Theresa did a wonderful job on my nails. She was caring and took pride in her work. Highly recommend.

Stopped here with no appointment a couple weeks ago at about 10am on a friday and only waited 5 minutes, got the most expensive option for a pedicure $60 and it was worth it, the extra foot massage was well paid for. Although the polish came off one of my pinky toes a week later. Id definitely go back, wish I knew the name of my nail technician but she was friendly, helpful with the massage chair, and helped me put my shoes back on when she finished.

Went in for a birthday pedicure and it was great. Very clean, everyone working there was friendly, kind, and welcoming. My toes look phenomenal and they were very accommodating of moms with their kids (including me.) I definitely recommend going in.

They didn’t clean the nail before they put the tips on or before they were going to do the acrylic application. They left the debris on the nail, which WILL cause lifting and/or pop off of the nails. When I brought it to their attention to do so, they said no, you don’t have to do that. The stuff sticks really good. I’m sorry but that’s not true. Leaving the debris on the nail and not dehydrating the nail is going to make the nails lift and come off! I lift with just the tips on because I don’t want my nails coming off in about 2-3 days. Not worth it.

Made an appointment here, went in on time and was ignored for an hour and a quarter. I walked out, went home and did my own nails. Avoid this expensive and unprofessional joint. They dont know what they are doing. An appointment means nothing. Bring your lunch as you might be there ALL DAY. Overpriced services and amateur, unqualified staff.

The staff is very sweet and up to date with the latest trends. They do clean beautiful work. An appointment isnt needed but it helps with the wait times. I highly recommend this place.

Im disabled & Nick gave me a manicure & pedicure with massages that made my usually painful hands & feet feel wonderful & my nails looked so pretty that when I left I felt Wonderful too. Thanx Nick

I enjoyed my experience going to 5 stars nails in Kingsburg, I like the environment & they always let me come in as walk in with a little wait not too bad though. My one complaint though it’s a little pricey I normally get one color and coffin shape $80 the nails didn’t last as long I would’ve hoped (not even 2 weeks) I had to quit going but I’m open to trying again.

They were very busy and accommodating despite the wait. However after only a few days I noticed my gel nail polish lifting on my manicure. It was unfortunate they didnt last longer before starting to peel.

Do not recommend at all. They charged me $50 for a fill and it looks horrible. I’m not the type to make a scene so I just paid the price. The gel is on my skin above the nails and he couldn’t square my nails up at all the corners are still slightly rounded. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star but that’s the lowest option. I give them a 0 for sure. Only went because no where else is open. Will not go back.

Worst service. You have an appointment and they don’t respect you as a customer. Called in advance and the answer is you have to wait for 30 min. Always customer service is a priority! Will make sure to don’t waist my time in this place.

Horrible horrible horrible made an appointment and still have to wait half an hour just to get talked to. When I called for the appointment they said 50 for a set and when I went to pay they asked for 60. Through the whole process the tech was filing too rough and when I spoke up the tech didn’t correct their actions, would just continue like I didn’t say anything. I left with just about every finger cut up and sore from them. They didn’t shape my nails right and they look like they’re a week old even though I just got them cause the tech filed them way too much. The major problem with this place is that they don’t have their prices listed on the wall so they’ll charge you whatever they want. When I talked to the manager about the problems all she could say was sorry and then proceed to up charge me even though I reminded her she quoted me 50 and I overheard her saying it’ll be 50 to another customer for the same set I got.

2 stars they shamed for getting nails since I was a man but they had nails that lates one week would not recommend.

This salon is my favorite salon!! Their staff is amazingly friendly. I never had a bad experience and always leave happy whenever I’m in town. They always take their time to make sure that my nails are perfect. They also have a huge selection of colors for not only regular and gel but dip powder as well!! You will not be disappointed :)

I really appreciate the Acrylic/Tips/Gel Work the gentleman done to my nails! There are no negative complaints I have to share about this Nail Salon/Spa! I got exactly the service I asked and paid for including the design I requested and the Manicurists are very professional at how they take care of your hands & theyre different too! The guy did a very good job and descent: This was my first visit; theyre in a great-convenient location and I look forward to returning for my Acrylic/Tips/Gel/Design refill. Ive been coming here to get my nails done every 3 weeks since January 2019. Ive always been satisfied with the service. Staff is very friendly, and if you start a conversation and not just sit there, youll get to know the staff/ other customers. Ive gotten a gel French pedicure over a month ago, and it still looks brand new. I always get acrylic nail fills when I go, they last the full 3-4 weeks without fading, chipping, or lifting. The one time my nail did lift is when I smashed it with my car door. Ouch! Went when they opened the next day and was seen to fix it up immediately. Ive never planned by appointment, but have gone mostly in the late afternoon- the longest Ive waited was 25-30 minutes to be seen. Staff is also knowledgeable on what colours and accents look best together if you are unsure.

This place is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend going there even if you just wanna try it out. The one in Selma by Wendy’s is 100 times better. My nails fell off within a week and the price was very high. They charged me $50 for three of my nails to come off within the first week. I wanted to ask them after they fell off if they could fix them. The front lady said it would be $10 to repair three nails! This place is not a good nail salon I highly recommend going somewhere else.

I have given this nail salon a few tries in hopes that their service would improve. I even referred my mother and grandmother there. We have all had negative experiences here, especially with the person taking care of the front. I don’t like to through around the word “racist” but that is how we have all made to feel when going to this nail salon. The nail technicians are decent in their quality of work. I cannot stress enough just how horrible our experiences have been with the front lady. If I could rate them on just customer service, I would give a negative rating.

Wonderful! I didn’t get the name of the lady who did my nails but she is the very pretty one with long hair who usually greets customers. Phenomenal job!!!!!

I’d give zero stars if I could. This place is ridiculously expensive! And they are so racist! They expected me to pay almost $100 for a FILL and pedicure! When 2 weeks prior I went and paid $30 for a fill and $40 for a gel spa pedicure, well so I thought that was the price but when I went to pay the lady at the first desk added $2 on for each service! And they still expect a tip!! And not to mention the gel polish (if you’re lucky), lasts only 3 days! Oh and for acrylic nails they never last for more than a week! Never going here again! Place is a rip off!

Have had two Heavenly pedicures and happy with the experience. Both times we made an appointment (as there were 2-3 of us) and had a quality pedicure. They spend a good amount of time and you dont feel rushed. The massage chairs are nice and there is a huge selections of polishes.

Me and my daughter went in to get a full set of nails Christmas Eve. My set was great, I had to wait about 45min for an avail tech. Understandable, it was Christmas Eve. My daughter was assisted right away by an older woman, while waiting I was observing and it was obvious the woman was either being trained or was confused. I asked my daughter if it was ok and she nodded yes so I didnt think much of it. Until I sat next to her and the other woman started and finished my set, before my daughter was finished. My nail tech was giving her instructions the entire time she was doing my nails. She assured me it was ok, I paid and tipped. But the quality was not worth it. My daughters nails were multiple thicknesses, lumpy, just aweful. I didnt want to cause an issue on a holiday, but I wont return. This was my only bad experience there, I had been there maybe three times prior.

I didn’t make it through my pedicure because the guy that was working on me got callus remover all over my legs. My legs started burning and he ended up giving me a horrible chemical burn all up and down my calves. When I first told him it was burning he only wiped it instead of rinsing it. I finally had to raise my voice and got the attention of one of his co-workers. She came over and rinsed it, but the damage had been done.They are sloppy over there. I have friends who have received chemical burns as well because they get it all over people’s skin. This place needs to be visited by the board or something. They keep burning people with callus remover.

The card that says the prices said $30 for a full set plus $5 for matte. So my total should have been $35 but they charged me $50. I will never be going here again. They tried to charge me $20 extra then what it should have been. Also my friend went and they charged her $55 for something that she didn’t ask for. They add $2 to every transaction. This place is a complete rip off.

Soooo expensive!! They will say one price and charge you another at the end of your service! I was extremely disappointed at the rushed service. I’ve tried them multiple times and every time it’s the same thing! Extremely high prices!!! Each time higher and higher!!

Wasnt happy with my gel nails, didnt even last 3 days and expensive. Decided to give them another chance, made reservations for me and a friend, waited 20 min before approaching the manager who then unapologetically told me they had no record of my reservations and wed have to wait another 15 min. Frustrated and in a time crunch, we left. Needless to say Im not going back again.

Whats the point of making an appointment when you still have to wait over ahour?! Its as if they dont care about any new clients. I wasnt even given the color swatches for the whole hour I waited or told sorry for the wait. I wanted to like this place but they barely even acknowledged me and thats unfortunate because they lost out on a client.. The other downfall is they are extremely overpriced.. not sure where they think theyre located or whats but for the crappy service the prices should not be so much higher than other places.

Not a good experience. Nails started lifting after 2 days. They did not file the edges very well and left a lot of glue with acrylic build up under the nail. Would not go back to think kind of service.

Ill give 3 stars since my nails lasted 3 days for $67.00 dollar service! Not to mention, my nails took 3 hours to complete! Lol!!!!
