Great apartment complex!! Very new and modern also very close/walking distance from campus. The personnel is very kind and always courteous. I can only speak highly of them. I completely recommend these apartments.

Brand new apartments right by TAMUK campus. Spacious, modern and well designed. Neighbors were kind and quiet. Pest control is highly maintained. Satisfied with apartment personnel, very kind, always courteous and attentive during office hours. Highly recommend these apartments!

I do not recommend these apartments to anybody. The landlord will never be there for you when you need him and when you decide to move out he will find a way to keep your deposit even if your apartment is in excellent condition.
