Signed on for Pestmasters Quartely treatment service for a home I recently bought in the Catskills. Fred was able to schedule the initial service appt that worked with my schedule. Wes, the technician, showed up on time and detailed what he was doing that day as we walked the property together. Treatment is working. Very satisfied.

Never dealt with a pest control service and these guys are great! Reminds you of when theyre coming, they call you when theyre on their way and know what theyre talking about. Any issue in your home, call these guys.

Pestmaster is a joke and totally unreliable from my experience. I called them and spoke with Ashley and made and appt for Monday morning between 10-12noon and no one showed up. I called at 12:45p and the old lady on the phone said she couldnt hear me and to call back. I called Back and no one answered and got the service and gave them my information and service needed and whoo and behold no one ever called back. I say F them and talked to a local pest control service in Orange County and no am all set. If you want to be disappointed use these people!

Amazing service, affordable, with high degree of professionalism and courtesy. We used them on two occasions in 2017 for carpenter ants and for tenant flea infestation - solid results both times. Two thumbs up. Thank you!

Adam was polite, knowledgeable, professional and quickly determined I had no termite or carpenter ant problem I feared. He suggested replacing the damaged wood and when he noticed the carpenter bee damage offered a great solution for that too.

As the facilities manager for a healthcare company it’s my responsibility to hire companies and ensure the proper work is performed.My staff and patients were getting stung so this was a serious and high priority issue and I made them aware of this.I hired Pestmaster 3 weeks ago to eradicate a serious yellow jacket problem at one of my facilities in Kingston. Over that span I had to call them back 4 times to find and remove the hive(s). They never found the hives, I did. I have now hired another company to remove them. They were in and out without finding the hives.All the techs they sent obviously did not do a diligent search and effort in finding and removing the bees.Needless to say, I found their service to be less than professional and not worth the guarantee they purportedly tout. I would not hire, or recommend them.

Adam Stafford came to our house in June 2011 for a mild infestation of carpenter ants. He treated our house and a partially rotted tree on the grounds for a reasonable price, did not try to pressure me into signing a long term contract and best of all, in the 8 months following, no more ants!
