D.R. Strong is a great engineering / surveying firm with very skilled and passionate people who perform on-time and on- budget.

Weve used a number of engineering firms, but we love working with DR Strong. Simply put they are exceptional at their craft, and that makes a huge difference. I had a six lot plat, Maher reworked the other engineers work and the result was eight lots. I watched Maher take another engineers work from five to eight lots. Those are just two examples of how they can be game changes.Recently did a plat in Redmond and a city engineer said it was the quickest cleanest plat hed ever worked on.There are lots of choices out there, but there is a reason why we are repeat clients. They get our highest recommendation...and we will continue to be a client of Maher, Jonathan, David and the rest of the team. They do exemplary work.

We have worked with D.R. Strong on numerous projects (over 500 apartment units) over the past few years, and I highly recommend them. They are a very professional group and willing to go the extra distance for you. They are competitive on cost, and always on time with deliverables. Worked with Dr Strong since 2006 on five projects excellent work

There are a lot of engineering firms out there, I would look elsewhere unless you want to 1) be lied to 2) be billed for work not completed yet 3) lack actual answers to your questions. My experience:Signed contract on aug 14th, was told they were about 8-10 weeks out, but could pay a premium to get it done quicker. I say 8-10 weeks out is fine. By Dec 20th, I was billed for 50% of the work completed. I had yet to hear anything from DR Strong except for bills. Finally on Jan 2nd, 2019 I received an email from an engineer asking for information to get started on project. So after 20 weeks since signing the contract and 50% of fixed project cost billed, they were going to get started. When I reached out to the principal and asked for an explanation for 50% billed and what exactly had been completed at this point, Maher Joudi continued to not answer the question and basically said they don’t have to show anything and that the contract billing was up to them and not actual work completed. SKETCHY! Will never use them again and surely will let anyone needing engineering work done to look elsewhere.Updated.. Just received a call from Maher asking about payment so he can send final files. Funny since his accounting department cashed the check over a week ago. CLUELESS ORGANIZATION
