Home Depot associates are always helpful and easy to deal with, but this morning demonstrated they also have great senses of humor. All 3 were unfamiliar with the rental shop, but they gave it their all, and laughed with the customers all the while. Relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. All was figured out, all good!

I recently had a tough experience with a piece of equipment I rented from this home depot, ie kingman. After explaining everything to the staff they resolved my issue no problem. Mike is super great to work with, every time I go there! And I must give Manager Kirby a shout out for acting with extreme professionalism and helping me with my issue. Thanks Home Depot for having great people!

A bunch of great People.

I rented a chainsaw from the tool department I get to the job to cut down tree after using it for not even 5 mins it breaks. I take it back and they exchange it for another one. I get back,to my job and the one they give me the second time wont start. I take it back and they wont refund my,money. Its funny how businesses think they can legally rip hard working people off. BEWARE dont rent any tools from their tool department

The people were very helpful and the equipment was great.

They lie about the return policy on used products you purchase from the rental center, false advertisement.

Had to rent a chainsaw and the staff was very hospitable. For the most part so was the rest of the staff.
