We had a wonderful experience with Pool Safety Systems. They did a great job sizing and installing the cover, and the owner, Tom, was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to show us how to properly use and maintain it. Installation was a breeze: they were in and out in less than an hour. On top of it all, their pricing was better than other quotes we received. My wife and I highly recommend them.

The fence itself is fine, however, the installation resulted in over $2,000 worth of damages to the pool lines. The holes for the fence were drilled directly into the lines. Apparently, this is not the first time this has happened to a customer. Make sure you know how deep your lines are because they will not check prior to drilling. We were compensated a small amount for the cost of the repair which is better than nothing. This rating is for the installation service, not the quality of the manufacturer’s product.
