Kelly & Seattle Nanny Network completely blew my expectations. We went from pretty desperate/upset about our childcare situation to hiring a new nanny within one week. We tried Care.com and Facebook groups, but it was a lot of work and time and we couldn’t find anyone quite the right fit. We finally decided to go with a service, and I’m so so so glad we did. Our timeline: Monday night we scheduled online, Tuesday had our short consult (so fast!), Wednesday had detailed intake call, by Friday we had met three candidates including the one we hired, and the next business day we had offer letter signed and the whole thing done. Truly incredible and I’m so grateful! Dont use this agency. I hired two nannies through this agency to the tune of a very large amount of money paid to the agency. Second nanny quit after 1.5 weeks. Good thing I had a guarantee from the agency for a free replacement, right? Hardly. I asked for a replacement search and they put zero effort into it. They take your money before the nanny even starts and then they dont stand behind their guarantee if the nanny doesnt work out.

I worked with Seattle Nanny Network to find my current nanny who is amazing. I had moved from SF (where I had a full-time nanny) to Seattle. I did not know anyone, and started looking online for nannies. The process was overwhelming and made me feel really nervous. As soon as I found Seattle Nanny Network I could breathe a sigh of relief. From the first meeting I knew they would be able to find someone for our family. They are 100% clear about their process. I was juggling a tricky situation with start dates etc and they were creative and accommodating. They went deep and took the time to understand our family background, values, way of life.
