Totally amazing work, very professional, did a bathroom vanity and it looks brand new. Highly recommend because he was less expensive than other quotes I received. Yay!

Family Refinishers - Chris owner / operator doe not honor his 5 year warranty as he claims. After 2 month after he refinished both of our bath tubs, one tub is already cracking from lack of prep work priming bondo and the other tub is full debris dried in the finish, runs left in the finish. He has avoided answering my phone call/ text messages and preform any of the warranty work. Do not use Family Refinishers, Chris has no business ethics, buyer beware.

5/14/18: Chris did an amazing job on four tubs in my duplex.Aprox 5/19: Unfortunately, two tubs started to crack after just 1 year. Chris responded immediately, came out to look at the work, and offered to repair the work as good will under his 5 year warranty. Chris came back out to refinish the two that needed rework and they came out flawless. Thanks again, Chris!1/25/21 update: Unfortunately all four of my tubs that were reglazed have once again chipped, cracked, or boiled. I can only assume this was due to some issue with installation or materials used since this is a duplex (two separate families- both understand proper cleaning and maintenance). Id love to give Chris and the team another opportunity to make this right, but after having to use HomeAdvisors help mitigate the issue last time, I think Im stuck to find another local installer to try and fix the damage and redo the work. Chris- if youre reading this, Im open to discussing how to make things right.
