I called Advance Carpet Care to schedule a move out floor cleaning which included tile, hardwood, some carpet, and outdoor carpet area. Nick was very friendly and assisted me with paying online due to moving prior to his visit. He also informed me that after my move out inspection if the property manager was not happy he would make a visit to correct any issues. He also sent me pictures since I was unable to see the final product. I am very happy to give Advance Carpet Care a 5 star rating and I will be happy to recommend Advance to anyone needing this service.

This is the best carpet cleaning service Ive had for a reasonable price, they were on time and responsive. The people the landlord had chose to clean the carpet did a craft job. When advanced carpet care cleaned my carpet I saw all of the dirt come up it was like night and day. They have a forever customer !!!

I am so happy I found Advanced Carpet Care. I wish I took a before and after photo because the difference is outstanding. My uncle is staying in the room and never cleaned up a spill. I thought we were going to have to replace the carpet because of all the stains. The stains were from food, drinks and pets. Advanced Carpet Care got all the stains up and it smells fresh. The room they cleaned is on the second floor. They even cleaned the stairs when they were finished. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Nicholas Maldonado is a truly nice guy. He just left my house after cleaning my couch, a chair, 2 ottomans, 2 rugs and a hallway. He is an wonderfully professional young man. His attention to detail and the care he took while cleaning my things was exemplary. He was at my door at 4:30pm exactly. Nicholas got to work right away and cleaned up everything before he left. My hallway had a horrible stain from when we bought the house and it is now gone. My white chair with white ottoman is so much better. The dog smell is no longer detectable. Thank you so much, Nicholas for a job well done. I will use this company again for the rest of my house once it is all painted!

I called Advanced Carpet Care in the morning, explained that I needed to get the strong pet odor removed from the bedroom carpets in our vacation rental after guests checked out, asked if they could come that same day since we we were expecting new guests the following day . The owner Nick arrived after lunch and did an excellent job! The pet odor is gone, and the carpets and the bedrooms smell so clean. Nick also did a great job cleaning the natural fiber sisal area rug in the living room which he threw into the package.

Not long after moving into our newly built house, we had a guest stay over and they left QUITE the mess behind and never said a word. Upon discovering this, I was absolutely horrified!! I called Advanced Carpet Care and they were able to be there within the next hour. Not only did they clean the floor, they cleaned the mattress as well and it’s all better than before!
