They have been very responsive and helpful with the dress selections and sizing. You can tell these are high quality made dresses! I have been very impressed with them and their processes. I recommend using Dear Cleo to all future brides!!! I have had a great experience with working with them for my upcoming wedding and I can’t say enough great things about them! I would highly recommend Dear Cleo! Their try on dresses made it easy for me to pick the perfect dress for my body type. The dress selection was fantastic and the color selection was on point. Had all my bridesmaids order Dear Cleo dresses on time to arrive a month before our wedding. After several emails to the Dear Cleo team, I decided to call only to find out that the bridesmaid dresses would be arriving 2 days before my wedding. This would not leave enough time to get them hemmed and was forced to cancel them all. Super frustrating that they did not take the time to call or email my bridesmaids since they knew the date of the wedding. Now forced to scramble to find new dresses within a month of my wedding. I would not suggest using due to extremely poor communication.
