so it really pushes and motivates you to do the same. Everything is clean, and there are lockers to store your valuables while working out. There is always someone out at the front desk, which is great if you have questions, or are just thinking about joining.8-11-21 So...I still agree with everything I said in my first post. I go about 4-5x/week... and all of the coaches are awesome! They are encouraging, and help motivate everyone, big time! The studio is clean, the bathrooms are clean. They have lockers available for your belongings (that are clean). The coaches are top of giving you disinfectant wipes to clean anything you have touched. The music is almost always on point! It might just depend on what type of music you like. It is loud, but if you have an issue with that, they provide earplugs.Ive enjoyed my time there, and will continue to go for sure!

Changed my fitness life! It’s a very expensive gym, I pay around $180, but it just works for me. One hour of intensive exercise and yet very inclusive of all fitness levels.

BE AWARE of this location !!!!! Coaches/Gym ok and enjoyed my time while there. But bad experience with management policies and principles. My account was put on freeze due to COVID in Mar 2020 as per Governor orders. Without any reopening communication, OT started charging me monthly fees starting Apr2021 and I did not use any services. While checking credit card statements, I found this after 2 months. Auto -pay :(Yes, I signed the contract and I did not give 30 day notice but did not get any reopening communication so OT cant charge the monthly fee. After several emails/discussions, OT worked with their IT to get the proof that they sent me email and that communication shows reopening on May 15, 2020 (yes 2020 and they opened in 2021) and cant show that they really sent to me :) yes we are still in old age eraSo while you can enjoy your workout, be on lookout for getting charged even if you are not using the gym.

I wish I could give zero stars. Signed up for my first class, was told to come 30 minutes early so got there at 7AM, the door was locked, and they came to the door and said I couldnt come in until 5 minutes before. I said about the email. He came back with the manager and said that they werent expecting new clients, I showed my email that said I was signed up for the Kirkland OTF class and she said I dont think it has any connection to our studio, I showed that it was signed by Orange Theory Kirkland and they said they couldnt let me in. What makes it worse is I was standing outside in the pouring rain and they never said sorry ever! Even though I was signed up, had three emails confirming my class, showed up 30 minutes before (when it was early morning) and they showed absolutely no sympathy. I was hoping Id be buying a membership with them but now Ill never go back.

Registered online a few days in advance, the confirmation said I need to be here 30 minutes before. Received a call about an hour before the class, was told I don’t have to arrive early, got my information collected and advised to arrive on scheduled time. Arrived On Time BUT was not let in to the class! The coach apparently was not available to go over the equipment. No apology for miscommunication or the inconvenience, was casually told to come back some other time. Quite surprised by this unprofessionalism.Waste of time, poor communication and no respect for others time. Will not return and do not recommend this location.

Best workouts of my adult life here. I think I cried when they were forced to shut doors for the pandemic last year.I challenge myself more because the coaches know how to make it FUN! Btw, I was impressed because the coaches learned my name quickly. Everything is well thought out, including registration, workout flow, and pandemic-related mitigations. Temp checks, machines not shared, sanitizing, all great - I feel very safe.

The coaches at this gym are top notch and they pay attention to everyone... they get to know you and talk with you to help set attainable goals. I love that the workouts are different EVERYDAY so I am not board. I love that they are full body always.

My wife and I absolutely LOVE working out at Orange Theory Kirkland! Weve been attending since February when it opened and we have made working out there a regular part of our weekly routine. The staff there couldnt be nicer and the trainers/coaches are extremely well-prepared, organized, cheerful and encouraging and very knowledgeable. Weve experienced weight-loss, increased endurance and strength!

The staff and coaches at Kirkland OTF are amazing! They know each of us by name, and create an atmosphere where you are positive about your workouts and effort. They don’t encourage an atmosphere of competition with other people, or killing yourself to brag about your performance—they help you get stronger for your own life and happiness! This locations is very friendly of beginners, come join the fun!

Love the classes! Using interval training on a treadmill for short, intense periods followed by a slower recovery period is a great, fun way to increase endurance, and for me, weight loss.

Tyler was a phenomenal coach. I loved the whole experience and will be promoting Orange Theory to everyone I can. OT in Kirkland is such an amazing location, and this was so fun. I am completely out of shape and this really pushed me, but without making me feel like I was killing myself. I immediately purchased the Elite package and heart monitors for both me and my wife, and I believe I will be upgrading to unlimited pretty soon, as I think I will probably blow through my 8 sessions in less than 2-weeks.I started a transformation journey, quite by accident back in May. I was at my all-time high weight 305lbs. I have tried many things over the years, but have steadily gained 10lbs per year since the year 2000. In May I switched up my eating to Keto, and for the first time, I began shedding pounds. I went from being morbidly obese to obese in a few months time and found myself able to do things physically that I hadnt been able to do in years. Just from the diet and walking 10K to 20k steps per day, I am now 244lbs. A 61lbs weight loss. I was now ready for serious exercise. Last night when I went to OT Kirkland, and I went hard. I racked up splat points like they were going out of style, and felt more energized walking out of the facility than I have felt in years. I think I might just turn into workout junkie.I have plans to get my weight down to 170-180 within a year of starting this physical transformation and I think OT, will help me to do this. I tell people I want to be overweight by Christmas, and by May I want to be half-the-man-I-used-to-be. I also am thinking about using OT to help me to train and prepare to run my first marathon, next year at the ripe old age of 44. I really feel like no ambition is too high right now, and I am excited to see how far I can push myself.

Debbie at the front desk @ Orange Theory Kirkland is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. She cares more about her cell phone messages than helping and being pleasant to members. Rudest person I have encountered in a long time, reflects poorly on the Orange Theory brand.

Dont bother joining otf if you like to work out in the mornings because classes book out weeks in advance. I like to go at 5am and classes are all full. If you are lucky enough to get in, classes are great but who wants this level of unpredictability? This is a royal hustle. They should restrict signing up in advance to 3 days. But they get additional revenue from late cancellation penalties so they have no incentive to change this behavior in their members. So frustrating and disappointing.
