Really disappointed. Went in for a mattress and found the perfect one but they did not have it in stock and manager would not sell me the floor model as promised by sales associate. I had high hopes for this store and they let me down. Ill never recommend their store.

Our store experience was great! Sterling was very professional, and even though there were 4 or 5 people in the store, he helped all of us in a timely manner and no-one was neglected. He even checked in with another customer while he was helping us and assured him he wasnt forgotten about. This is professionalism at its finest! It wasnt too crowded and that was nice because we only had a limited amount of time to shop. Sterling was very attentive and listened to our wants/needs as well as our budget, and he answered all of our questions (even after I called several times the day before to make sure this store had what we needed), he also was never pushy, nor did he try to sell us items we couldnt afford which is so appreciated, our budget is very important. We had a great experience and we will be shopping there if we need more furniture. Thanks!!!

I called Mr. Sterling and explained to him I needed a new bed for my dad, who recently had a medical procedure. He told me all of the different choices that would accommodate my dad.I went to the store on my lunch break. Mr. Sterling showed me the options we discussed on the phone. I made a decision and purchase in 30 minutes. Mr. Sterling expert knowledge of what fits his customers is exceptional.I called back a few days later and spoke with Aimee who guided through some chairs on the phone. Good store with a nice selection of furniture for a reasonable price with very patient and helpful customer service. However anyone that buys here should save themselves the money and trouble by assembling the furniture themselves. Bought a kitchen/coffee table and an end table and payed the 80 dollars to have it shipped and built and the movers managed to damage all of furniture, very dissatisfied by the quality of their service considering the price I paid for this expensive new furniture, if they showed just a little more care and added precautions this would have been a 5 star review. Going to have to repair the wood scratches and dented corners now

The in-store service was great but when the guys came to deliver they didnt even bother to tighten the bolts

The staff was amazing and the products now offered was impressive!

My experience has been great. My only issue is that my credit score has went up by at least 100 points, I have never missed a payment or been late in a year but yet I have not been offered a credit increase. And not to mention the fact that when I tried I was denied and knocked down to $300 less than what I was initially offered. Kind of a let down. Other than that their customer service is amazing. I especially like Mr. Sterling. I went and spoke to him on my lunch break the other day and he’s so awesome. Very personable but on a professional level. I suggest speaking with him when you go in there. He Had me come in and look at something I plan on ordering that he had just put onto the showroom floor. So I got to see it in person.

The sales associates were very friendly and helpful. Our bed frame arrived at the store quickly, as promised. However, the product itself is awful. The support beams and slats holding the bed, as well as the brackets and plastic pieces all broke within two weeks of owning the bed. We did purchase the protection plan, and a team was sent out to repair the bed. The bed was repaired and then broke again a week later. We contacted the store once again, and they said that all they can do is send out someone to repair it again. We are completely dissatisfied with this product, and apparently are stuck with an expensive piece of junk. Will never purchase from Badcock again.

I was looking for a piece part that holds the bed frame to the headboard and had been to 3 other furniture stores. Mr Sterling went out of his way to find the matching piece part. It took him a while to get since he wanted to make sure that it fits. And sure enough it did. None in Jacksonville but only in Georgia did I got an excellent customer service. Plan to get back and support this business in the near future.

Went in with my elderly friend to get her a recliner. We were told about the bargain room. We went to check it out and it was empty! So, we checked out the chairs, found her one she liked, and waited to be waited on. When the young man came over, he went right into buying the extra protection plan but made it known that it was only his 3rd day so, he wasnt able to offer her a deal for paying cash up front. It took a long time to check out because he didnt know the register enough to complete the sale on his own.

Its a great place for all your home furnishings. They have great prices and knowledgeable service on all there products. The place is going thru a remodeling now so excuse the little bit of a mess while you shop. There is plenty of parking out front, you dont need a truck because they will deliver anything you buy and set it up for you.

Absolutely flipping fantastic. More sales person in this area need to be like the folks here. No pressure, attentive but not stalking and rushing you.

The service from the personnel is not the reason for a 1 star, they were friendly and made the process easy. However, the king size sleigh headboard and rails deserves the 1 star. We bought it a year ago and the rails have split in half just from sleeping. Paid too much for such a piece of junk. Also got the extended warranty that is offered, and somehow the extended warranty does not cover the bed frame if it breaks any other time than a mover or the installation. You are better off going to the Aarons across the road, because I sure will.

My daughter and son in law purchased a China hutch with buffet and a dinning table with chairs. The quality of the furniture is great. We took it home ourselves and the staff was extremely helpful in helping us load it up and secure it.

The process was fast and easy and staff is extremely friendly and personable.

Bought a king bed the other day from Rick Merrow and it was a very pleasant experience. He didnt hover, hassle or try to upsell us. The bed was delivered and assembled professionally and on time. 4 stars only because it is a bit pricey.

My husband and I purchased our living room and 2 bedroom sets from this location. I honestly cannot say enough great things about Crystal and her team! They went above and beyond to accommodate the delivery to our schedules, the delivery guys were great and even moved the bedroom set we had to another room. Thank you so much for working with us!!!

My husband worked for Badcock from 2009-2010. His job was to deliver furniture or collections of furniture. Sometimes he was advised to rent a Uhaul truck to do his job and because the companies delivery truck was being repaired. I contacted Uhaul for my husband back in 2014 to rent a truck to move my family. I was told that my husband owe money for renting a truck back in 2009-2010. I advised Uhaul that my husband was working for Badcock and the company should have taken care of the charges. Uhaul advised that nothing was paid and my husband cant rent a truck to move my family. We called badcock and wrote letters to them because it that time we lived in another state. Recently we moved back in Kingsland, Ga and we recently contacted Uhaul and they advised that my husband still owe for the charges. The people that work here is is rude and full of it. I hope NO ONE buys anything from this company. From what my husband advised to me on what they do, they shouldnt be in business AT ALL. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY THEY ARE PRIVATELY OWNED AND DONT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES. IF THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES THAN THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER ALSO. GO TO ANOTHER BADCOCK STORE!
