They were very good at setting up our mother’s services. Noe was really good at answering our text messages. There was a few bumps but Noe and his staff took care of it immediately…we were pleased how fast they took of it. Noe always replied back quickly to our texts. He and his staff were very professional, we were so pleased!!! We surely recommend Turcotte for when you need Funeral services!!!

The personnel at Turcotte-Piper were very compassionate and professional. They know what is needed and offer their knowledge with understanding what the grieving family requires. Due to distance I had to interact via Zoom and email. They had everything correct and in order when we arrived. Strongly recommend their service when needed.

So thankful for the kindness my siblings and I received as we planned our moms funeral at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. Kendra was so helpful while I made my pre-arrangements. Marisol and Noe were kind and understanding while my sister and I made our final decisions about our moms funeral, they answered all our questions and were patient as we decided. They ( Ashley, Carla, Elizabeth and Ms Bettye) made it easier for us with their help putting together the slide show and music that went along with it, greeting and directing visitors. I highly recommend there services.

The staff of Turcotte-Piper Mortuary handled my fathers services attentively and respectfully. My requests were heard and carried out, which made a difficult time turn into a beautiful service. Everyone was so polite and pleasant to work with. I truly appreciate all that was done. I will be working with them on a headstone as well, since I am confident in their services.

Greetings, I have used Turcotte- Piper Mortuary services on several occasions with the passing of several family members. Both of my parents that passed away just a few months apart in 1995 followed by my paternal grandmother two months afterwards in 1996. Then my eldest brother about 10 years ago.Last month they assisted me with the passing of my eldest sister. I felt comfortable with them assisting me and entrusting my loved one to their services. From the viewing to the Rosary everything ran smoothly. Even after a month of my Father’s passing I was getting text messages making sure I was ok and if I needed anything they were there to help. Facing the death of a loved one is difficult no matter how prepared one thinks they are. Fortunately there are wonderful people like those at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary available and willing to help. My daughter, Amy, and I were treated with the upmost kindness and respect. The people at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary took care of all of the details and kept us informed every step of the way. We just had the memorial service & funeral for my sister Maria Guadalupe Pita Rodriguez this past weekend and Monday. Were so thankful for having Roy in charge of the occasion. Hes the MOST caring, professional and meticulous funeral director that we know! We have been to many other funeral services and we ALWAYS say: Roy wouldnt do that or we wouldnt be here wondering whats next on the program if Roy was handling this service.
