They were awesome. I got my safety check done there. Great social distancing, friendly and clean service. Great manners from the employees. They take there time to be thorough and efficient. Safety check from 8 am - 4 pm. Just park in the back. Check in and wait in your car. Please remember to have your insurance card with. For my first safety check in texas, it was a very great experience.

They are always so friendly here, its the only place that I get my oil changes from in Kingsville. I was in and out within 30 minutes for an oil change which I appreciate when I have a list of things to go done.

Fast hands guys here at valvoline express care. These guys wont let you down. Ive taken three of my vehicles to them, and never had problems.

Do not come here. Waited 30 minutes after I was behind car in front of me and noone came and told me anything. Seems workers were on break at 10:45 am???? Customers waited on vehicles and only 1 or 2 walking around doing nothing. Finally one person showed and asked if I needed oil change I said inspection. This is not the same place it was before. MGMT or Corporate needs to visit this place or shut it down. Moises appeared to also seem elsewhere. There is zero care here. Will definitely not return. Photo shows me back in my car and no workers anywhereIn response to MGMT. The supposed excuses from others reviewing are not random, they are current and legitimate responses. It doesnt take one with a Havard Degree to figure out that there is no supervision there. The ones in charge truly could care less. In spite of your claims which at this time are not substantiated, you have failed. Simple. You have workers that care more about their time and ZERO productivity while making customers wait needlessly. Infact I believe the person that inspected my car walked in with tacos and drink in hand around 10:30 am and it was during this time that no one was working. Save your excuses for another person, you have lost a long time customer and Im better off. Dont waste your time folks

Excellent customer service! I usually come here for every oil change and state inspection when needed for years now. They always have me in and out quickly, with a decent bill, and never any issues after.This last time, I was working, so my husband took our truck to P***** Tires instead. They went through the full oil change, only to tell him after swiping his card, that they were unable to remove oil filter (it was too tight), and that they broke their tools in the process. After a long run around with them, and their terrible service, they advised me to take it the last place I had it serviced. So, back to Valvoline Express I went, and boy was I glad I did!As soon as I began to explain, MOISES was extremely understanding, and said they would fix me up right away. He said if they had to go through 3 tools, they would get it off for me. I could see through the window, and watched the tech remove the filter easily without a struggle! Proving how much of a difference it makes to have competent workers!! I was out in 15 minutes, with a bill under 10 bucks.They also showed me that day (and in the past) the parts they are changing out to prove that they are worn. HONEST, EFFICIENT, AND QUALITY SERVICE!!! A big thank you to Moises and all the staff at Valvoline Express.

Sat for over an hour waiting, then had to leave because we were out of time. Came back...waited over an hour again (with only a car in front of us and one that completed 3 mins after we arrived). We were told to move to one side, only to have the vehicle that came in after us be serviced first. Definitely not an express, and excuses only go so far. Not coming back. I recommend anyone else out in town.

Belligerent and incompetent management.Car in question: 2016 Mini Countryman - Oil leak after oil change & Second visit.I dont recall the managers name but he was a short man with tattoos, piercings and a felonious attitude.He was confrontational, threatening, abusive and tried his best to intimidate me.*The issue started on my first visit. They changed the oil on my car and it started leaking the same day. Once I came back there, they told me the drain plug was defective but it after my visit, it did stop leaking. That means one of two things:Either they forgot to tighten the drain plug the first time around or they damaged the drain plug and decided to say the plug had been damaged before the car came to Valvoline Express*.My meeting with the above manager happened the SECOND TIME, I returned to do an oil change and brought up the incident to the manager.He proceeded to explode at me and because of that, I decided to leave and not have the oil change done.One detail was I made sure to ask the store manager to add NOTES to their system the first time around when I returned to have them inspect why the leak was happening.Reason behind it was, I wanted to make sure the next technicians who touched the car would know to pay attention to the oil drain plug and to tighten it.The belligerent manager told me that there were no notes at all and thus, I was making up the story.I have to tell you that all the oil change techs were polite and professional. The issue I had was with that one manager.And if my review was sent to the Area Manager for further investigation shows me that you are interested in the reputation of your business, but the fact you are unaware of any altercations or incidents that would have caused me to post this, shows me youre either naive or youre pretending to be. Or worse yet, you are turning a blind-eye to your management behaving inappropriately with your customers. That is contradictory and I dont buy it. If you want to make good on this issue, publish the name of your belligerent manager on here with his working hours, so the public can be educated on when to avoid visiting your shop. By the way, this same review is also on Yelp.
