The doctors and nurses are very nice. The receptionist with braces is so mean. She didn’t even look me in the eyes when she was talking to me. I walked up to the desk and I kindly said “hello ma’am I would like to be seen today.” She cut me off and said “take a seat I’ll call you when I’m ready.” I was the ONLY person in the waiting room. She was the stereotypical mean receptionist. I was very polite to her and she had no reason being that grumpy. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my meds and they said that they didn’t receive my prescription. I called 10 mins before they were closing and no one answered. I’m sure the receptionist had better things to do rather than do her job. I could have had my prescription that night but they didn’t answer when I needed them the most. Very bad experience for me. The receptionist has got to go.

I took my mom for the first time. So happy they are open on Sundays. Everyone was really nice, and professional. The clinic is so cute & clean! My mom had a great experience. They gave her what she needed to get well quick. My sisters & I plan on using this clinic in the future for ourselves. Thank you!

Brought my grandmother in for sciatic pain. Eva was AMAZING and very kind to my grandmother. Medical assistant was very compassionate with my grandmother and took down important details regarding her symptoms. Great communication the entire visit. NP Castañeda was very understanding and listened to my grandmother’s concerns and symptoms. AMAZING OFFICE.

Fantastic service!I recently moved to Kingsville and have yet to find a primary physician.But when a severe cold hit that had me knocked down for more than a week, I needed care and I needed it quickly.I was in and out of Castaneda Quick Care in maybe 20 minutes tops. But I didnt feel hurried to get in and out the door.The receptionist was incredibly sweet, kind, informative, and patient with me from the time I called to ask if there was a long wait and if they do, indeed, take walk-ins. To the time I actually came in.Upon filling out my paperwork, I was immediately taken back by the nurse practitioner, Maria who was equally as great as the receptionist.After she checked my vitals and recorded my laundry list of complaints and symptoms, I had to wait maybe 3 minutes for Dr. Castaneda.I appreciate the time he took to go over everything with me and answer the questions I had. I also appreciate his sense of humor and how he made what I have not seem so bad. When youre sick, its easy to convince yourself that you have the worst cold ever and that youre dying!Sometimes it just takes a medical official to tell you, youll be fine.I also appreciate that he opted not to swab my tonsils because that would have hurt, cost more money/lab time, and would have likely resulted in the exact same diagnosis and prescription.Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and the warm welcome I received at Castaneda Quick Care. I will definitely be back with any non-emergency minor care needs and hope this recommendation will help others consider it too!

Best clinic in town. We moved here less than a year ago and have been completely unsatisfied with the medical care in Kingsville until we found this clinic! The staff is very friendly and answers any questions you may have, even with a full office we have never had to wait long, and the dr is amazing. He is very thorough and spends his time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We will continue to come here for all of our health needs as well as recommend this clinic to anyone looking!!

The staff is very knowledgeable. I was in and out within an hour. The FNP was great.

Mr. Castaneda is so sweet and actually listens. I came in filled out paperwork and was seen within 5 minutes. As soon as I got my stats done I went in to the patient room and was out within 10 minutes. My prescription was faxed over to HEB and he even took the time to find where it would be cheapest!!!!! He is the best!!!!! The receptionist is also very nice and welcoming.

Today, my mom needed me :( and I took her to Castaneda Quick Care. I was greeted and felt welcome. Mr. Castaneda took the time to examine and treat my mom with care. Also, the staff were friendly and attentive to us. 😊

Went in right before closing and they attended me regardless of the time. The entire staff was so sweet and treated me as quickly as possible. Castaneda NP is a really knowledable individual and treated my infection quickly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Why have a sign stating you will be open the following day, but then not be open. Having a test done that can only be read between a 24 hour window but being closed for those 2 days is very inconvenient.
