The cleaners (specifically Jessica and Jesslynn) always do an excellent job. Even with my new puppy going a bit crazy they still pay attention to details. Getting a quote and scheduling is also super easy. They always respond quickly to emails. Overall I’m always happy coming home after Clean Residential Services has been there :)

This place is a joke and the management is even more of a joke. Don’t hire them. They don’t care for their employees and the employees don’t get a lunch or break when they work for 8+ hours a day (pretty illegal and I’ll gladly call over that :). ) Their “break” is considered when they’re driving to another house when they have less than 5 minutes to get there. Not to mention they hold paychecks when someone quits just to be petty.

Both my husband and I are self employed and typically work 70+ hour weeks in very dusty or muddy outdoor environments. CRS has been cleaning our home for a while now (to preserve my sanity) and I cannot recommend them enough. The ladies are incredibly nice, thorough and always on time. Theyre very affordable as well but frankly, coming home to a fresh, clean house is priceless!

Weve been using Clean Residential for about a month. It has helped tremendously. Our home seems much cleaner even between cleans. It has been so nice to have some of the cleaning pressure off of us. We are so happy we found Clean Residential Services.

After reading all of the reviews I thought I would give this company a try. Unfortunately I was not impressed and will not be using them again. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning but was basically a surface cleaning, and not too good at that. I had to ask them to do the window sills and the area around each doorway. I had to ask them to do the shelves in the sunroom. Also, the picture frames were supposed to be dusted and they werent touched. That is just the things I noticed right away. The email I received said it would take them about 4 hours for the size of the house but they were only here for 3.I dont usually write reviews but I felt this called for one. On a positive note the 2 people that were here arrived on time and were very nice.7/8 - update It has been 2 days since I spoke with CRS after my very disappointing experience with the cleaning. The person I spoke with said he would be getting back to me but, no surprise he hasnt. I realize that a lot of people are very happy with their service but I am not one of them.

I was very pleased with the service. I was able to get an estimate quickly and interact online versus photos me calls which was really convenient to get everything set up. They just conducted my deep clean before continuing with maintenance cleanings. They did a thorough job and I am very happy with the quality of work! This will make my life so much easier and more enjoyable.

I had been contacted to set up the appointment prior to the day/time, and the owners had followed up to make sure the date was still okay. The team showed up on time, and worked very hard. They never stopped the whole time. They were extremely thorough, and very professional. I will use this service again in the future!

I call to speak to someone about their services . I go to explain what I am needing done just my floors and my stairs . I HV had a few surgerys so moping and vacuuming are not my friend . The man I spoke with Told me there was no way he could price that . He said all they do is a deep clean and he would not hv any way of pricing something like that . Never let a man handle a females business he will mess it up ever time . My house dont need a deep cleaning I just needed my floors done and you sir are not professional or business friendly. You should not be answering the phones .

Cleaners were on time and professional. Appreciated the COVID precautions. Cleaning was 95% spot on. Quote detailed work to be done in each room and was easy to customize. Very responsive management. Only improvement opportunities were small missed spots of dusting and cleaning solutions have a strong smell (we’re used to odorless solutions).

These gals went out of their way to clean my home completely. I am amazed how hard they worked.

My neighbors have used Clean Residential Services for several years and after hearing numerous times how satisfied they were, I decided to give them a call. Professionalism all the way! The ladies that arrived to my home were very kind and went out of their way to make sure I was happy, even inviting me to look over their work prior to leaving. I now have them clean for me every other week and my home stays clean! Whatever products they use makes my home smell amazing, even my company comments. I waited for several months to give this review as I wanted to make sure they were for real and they are! The owners truly care about their customers and the employees are happy and well trained.

I liked being able to get a price quote online. Both of the cleaners were friendly and pleasant. I appreciated that the cleaners happily complied with my request for them to wear masks. Hired Clean Residential on the reference of a friend. From my initial inquiries to the moment they walked out of my house, I have no complaints. Mark and Jennifer were very quick to respond to my questions and the ladies who cleaned the house were so friendly and did a wonderful job. The house smelled and looked lovely. I was shocked when I saw how thorough they were. I have several heavy antiques and they moved them to vacuum the floor and clean the baseboards. I really didnt expect that. Will definitely continue to work with this company.

4.8 out of 5 stars, I wish I had looked over everything more thoroughly before they left as they forgot to dust my fireplace mantle and left some areas of the floor not cleaned. But overall, I am very pleased. I will continue to use this service.

My wife and I just got tired of tending to the cleaning chores and called this company. I didnt think it would last long as my wife is quite particular with all things cleaning. The ladies they sent to our house immediately put us at ease. Professional and attentive, they set right to work and when they finished things had never looked better! They visit us each Tuesday morning and it is our favorite day of the week. We are extremely impressed with how this company operates.

I have enjoyed working with Mark and his team. The group did a great job on the deep clean whole house service. My children were especially excited with the attentive details when cleaning their rooms. We had them continue and came back for the 5 room special. I am very pleased with the service they have provided so far. We plan on keeping them on a regular cleaning schedule.

This service is very valuable to me. I have many physical limitations including severe fibromyalgia. The pain is very immense at times and fatigue is also encompassing. I have epilepsy but am grateful that in 15 years I have only had five varying types of seizures either putting me in the hospital for several days or out of the dedication of my neurologist he took care of the last two in his office. One seizure took five hours of his office time. So, in order to prevent another seizure I am on a lot of medicine. All of them cause sleepiness and I take them 4 times a day. Between my sleepiness and fatigue and constant pain, I cannot clean my house. I cannot cook or bake which I did love to do before these problems. I only get out 3 times a month because of my pain and then there are the doctors appointments such as the eye doctor, my urologist and my regular doctor for regular check ups. I also have conversion disorder and since many people are not aware of this, I will let you Google for information. Stress is a big cause. So by having Clean Residential Services, Inc. a big part of my stress level has dropped. My husband is equally happy.

My sister in law recommended Clean Residential to me after they cleaned her house. I just wanted to get my house cleaned for out of town company that was coming. They did a great job! I had them come back after they left to clean up and get my house back in order. They do exactly what they promise and are very professional.

Wish we could give the glowing review as we read in the Reviews posted.This was a move in clean for an empty home, a home we were purchasing while living in another state. Sadly the two girls came and needed to bring in a third because she had the vacuum. I had told Mark that we had nothing and, since they sounded very professional, I was first surprised that apparently the cleaners use their own equipment. Next the two girls with the third that came a bit later worked about three and a half hours on the basement, about 800 sq feet. I went to see if they were soon To start the upstairs and they proceeded to go upstairs, in a few minutes they informed me that they had seen a couple live roaches and some dead ones and would have to leave, they cannot work if insects show up. I too was surprised and upset, not knowing the house had this roach problem. They left with a ten dollar per girl tip, hoping they would soon return. The company was paid 500.00 $ upfront, Mark would not return after I had the home treated stating that they are booked weeks ahead, of course our moving Pods were on the way. He refused to give any refund, which on some part of the 7 pages he has about policy, states all the reasons why. So we were left with a huge burden to find cleaners, put a hold on our move in, pay extra for Pod storage etc., etc. A good will gesture would have been to get a crew to work some extra and get over to our place to complete the work since we had treated the home or to return a portion of the cash. So our circumstances were u inquest in a way for us but this experience was very disappointing and expensive.

I called Clean for a move out cleaning on a home we were selling. We had never had any cleaning help before, but the job was just too big for us. They did everything promised and more! The house was made PERFECT for the buyers. They communicated professionally and appropriately from start to finish. After we moved into our new home, my wife and I decided to call them for regular service and we have been very happy with them.
