My air-conditioning system froze over so I called the original contractor that installed my system. They came out to my home, ran some tests and then informed me that my system was extremely low on refrigerant. Four pounds of refrigerant, several hundred dollars and twenty four hours later later the system froze again. I google searched ac contractors and took a chance on Air Force Heating And Air Conditioning. The owners, a husband and wife team, came out to my house after hours and traced down a leak in the evaporator coil. I was at work during that time but they constantly kept me apprised of the problem thru texts and phone calls. My system being 15 years old no longer had replacement parts available. Air Force Heating and Air Conditioning worked with me to get the best replacement system at the best price and installed the system in record time with constant multiple texts and phone conversations to ensure my satisfaction!!! Their technicians are the most knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient people Ive ever had the pleasure to meet. My home is now comfortably cooler and quieter, (a benefit with a new system). Would I recommend their services to others? You bet. Would I hire them to maintain my system year round? ABSOLUTELY!!!! What I like is they are 24/7 pretty much! I didn’t have to wait in an office to answer my call. I was able to even text a home cell phone. Quick to respond always (I’ve asked for their help twice) and each time is such a blessing. These group of people will help figure out what is wrong so quickly and work with you and try and find the best resolution for your pocket! Such sweet people..... I will forever call them for my needs or refer them to anyone! Being in this Texas heat is no joke! And they definitely won’t let you suffer in it!!!! So quick to help!!!!

Service was amazing with this company! AC went out in house and they were able to come the same day and do all the repairs needed to get it back and running!! I used Air Force A/C for a total A/C overhaul, and duct replacement of an older 20 year old unit, and 30 year old ducts and plenum. Not only did they give me the best estimate. They had 95 percent of the duct work done and the A/C unit installed the first day. We actually had A/C from new system that night, and did not have to sleep in the heat. They completed the job in less than an hour the next day. I found this company to be very responsive, friendly, and professional. There were no surprises, and any price, or service changes were explained before the contract was signed. This company was recommended to me, and I am recommending them to you.

While every one else was giving me forever to show up, they showed up the same day. Yes they came later in the evening due to previous appts, but when everyone else is telling you theyll be there 2, 3, even 4 days later who cares?!They came out, diagnosed, verified the warranty and put the replacement parts on hold in Corpus. I called Air Force to get a quote for a new AC installation. I left a message and the answering message said they would get back to me because they were probably on another call. They never called me back and it has been going on two weeks. I had to go with a company out of Corpus Christi.Edit: Someone from the company responded to this review saying they texted and called me. I have no record of either on my phone. Replacing our AC is at the top of our list, I would have no reason to lie about not hearing back from you or not pay attention to my phone.

I have needed my central AC fixed for over a year. Every time I had someone out, I was told different things from it just needed cleaning, there was a leak, to needing a new evaporator coil *starting* at $1250. I had no idea what was right and I didnt have the money to guess and hope it worked. Thanks to reviews I decided to contact Air Force Heating & Air Conditioning. If youre not sure who to call like me, this is your company! Rocky was great and patiently explained everything to me after checking it out that I only had a leak and he didnt recommend replacing the coil now. (Even if I did need to, they came in with a quote about $500 cheaper for my particular unit!) They got everything they needed same day, my house is finally cooling off, and he saved me an arm and a leg. Also, for those who are worried about people coming into your home like me due to COVID, Rocky worked while wearing a face mask AND a face shield. I cannot recommend them enough and I will gladly call Rocky & Lorraine in the future.

I called 3 other businesses and one told me I needed a capacitor and outside fan motor, my AC still wasn’t cooling. I called another AC company and they came out and told me I had a freon leak they put Freon and it still was not cooling we were in 83 degrees. Then I called another AC place and they told me my unit was too small and I needed another AC, my AC is only 4 years old. I was recommended Air Force from my friend at work and a guy named Rocky came out and cleaned my inside unit which was really dirty and they made my unit look new again, and now we are cooling. I should have called them from the beginning. Thank you Air Force.

The outfit we were going through previously kept refilling the system and using our seasonal service checks and not fixing the system. (had them clean the inside unit only to take pictures of it still dirty and have them come back) Also went 3 months + with whistling noise and no fix multiple calls leaking 3 lbs of freon over a 6 month period (which was replaced)Last call they topped it off over night it lost 5lbs of freon...... Were given a quote.Recommended by facebook we contacted Air Force heating and air conditioning .They came out checked the levels (they refilled), gave 3 different options. We went with a full system replacement (inside and out).They worked us in during a busy schedule and the whole covid issue. Within a week everything was completed. Went over everything in detail of what needs to be checked and how to check it. Financing was a breeze with multiple options and was very affordable.Could not be any happier with the service by Rocky and his team. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for A/C repair/replace/service

These folks took great care of us! Air conditioner died over the weekend. called several places in town and Airforce heating and air conditioning was the most responsive and most reasonable. While everyone else was trying to sell me a new system, Airforce Heating And Air conditioning diagnosed my problem and corrected it. they were quick efficient and the price was reasonable, very professional, very courteous, honest and very responsive. if I ever have another air-conditioning problem Airforce Heating And Air conditioning will be my first call these guys are awesome. While the part was on order, they loaned me a portable unit that made the room bearable...thank you!!! They have my highest recommendation!

Hands down one of the best experiences with an A/C company! Had two other companies come out to look at my system and was told it was working fine but my house wouldnt cool below 79 degrees. They came out at 6pm yesterday to look at it and told me it was leaking Freon. The next day(tonight) they were here to install a new system at a great price! Worked through the evening heat and stayed till the job was done! They are awesome and would highly recommend to anyone needing A/C help!

I had 3 local AC businesses come to my house to fix my AC. The first one didn’t even open my unit and told me I needed a new system. The second one opened the outside unit and told me I needed a new system. The third on came out and told me I had a leak and filled up my unit with Freon. About 3 days later my unit went out again. I was so frustrated, how can 3 different businesses tell me three different things? Then I asked on Facebook if anyone could recommend a good AC company and they told me Air Force Heating & AC, I called them and their tech Rocky came out, and opened the outside system, he told me I had a leak, he fixed the leak and put 6 lbs of freon in it. It’s been 3 months and we are still cool. Don’t waste your time and money calling others. Air Force is the BEST! Thank you Air Force.

Wow, Fantastic customer service!! The technician was Honest & timely. Also their initial service fee was $10 cheaper than all other local -Kingsville AC repair companies. (I called all 8 that were listed on google) I contacted them Saturday morning and they were able to saueeze me in the same day &&&&& No after hour fees!!

I saw the video on you tube by Air Force Htg/Air on the Reme Halo indoor Air purifier. I was skeptical at first, but after reading about it, I decided to try it. My allergies were so bad. I kept getting heachaches and stuffy noses. Ever since Rocky came to put the Reme Halo I no longer have allergies and I can sleep peacefully during the night. My house even smells so much better. They have done everything from a complete install in one of my homes that didnt have a central unit, replacing a unit and adding insulation to the attic and several service calls to other homes. They are very reasonable in thier pricing and punctual in the service they provide.I have recommended them to others and 2 have replaced thier central units in the last 6 months and are very happy with the pricing and service provided.Ive had several homes and still do.
