Walked in to have watch battery replaced and they did it within a few minutes for far less cost than expected. The watch was purchased on Amazon (Hugo Boss) for under $100 and was waterproof. A week later, after swimming with it on, it fogged, but kept working. Took it back - they looked at the seal, etc, saying its intact and solid. They said its not like a high quality watch, where the components are made to specific tolerances and designed to last. This is not an excuse, and I agree with their conclusion.

Quality, uniqueness, and prices of Jewelry here are excellent. While there can indeed be some waiting for repairs and modifications, the work is excellent when completed. I have been dealing with this Jeweler for many years. Although I have tried others out of convenience, I always return here as I trust the Jeweler, prices are competitive, and the work is exceptional.

My fiancé got my engagement ring here and its absolutely gorgeous! I love it. Hes even brought a couple of his watches to be repaired and they always come back looking brand new.

Never again. I went there to have my wife’s engagement ring repaired and her wedding bands straightened on Tuesday before the snow storm. The guy told me it would be ready that day or maybe the next. Yes the snow storm hit they lost power for 1 day. Friday comes and I call about the ring that should have been done the same day. It wasn’t done ? They won’t have it ready till Tuesday now ? So that’s a week ok no problem. I call Tuesday morning to make sure it’s ready. It’s not ? Oh we forgot it ? Will have it done by the end of the day ? I come to pick it up around 4pm ok it’s ready. Looks ok. Next day my wife tells me they never even straightened the bands and that her small diamond around the area they repaired fell out in the cleaner ? So pretty much they rushed it and didn’t even finish the full job that they charged me for and they damaged the ring even more ? Today another small diamond fell out around the area they repaired? So pretty much they ruined a $2k dollar diamond engagement ring just fixing the prong on the main diamond ? It was fine for 6mths the way it was until my wife finally decided to fix it and when she sends it to these people it falls apart when we get it back ? Ridiculous. Now I have to take it to a REAL PROFESSINAL to have it all looked at and repaired properly to make sure nothing else is going to fall apart. Oh and not to mention getting the bands straintened that they charged me for and never did. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Worse experience I ever had. They ruined my wife’s engagement ring I worked very hard to get.

My sons iPhone 6S screen was cracked and Kataw Jewelers was able to repair the screen quickly and it was very affordable . The iPhone was good as new again and they even included a glass screen for extra protection . I would highly recommend Kataw Jewelers !
