Awesome experience! I was treated like we had been friends for years! They were professional, quick, honest, and treated me like a person instead of a number. Fast and friendly service. I had a certain way I wanted my two new tires to be mounted and the older tires rotated. Derek made a note of my request and the service was performed without flaw. I came in to get new tires for my Mercedes. After looking at the tires there was grease all over my rims so as i was looking at this i saw a big scratch on one of my rims. I told the mechanic and he brought out Rick. Rick tried to tell me that it was my fault and that I hit a curb and said Im not fixing that and walked inside. i would know if i hit a curb or not. I know it wasnt there before getting my tires.

Super helpful! Didnt take advantage of a female driver and allowed me time to contact my husband to make sure I knew what I was doing. Didnt go for the most expensive fix and gladly looked for the cheaper fix when asked. Even when looking at the cheaper fix, I was treated respectfully, which has not always been the case when dealing with automotive businesses in the past. THAT is why I will be a repeat customer! Was the only tire place that wasnt booked a full 2 weeks out just to rotate 1 tire one lug nut so my air valve would match up with the holes in my rim these guys did the job super quick and charged me 30 dollars for a tire plug that sarasota florida tire shops refuse to do because of insurance issues with exploding tires ...in my opinion they are they best tire shop in all of america

Went in today for a set of tires. The young man Derrick meet me At the door very helpful with helping me find my tire size and tire brand that would work best on my vehicle. As I stood there a elderly man came in with a lawnmower tire Derrick stopped what he was doing help the man told him it was free of charge. Derrick took the time to talk to the gentleman even though he had other customers I think he just wanted to talk to someone. I will be going back for another set of tires on my other vehicle. Liked the service from Derrick and the boys in the back.Was just in yesterday had my MERCEDES aligned. Drives so much better. Always good service from the guys at the TIRE BARN.

Despite having several customers, the manager was able to see to each of us quickly. He was friendly and kept us all informed about our vehicles. I was especially happy since I had a tire fail on the interstate, and thanks to getting the road hazard insurance for the tires I bought at tire barn, they took care of the cost of a new tire. I would recommend tire barn to anyone looking for tires.

I recently visited this location to have my tires rotated. I did not have an appointment but they worked me in and had my vehicle finished quickly. I had a fantastic experience in will definitely return. Sean was very nice an expedient. The tires that he ordered from the warehouse for my truck were supposed to be there at 2oclock. Theyre shipping truck was running behind because of traffic, instead of rescheduling or making me wait he gave me 2 Superior Quality Tires for the same price and then matched 2 more. I was in and out within 20 minutes and was able to make it to work on time
