Best Halloween and party.stuff all under one roof...

Many of the items we needed were out of stock. However they have alot to choose from . Staff was helpful and friendly. Store was clean

Great staff! We stopped here on our way to the Catskills from Ct! There is a HUGE selection of giant balloons. My niece absolutely loved her giant 3 balloon! Thanks!!

They had exactly what I wanted for my sons birthday party and the same girl that helped me, also jumped on the register to ring me up. I was in and out in no time. Very happy with this visit.

Good place to gather all the necessities for birthday parties and special celebrations. Staff was super helpful and also helped replace a failed helium balloon without hesitation.

Nice enough place but not very helpful. If you tell me that youre out of helium, dont discourage me from purchasing balloons. Suggest an alternative plan ( which I came up with). I bought the balloons, they googled helium near me. Target was $5 less but had they recommended I buy it from them and told me about the stack of them by the front door I might have bought it with their 15% off coupon and kept the volume in there. This is why theyre closing so many stores. Not the helium shortage but lack of quality sales advice.

It was awesome the staff was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable about products. The store was very clean and well stalked plus has a huge variety to choose from! I thought I was going to spend about 300 when it was well under 100 so going back for other events!

Having a party? ANY kind of party. You can find what you need, what you didnt know you needed and stuff you never knew existed at Party City. Not only that, but they are extremely helpful.

Easy to navigate the aisles and good selection. Very accommodating for walk-in balloon orders.

More expensive then other places. Cannot put items in a bag due to a bag ban in Ulster County, NY. Inconvenient.

Dollar stores are a better option if you do not need themed party items.

Never have helium and didn’t even offer to store buy the helium that they sell to blow up our balloons bought from them. It was suppose to be free helium when bought with recipe.

Had a question about a return and the manager couldnt even bother coming up to the counter to speak to me. They just spoke over the headset to the cashier. I thought this was rude.
