Left an expensive package at the post outside my mailbox. My daughter found it out it would have been gone. Carrier has brought them before to my home. I do not appreciate my packages being left in plain sight on a very busy road

I love this post office. I travel between cities and if I can make a drop off at this location, I most certainly do. They are the nicest people and always greet you with a smile. That’s hard to find in all post offices!

Ive used the so called priority mail and one package got there on time the other took an extra day. I mailed a package to my Dad for his birthday and veterans day via priority mail and it got shipped to CT and NJ distribution centers. Again its going to be delayed. It was supposed to have gotten there by TODAY in Lewisville NC! No wonder youre called snail mail. Thank God I voted in person. Next time I mail a package itll be UPS not you incompetent idiots.

Paid $20 (with priority) to have a box of perishable goods delivered to a friend upstate. What a waste. The package was sent right back to my house in a week and no one seems to be able to tell me why. I called USPS customer service, the office here, and the office where my package was being sent back from. I was answered by a person only once, and it was to tell me there was nothing they could do. USPS is a customer service nightmare. Dont expect a refund when they screw up.

DO NOT USE THIS POSTAL OFFICE!!If i could give 0 stars i would. I dont even live in NC and my friends priority package, it arrived in my city, they sent it to another postal office almost an hour away then returned it.When my friend went to ask what happened, They were dismissive and incompetent, refused to refund her for the hassle and worse, the stuff inside was perishable! which is why it was a priority!!Please, save your money, your time and brain cells. Do not trust your packages here their incompetence has spread far out to other states now. I wouldnt even trust them to deliver useless ad pamphlets.

Honestly was using this post office for an upwards of 5 months and never had an issue until today.. was refused service in regards to shipping a priority mail item in a large box. Due to slight creasing of the box, i was told the contents “dont fit” when the same facility has shipped dozens of packages with identical contents, packed the exact same way... very unprofessional and incompetent staff. With apparently policies that change daily.. lol

Well it always seem that my neighbor gets my packages and I get his. It isn’t that hard to read an address or look at the name. I even have my name inside the mailbox but that is ignored. I have a package right now that isn’t in my mailbox that was said that it was delivered in my mailbox. I hope the neighbor that is usually kind enough to bring me my package is the neighbor who received it in his mailbox.

I just want to know,WHERE HAS THE MAILMAN BEEN AT FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS?!?!My neighbors nor I have seen or received any mail since Monday, WHY?! He is always here in my neighborhood between 12:30-1:30pm everyday! But not this week for some reason.Also why does all of my packages get sent to you guys in Cleveland Co. when in reality I live in Gaston Co.?

I order many packages online like amazon and ebay and I always have 2 day shipping and I NEVER get it until the 3rd day because they refuse to pull down my driveway to deliver a package due to one carrier claiming to have got stuck in ny driveway. 4 different households live down this driveway and have no issues with it. I have to pick my packages up at the post office and the carrier isnt back before closing time making it the 3rd day before I get it and very inconvenient because I have to go out of my way and take time I dont have to do their job!

I am at my ropes end with this postal service. They are getting ridiculous. I paid a pretty penny for overnight shipping on 2 items my husband needed before he left. They refused to leave it while we werent there. So he didnt get it on time. I left a not for them to deliver it Monday and leave it under the carport. They didnt even send it out. The lady from the post office called me with a nasty attitude saying she refuses to send out my package because I have a dog that sometimes hangs out under my carport. (I keep him up if mail is coming) she said if I wanted my package bad enough Id come get it. She said if i wasnt home I wouldnt get it. ( my package would fit I. The mailbox. ) I told her Id be home the following day (3 days after the package was supposed to be delivered, 1 day paid.) She still kept getting nasty with me. I didnt understand why. 1 hour later animal control showed up at my house. She filed a complaint saying I never feed or water my dogs and leave them outside all the time on a chain with no shelter!!!!! False report, animal control came and saw they were all healthy, with water and all care for and vetted.Then they put a not in my mailbox the following week saying if I didnt fill out a paper they wouldnt leave mail in my mailbox any longer. And a week later (today) I came home to find a very expensive package that i paid nearly $20 to have shipped 2 day shipping had been thrown out of her car on my lawn in the rain!!! She didnt even put it under my carport 10 feet away!!! Or on my porch 5 feet away!!! The box was soaked and the loose can of preemie baby formula was dented from being dropped out of her care! Luckily it is all metal cans! 13 cans of preemie formula couldve ruined in the rain! What if it had been an electronic? Or diapers! Get it together usps! If I am paying 1 day and 2 day shipping prices I expect it to make it to me safely and on time!

Trying to have our mail delivered to our new house for over 2 weeks. PO says they cant find the address. Address is on mailbox as requested by Post Office. Cant get a call or reach anyone by phone in a timely manner. Terrible customer service!

They keep leaving the wrong mail at my address. Who knows how much of mine is lost.

I have been to the post office repeatedly to report problems and it continues. I go an entire week without any mail, neighbors find some in their box, and it has taken over a week for me to get mail from Gastonia. I almost missed a court date for child custody. The notice was mailed on the 17th and I didnt receive it until the 24th, when I had to be in court on the 26th.

This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with.. My mail has been being delivered to a house on another street for the last 4 years.. The post master is nothing but a joke...

Completely incompetent!! We Constantly have to take mis-delivered mail to neighbors or have them bringing mail to us. 90% of the packages that I order get delivered to the wrong house and I have to call them and make them hunt down where they misplaced them. Even had them tell me where they delivered a package at one point and told me to go pick it up there. Seriously people!?!?!?

Arrived this morning at 8 am.. waited 25 mins for the doors to open.The employees realized that there was someone at the door when we started knocking on the doors for several minutes. Even after the doors opened, it took them 10 mins to get their computers started. I would not give them any stars if I could. Horrible customer service.

HORRIBLE! Started with the new mail carrier. Forgets pieces of mail. Or like yesterday....he was so slow that he couldnt even get our mail delivered. And, I know why...because hes constantly having to backtrack. Everyone makes mistakes but this happens ALL THE TIME!
