This company is amazing! I have gone through them twice in the last 10 years and both times I got hired on directly with the company. Hannah is awesome and gets back to you quick. I really enjoyed working with volt.

Hannah was excellent as she did not dismiss my e-mailed comments on a rejection letter, but instead went into a dialogue that led to a constructive discussion, an interview, a meet with her business manager for further discussions, and eventually a formalized offer letter (that I accepted). Hannah has also followed up post hire and that is always appreciated.Like any organization, Volt has processes that surely can be improved upon, and I had the opportunity to provide some feedback during my face-2-face meetings.

Low pay jobs and unprofessional recruiter that didnt even know the proper days and hours of the job I took and lied about the wage. Was told at the location theyd done that before and were spoken to but cant seem to know what theyre doing. When youre hiring for a job, learn all the details. Period .messed up my pay and I had emailed her to confirm where theyd send a check a week before it was sent, only to find out she never did confirm like i asked her to and it got sent to the wrong state... then she acted shocked I was upset (finally, after being patient way longer than i should have been) at her incompetence. That was Jade Blackrock who needs to know what shes doing before she does it. Worked with multiple staffing agencies in 4 states and this is one of the worst. No good jobs really anyway.

Outstanding company to work with, I found my interactions with the IT staffing team extremely professional and delight to work with.

I am not impressed with this agency at all nobody was understanding to my situation I was to return to a workplace that I worked for fluke but due to a family emergency I was unable to do that but would have been able to the next day and I let my recruiter Matt know about it and he did not let the company know then I was offered another position with the same company that I was uncomfortable with just a different location and they did not want to understand that and I was told I cant be worked with again if thats even legal a person doesnt have to accept every position offered not every position is a good fit but yeah Im sure if who was my recruiter had a emergency they would have wanted the employer they work for to be understanding its not a one way street

Bad service ever, never use this agency again . Always over paid and returned the money back . Should learn how to calculate the timecard again,
