I have been to Albert’s two times. Remake of a necklace to my specifications and a repair of a tennis bracelet. I am so happy with my experience. I had exceptional personal taking care of me and my jewelry. I highly recommend Albert’s.

Local Shopping is Best. It is Awsome we have such a quality local jewellers here in our town. We can shop with confidence as to the quality if the product. I have trusted them with several repairs. One of their trained craftsmen helped me update my grandmothers pearls into a necklace for my daughters wedding necklace. You only get that kind of creativity with training and experience. Best of Camden County since 2005.

Last night, the nose pad of my glasses broke off at the weld. I called my eye doctor, and another eye doctor with a lab, and they both said to call Albert. I called, and Albert picked up the phone himself. I explained my situation and he happily told me he could fix it. But wait, theres more. My glasses cost $8000. Thats not a typo people. I asked if hed still be willing to work on them. He told me it wasnt a problem. But wait, theres still more! I cant function without my glasses. I have a pretty significant visual impairment. Albert told me that if I came to the shop right then, hed get it done while I wait. When I arrived, he greeted me, looked over my glasses and went right to work on them. He had them fixed in less than 20 minutes! When he had finished, he had every right to charge me triple what he usually charges, and I would have been ecstatic to pay it, but he wouldnt take any extra than his customary amount, even after I begged him to! The service I received today was above par for any industry. Albert went way out of his way to help me, and I cant thank him enough. Five stars isnt near enough for Alberts Jewelers! Thank you Albert for your customer service, and your quality craftsmanship!

Albert Jeweler is the best in town, hands down. Ive bought a few pieces from them before and every time, it was a positive experience. The staffs are so kind and very welcoming. They were very helpful in getting a personalized ring crafted and the result was absolutely stunning! They are reasonable with their prices and always willing to work with you. We have been going to Alberts for a long time. We bought our granddaughters Christmas jewelry from them and everything was ordered to perfection. Alberts Jewelers is an awesome place to have jewelry repaired. I have had several chains repaired. I recently had a wedding band cut off prior to surgery and the repair by Albert was flawless. You couldnt tell the repaired ring from the original ring. If you need jewelry or a repair, I recommend Alberts Jewelers - you will not be disappointed. I stopped by Alberts Jewelers last week to have my engagement ring and the wedding band checked. My husband bought the rings from Alberts over 15 years ago. Albert had said that it was a good idea to have the rings checked every 6 months. Some of the tips pf the prongs holding the diamonds in place on my wedding band were worn and needed to be re-tipped. I was so glad that I had brought them in to be checked! The repair was completed 5 days before the promised date, so I was very pleased. Everyone at this store is always so friendly and the jewelry is gorgeous!

I was looking for a custom piece of jewelry and had been to a couple other stores. A neighbor told me about Albert’s. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Albert is one of the nicest and caring business owner. I have lost so much weight and currently still loosing. Instead of him charging me to resize my rings he gave me a ring guard. This way I can come back when I’m at my goal weight and only have to pay once to get my ring sized. He even made me a wish list for my husband. How awesome!

I took a family heirloom ring in to be resized. The original pearl was damaged when they went to clean it. They replaced the pearl. However, the first pearl they replaced it with was cut up on the side during the fitting (they had to fit the pearl between 2 diamonds). They ordered another pearl to replace it. The second pearl they replaced it with was cut sloppy to make it fit. I decided against leaving it with them even longer as theyd had it for about a month already. I am heartbroken and honestly very displeased with how my ring looks and will be looking into taking it elsewhere to get yet another pearl fitted.

There were so many beautiful things for Mother’s Day. Albert was very helpful in helping me find the right setting for an older ring that I needed to replace. I was surprised how easy it was picking out the setting. He was able to use some of the smaller diamonds too in the new ring. I appreciated his knowledge in what would work and what wouldnt. The new ring is beautiful!!! Wonderful, caring people usually a joy to do business with however we ordered our sons birthday present on March 5th, his birthday was the 14th, and we didnt get the necklace until March 31. I am upset about how long it took, but, it was most likely the fault of whichever company was used to ship the jewelry and no fault of Alberts Jewelers. Just take note that it may take over two weeks to get something delivered when placing an order for jewelry there and plan according to the date the piece is needed.

Albert’s cleaned a ring that was going to be a gift for my daughter as an inheritance from her Grandmother. It was a very special ring and Albert did a beautiful job! I would trust them with all of my special pieces.

My only thing is, please don’t ask personal questions about jewelry as to price, if not bought from your store. Sometimes significant others are there.
