I was left dangling by a motor club that did not live up to expectations. Mr. Jackson came out and took the bull by the horns and towed my car to the Ford dealer in Shelby. He went over and above the call of duty. If you ever get in a jam in Cleveland county call on these folks. They will not let you down or overcharge you like so many others. Great job!

Mike was extremely helpful even though he was a considerable distance from my son. My son was stranded 500 miles from home due to the ground being too soft to install his spare. The car was on the ground and he couldn’t get the jack under it. Mike kept in contact with me and provided recommendations for a replacement tire. I felt relieved after speaking with him because he assured me that he would take care of the situation. Before Mike arrived a local Good Samaritan stopped and assisted with the installation of the spare.

I had great service from them today. They responded to my call promptly. Michael came with a truck. He talked to me about my car. He was respectful and professional. The rate was reasonably priced too. I would definitely call them again if I needed their services.I had called another service before calling them. The woman who answered wasnt friendly and the rate was higher.

As I was traveling 74 today, I came upon a lot of debris on the Hwy. Cars and trucks were swerving and trying to miss it. Without any way to get around it other than being struck by a vehicle on either side, I ran over the piece of metal debris in the road and it got attached to the back of my car. I immediately pulled over and tried to get it loose, but it was impossible for me. While waiting on my son to come and help me, I see up ahead a wrecker service backing up to help me. Two of the nicest, professional men got out and helped me without any hesitation. They got the debris unattached from under my car and helped me more than words can explain. They also endangered themselves to try and get the other debris out of the road so everyone would be safe. They did not charge me and I am so grateful for them. Words cannot express how thankful!! I used this business a few days ago to have my Mothers van towed to the garage in town. They are reasonably priced. The person I spoke with on the phone was polite and professional. They were timely and knew exactly what needed to be done. Will definitely recommend them to others and use them again in the future if needed.

These guys were behind me at a traffic light when my Kia Sorento died on me and offered a tow, but I had just spent almost all my savings on buying this Kia just days before so I told them No thank you. Hours later with no luck getting my vehicle going again they passed me on there way home from working all day and still took the Liberty of stopping to help me anyway. They were able to get my car running long enough to make it home and even followed me to make sure I would make it all the way. These men were complete saints. I had offered $20 for their help but they respectfully declined. They didn’t help me to make a quick buck, they just helped because they had good hearts. These good people are what the world needs more of. I’d recommend these good people to anyone needing roadside assistance. They’ll have you in good hands for sure! Thanks guys!
