Oh my gosh Amy made my day my week my year! Lovely Georgia scorching heat and humid weather and my AC goes out. One call to her and she’s promptly out here after instantly knowing the problem on the phone (and accurately). In literally a blink of a eye she has the repair done at an amazing price. I have lived in Camden County over 30 years and have been using AC Service Center for the past 10. They are the best I have used, and I wouldnt use another! Their customer service is top-notch, and they always take the time to explain what they are doing (even for routine maintenance) and my options for repairs. I have never had trouble getting them to come out, and they save me time-off from work by being prompt. I have listened to people complain about having to wait for a service tech from other companies and tell them to call AC Service Center! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

Our AC decided to act up on a holiday weekend! They came out on a Sunday and were quick and amazing!! Replaced the part and checked to make sure the freon and our filters were good! The service was amazing and our house was cooler within a hour!!! Amy also called me 2 weeks later to make sure that everything was still working well!! Will use their services from now on!!!!!

This company was hired to inspect the AC system in my home before I purchased it, they claimed everything was working properly and at manufacturer specifications. Just over a month later the AC system is having problems, I contact the company about my issues and am told they will come look but the inspection will be $125 (almost double what the seller of the home was charged $65). Appalled I asked why they didnt warrant their work, as the inspection was barely more than a month ago (39 days). I would avoid this company, pick one that warrants their work.*Update* as you can see by the owners response, the company has poor management, and obviously poor comprehension skills or didnt even read the review. This is my home, I dont rent and have no tenants. Will update further when a truly professional company inspects the system.*Update 2* it appears someone decided to actually read the review and submit a proper response, and if you can read between the lines, you know, stay away from this company if you want quality service. Wouldnt even recommend this company to someone I didnt like.*Update 3* upon a proper inspection from another company, I find out the unit is not performing at manufacturer specs, is giving off bad readings, has been poorly repaired/cleaned/patched many times, system was so bad the company recommended replacement of the system, as did the contracted inspector from the home warranty. The system was so bad the home warranty appraisers didnt hesitate on immediate replacement on the entire system, and Im sure you know how insurance companies love to pay. I still am going to be out of pocket several hundred dollars of what the home warranty wont cover BUT had this company done a proper inspection before I purchased the home, this wouldnt have been a problem. TLDR: AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Well I gave them one star for showing up, after that it would be 0 stars. Woman came out took a few pictures said well have a quote for you tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went, I called a few days and they kept saying she is working on it. Have not heard from them yet. Ill go with a more professional company.

You cant go wrong with AC Service Center! Amy and Keith went above and beyond to fix our a/c and well never use another a/c company. They installed our unit in October and then came out in July for warranty repair and showed the true meaning of professionalism and pride in ones work.

I appreciate the timely and professional response of replacing my shop-vac and issuing an apology. I’m glad to have had to work with them and do believe this was an isolated incident. Very professional people! Great service at a affordable price! Have dealt with them for years keeping my old AC unit alive. I decided to get a new unit which they installed in only 5 hours. All of their staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. They always ensure I know they have my best interests in mind. They do NOT make up fake symptoms or sell you a bunch of equipment, or services, you do not need. I recommend them to everyone I know who says they need AC services. Amy is the best, very smart and knowledgeable HVAC tech.I bought a new house and AC wasnt working well, Amy came out and diagnosis the problem within 20 minutes...she then had her colleagues at the shop call the manufacture of my AC unit and get the condenser covered under warranty(I would have never known that)...they then ordered the part...called me when it came in and was out the next day to install it..These people should be a model for every business!!!

This is the BEST company!! My AC went out on Wednesday and by noon on Friday they had my new AC system installed and running. They had 3 techs and each one had their on job and worked together so well.

AC service center did a great job installing a new hvac in my house. It went out and I have a newborn. They sent someone over that day and within 4 days they installed a whole new system in 4 hours. The staff was very nice and they cleaned everything up before they left. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Our A/C decided to take a dive on a Saturday afternoon in July. I called AC Service Center after reading the reviews online but was not expecting the over the top service I received. Keith was at my house within an hour of the call and our AC was blowing cold about 30 mins later. To top it all off, the bill was about half of what I was expecting to pay. With 3 children in the house, going without AC on a 104 degree day was not an option. You will not find a more professional and reliable company in our area. Thanks for the outstanding service!!!

The folks at AC Service Center are life savers! We woke up this morning to find that our AC unit had stopped blowing cold air. After doing the routine checks ourselves (check the filter, fuse etc...), we decided to call in the professionals.They were able to send someone out the same day. Amy showed up prior to the time I was told they may be able to stop by, and immediately identified the issue. She was able to fix the issue and get cold air blowing within 20 minutes of her arrival! The staff we interacted with were friendly and again, Im super impressed at Amys ability to identify and resolve the issue so quickly. As someone who is 8 months pregnant and doesnt handle the heat well, getting this addressed as quickly as possible was of the utmost importance. I would definitely recommend the folks at AC Service Center!

Tech was prompt, identified the problem and repaired it within 30 minutes. They came recommended by friends and I just recommended them to four co-workers. One of them literally just called them for his AC being out....they are meeting him in 15 minutes!

Friday night, after hours, Amy came out and had my issue diagnosed and resolved in 30 min. She’s friendly and professional and knows her job!

Theyve came out TWICE in the past month to fix my AC, yet its still not running properly. Its set at 72, but it gets 80 in the overall house, 81 in my FOUR MONTH OLDS room, 82 in my sons (4) room upstairs. So after the 2nd time they fixed it, its running 76-78, set on 72, I called and explained that I have a 4 month old & a 4 year old, I sit with no blinds open & no lights on & dont cook to help it stay cool. Yet it still stays 80. The desk clerk had the nerve to tell me she would let the workers know about my little rant. Her words. NOT TO MENTION, on their site, it says open 24 hours. Then it says open 24-7 for emergencies. So when I asked to send them out today, she said Theyre done for the day. Cause i guess my four year old and four month old dont make it emergency enough. OR the fact theyve been out 3-4 times. Dont. Use. These. People.

My lower level AC unit suddenly stopped working on May 17, 2017I Googled HVAC Kingsland, GA and found AC Service Center. I called and they were able to schedule an appointment for the same day.Two very knowledgeable technicians arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired with twenty minutes. I was expecting to have to replace the freon pump, but the problem was much less costly.Very reasonable pricing, very good explanations of the problem and very friendly folks.I highly recommend AC Service Center in Kingsland, GA.

Horrible customer service. I called them after working with a smaller company that was having issues ordering a needed part. They gave me a quote for $280.00 over the phone and then $345.00 in person. Then could not give me 3 mins to straighten the problem out before they just left and told me to wait another day. Then i was called a liar and that they where too busy to come back to my house because of the weather and i needed to drop off the money and i would be taken care of the next day. Never again will i ever consider this company they are by far the most rude people i have dealt with in this industry.
