First Americans Kirkland office is the BEST. Sharon and all of the people at First American Kirkland are very helpful and respond quickly. That is why they are my first choice. As a busy Realtor I have worked with a lot of escrow people and greatly prefer the people at First Americans Kirkland office. The title department and other offices are great too. My clients have all been pleased too.

I understand that its possible for everyone to have a different experience, but I have closed HUNDREDS of transactions with the First American team over the last few years. The people at First American have gone to incredible lengths to help meet deadlines and solve problems.As for the person upset about their appraisal... First American doesnt even conduct appraisals. Closing my home refinance loan required a number of additional steps to clear liens that should not have been on the title. First American Title helped take care of these details and ensured the loan closed on time and as expected.

Im an investor and wholesaler in the Kirkland area looking to process a Real Estate transactions. The lady turned me away from service saying that they have lots of deals to process and close. She said that they wouldnt close my houses even though everything was legally done. They have poor customer service skills; and gave me excuses as to why they cannot process my deal. There are plenty of other Title companies out there that high quality service, are larger, professional, and more efficient! Certainly they dont turn away business as a normal practice!
First American was very flexible and prompt considering our current situation. Christopher was a joy to work with, very professional and knowledgeable.
I wasnt going to call them due to their one star review, but thought Id give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping I could help them out and give them a good review. Unfortunately, that was not the case. It was probably the worst customer service that I have received in a very long time. I could not believe how rude they were with a new client. Maybe some customer service training is in order here?
