SCHEDULE WITH RACHEL! If you’ve ever wanted to get a Brazilian do it and use rachel! She was an absolute sweetheart and Kept things lighthearted and fun while also being professional. She made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything to me and also told me what she was doing every step of the way so there were no surprises. She made the process extremely comfortable for me and I’m a shy and awkward person!

Got my first Brazilian today and had Rachel. She was amazing! I highly recommend her to anyone going for their first time. She explained exactly what she was doing and when. Rachel also made sure that EVERY single strand of hair was gone. Definitely impressed me with her wonderful personality and meticulous work method.

Rude staff and manager. It’s not worth the hassle or headache for a wax. The appointments are canceled last minute and you have to come more than once at times for wax corrections. Covid restrictions are not followed, staff congregates in the waiting area.

Way overpriced, medIocre waxing service. Wish I could leave zero stars. Unprofessional rude manager and staff. My daughter and I received poor waxing recently. When I called & asked them to rectify a bad wax job they told me I had to pay for it myself. I’ve been a customer for 3 years, have multiple packages for myself and my daughter, unfortunately I’m locked in to these. Total rip-off.

I usually see Clarissa and get my eyebrows done. She’s amazing, very nice, understanding and she’ll wax them just the way I like it. I’m usually very picky with who waxes my eyebrows and I trust Clarissa 100%. Plus the wax they use leaves my eyebrows red for maybe 2 hours; whereas other places it’ll leave my face red for an entire day. The front desk staff is very nice and welcoming. It’s a clean and very relaxing place to go. They also have an app where you can schedule your appointments and I LOVE it ... it’s so convenient when I have to reschedule last minute because of work. I highly recommend this place .

The ladies who work here are top-notch. Polite, accommodating and very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and calmed my nerves (this was my first waxing experience, which was complimentary.) It was super easy and the results were amazing. Why didn’t I visit sooner?? I’ve gone for two appointments and had basically my entire body waxed. Both times the technicians were courteous, kind, and professional. The moment you walk in, the entire atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and every employee I had spoken to was knowledgeable and kind in helping with any nerves I may have been feeling.

I haven’t ever gotten a wax before so I was super nervous. I chose the wax center in Kingston due to my fellow co workers going there and loving it, so I decided to make an appointment! The lady on the phone was super polite. Which immediately made me think that I made the right choice. When I had first entered the facility it was super clean, which honestly not many places are. Which just goes for show these girls don’t play any games when it comes to their jobs. My wax specialist Jennie made this entire process so amazing for me. She gave me all the info I needed to not be so anxious and answered all of my silly questions. She has a lot of patience and that’s an amazing quality to have, she was super quick and my wax came out so clean. I will deff be back to re book with her! Thanks for everything - jenna

As a city girl I am well aware of the drill in terms of showing up for appointments on time. Just today in the pouring rain I was 6 minutes late for my scheduled 3 pm appointment. Before I was greeted by the receptionist I was admonished for my tardiness and told that had I been 3 more minutes late my appointment would not be honored. Really?!?! I took my seat and then another employee burst out from the back and informed the receptionist that since “she” was late they would be able to take me for another hours. Oh did I mention i was late due to torrential rains? I asked the receptionist what happened to the 9 minute rule to which she explained the policy again to which i explained that I wasn’t 9 minutes late. When I asked to speak with a manager she handed me the managers business card. All and all a very disappointing experience. If I could give -5 stars I would.

I went for my very first Brazilian wax last week and Clarissa was the best! She explained everything that she was doing and was very informative. Although I was nervous and didnt know what to expect she assured me that everything would go smoothly, and it did!! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get waxed. I cant wait to go back. Also, the customer service here was great!!!

European Wax is one of the most professional places that I have ever been too. All the girls are all quick, fast, efficient and dont hurt you which is very important in a bikini wax. While I dont belong to the programs where you can get waxing for less money and/or even free, but I do know when I call theres always a time for me and I can go right in. They are exceptionally good at what they do. Ive been going to them since they opened in Kingston and the owner is Tracy and family. Its always clean and sparkling.

I saw Ashley today and loved her! So easy going, we chatted it up the entire time. She listened to exactly what I wanted and i left happy. Definitely would recommend her!

I love everything about this center! My wax specialist, Michelle, went above and beyond to assure me she would take care of my brows. She was extremely personable throughout the whole service and my brows got the TLC they truly needed. They honestly have never looked better! I highly recommend this center. I have seen various specialists for different services and I have never once been even the slightest dissatisfied.

I started seeing Deanna in December for my bikini line and upper leg. I love how just after 3 waxes my hair is already growing in softer and finer. At first I was super nervous to get my bikini line waxed however Deanna didn’t make it awkward at all and is easy to talk with. All the staff I have interacted with have been very friendly and the facility is clean and welcoming.

Love going here for my eyebrows and Brazilians. the ladies are fabulous, friendly and all around a pleasant group. they make you feel extremely comfortable and walk you through the process. Definitely recommend!

I had a Brazilian wax for the first time here and never really had it done anywhere else since! Every girl who has taken care of me always does a great job. They are very nice and take the anxiety away through conversation. They always give you some tips as well.

They took care of my girls va jay jay. What a perfect job they did from my perspective. From hers she was a little more sore so 4 stars. But their price cant be beat and they have packages you can buy, its like getting a few for free. Plus they give you a credit on the first visit. Went in for an Eye brow wax. HUGE MISTAKE! What they dont tell you is that the reason they offer the wax for free is because the employee is right out of school and newly licensed with no clientele and no experience. You are a practice dummy. So unfortunately you get what you pay for. Not to mention the creepy owner who illegally has both audio and video in every room not just the hallway! He bashes people who disclose the truth about their experience or give a review that is not satisfactory to him. Watch I am certain he will post something insane and of course not true. Perhaps he should spend more energy on advancing his employees skill set and not attacking customers who voice the truth. All in all, this franchise does NOT represent European Wax Center in a great way.

I cant say enough about this place. Clean, friendly staff, its a place where you can feel comfortable getting ANYTHING waxed. The products are Cruelty Free, which is a big plus for me. I have recommended this place to many of my friends.

I saw Michelle. She was amazing. I use to go to this same center but in NJ. When I moved to NY I had an aweful experience with a Brazilian at another salon. Due to that I was extremely anxious and nervous. Michelle could see this and kept me distracted, empathized, and made me feel so comfortable. I have very sensitive skin, she was professional and observent. I loved the results and will travel to continue to see her. The wax they use is the best I have ever tried. Especially on this sensitive area!

Terrible experience. First time and the last time ill ever get my face waxed here. The esthetician assured me everything was sensitive skin friendly and here we are with a terrible rash on both sides of my face just moments after paying with extreme burning and itching. It has been horrible; i went in and explained to the manager what happened and she did nothing. She told me it must be an allergic reaction to the cream used after the wax but i do not believe them. Its more like a chemical burn that they have told me is a rash. This was my birthday present before my big vacation and its ruined. There should have been a refund and an apology from the lady in the leg cast that did the waxing. Do not reccomend and will not be back. These pics are 4 days after. Was told it would be cleared up just take benadryl and put aloe on. Nothing is making it better..

Unskilled fresh out of school. Push products down your throat. Rude employees at front desk I felt totally unwelcome and an inconvenience since my entry interrupted their gossip. My eyebrows did not come out good and there was nothing extra to pay $20 here. Might as well go to a nail salon and pay $8-10! I felt like I was paying to listen to why I should buy the product line.

I have been going to EWC since November. Every employee I have spoken with has been friendly and helpful. I have seen Romnee my last few visits and hope all my future appointments are with her. She makes me feel extremely comfortable (like Im chatting with a friend) while doing an excellent wax job.Regarding the people complaining about EWC pushing products thats because the products really work. Theyre just trying to help customers have the best after results as possible.

I had my eyebrows/lip/chin waxed and the procedure was relatively painless compared to what Ive experienced elsewhere. You can really feel the quality of their product. Ive been to the store in Poughkeepsie a few times so was happy to see that theyd opened up a branch in Kingston as its closer to home. I was not disappointed. The ambiance as well as customer service is top notch and the pricing reasonably reflects the quality of product and service you receive. I cant say enough good things about this company! EWC will remain my go to place for all of my waxing/skincare needs and the only one I recommend to my friends.

When i got in my eyebrows beforehand were full and just needed a little taken off.Michelle made my eyebrows completely different and one of them is missing so much hair even though I JUST told her i had a bad experience with too much taken off. On top of that I told her they looked a little weird and she brushed it off and continued to walk me to leave. Told Michelle I would bring her tip back tomorrow (never once have I went anywhere and not tipped unless the service wasnt good, didnt have cash on me)I got to the register and they asked me for a tip the second time.Who the hell asks for a tip? I would have NO problem giving a tip if my eyebrows were done correctly.Sad because I really wanted this to work out.

Very unprofessional management and staff. Gave them many chances and they disappoint every time. The way the front desk speaks of employees and customers is appalling. Please for everyone who goes there don’t let their waxers tell you the hair won’t come out because you can go anywhere else, even to a nail salon and your hair would come out just fine. They do this to get you to purchase more products, and the majority of the waxers are incompetent so yes they clearly can’t get the hair out. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE.

I love the EWC in Kingston and Poughkeepsie. In POK, Brianna is my go to wax specialist. She is so sweet and thorough. She does a great job waxing and makes sure youre happy. In Kingston, I love love Michelle -super fun and hilarious. She is like a hair exterminator. She will get every last hair on you unless its ingrown and she absolutley cant get it but she will show you the ingrown. Also, they like to recommend products but are never pushy. Michelle has recommended an exfoliator to me for about 3 months every time she does my legs and i have a lot of ingrowns on the surface. I didnt really feel like buying the product until one day i decided to give it a shot. The last time i went (today) the ingrowns were visibly less and it hurt less as well. I def. will take their advice from now on. Book an appt. and you wont be disappointed.

Dont let the reviews fool you every single one is from their employees!Was hired for a position and told that everything was going fine the day after I left another job for this one I was called and told that it wasnt working out and given the excuse that I wasnt commuted to the job. I was schedule to work from 9 am -3 pm and I did that shift 3 times on 2 of those occasions they also had me come back at night for more training which I can understand but then being told Im not commuted and that my unavailability is an issue is completely false. They talk about every customer that walks in the place and are extremely unprofessional at the Kingston location. The woman who came and trained me from another location seemed like she ran a good ship but with the lack of business they have its impossible for me to get hands on experience to learn the ropes so I was told that I wasnt learning fast enough when all 6 times I was there I literally was only given the opportunity to help maybe 10 customers if that so of course Im not going to have stuff down yet it was literally less than a week. The manager here is by far the most unprofessional person Ive ever dealt with in my 10 years of customer service experience. She is also planning of firing about 3 other employees from there but of course she smiles in their faces and instead of telling them their doing something wrong shes just going to fire them. I dont see this business lasting more than a year
