I am writing this review before any work gets done in my home. I liked how the sales rep was very informative with all of my concerns. And also addressed any questions asked. He was courteous, and didn’t come off as a pushy try hard sales rep. (He wouldn’t have gotten to see anything further than my living room if he was). I am going to trust that this company has their clients best interest at heart. I will refrain from adding and or taking away stars and further completing my review until I see any actual work done and I as a client am satisfied with the results.

My whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure. The sales person who gave me the estimate was professional, friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns with out being condescending. The crew that arrived to do my install work were punctual, professional and took great pride in their work. Total masters of their craft. Homespire’s prices aren’t the cheapest however they aren’t the most expensive. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work you get from this company. Would highly recommend Homespire for window and door replacement.

This is a scam. They did work with me. I see homespire windows has trouble keeping records so i kept them myself and would be glad to talk about how they knock on every door then contact you constantly to judge if you are an easy mark. If you are not they just dont show up and ignore your calls even after many messages. Unsolicited bikini pictures of the person who knocked on your door and everything. That may be why they want everyones husband to be home. i would be glad to show anyone the entire text conversation. Might be worth a look before entering such an expensive deal with these people.

EDIT: we have been working with Homespire for over three months now and have had nothing but issues:1. Our contract stated they would replace a lentil for our one bedroom window that they were replacing. We spoke at lengths about this with our Sales person and was told that this was a service they offered. ONLY TO FIND OUT two months later that Homespire in fact does not replace lentils. So now we are left with trying to find a contractor to replace the lentil prior to Homespire installing the window. They had a signed contract for two months and did not even read over what was signed or agreed upon until someone came to measure the windows and we got the call the next day. You’d think you’d have a project manager double check contracts in a timely fashion to make sure projects are able to be performed as agreed upon.2. After dealing with said issue above, we get another call that another measured window is not able to be the style we selected after now THREE MONTHS of having the estimated measurements from the sales person and the measurements from the second person who came out to do a precise measurement for the install.This entire experience is horrible. We were so eager to work with this company and now I tell everyone to stay far away unless you want to spend everyday on the phone trying to fix issues that should have been dealt with the week of the contract being signed or discussed EVEN BEFORE agreeing to take on a project.Lastly - we have reached out to our sales person who told us he was available for all questions and concerns and have not heard back from him at all. We’ve been receiving calls from other people trying to fix the issues this company has been causing.Our first impression: We had our first visit with Homespire and met with our representative Sam Isaacs and it was beyond phenomenal. Sam took the time to hear our previous war stories with other companies such as Window Nation (which was beyond words-horrible). Sam took the time to answer all of our questions and discuss all aspects of the Homespire windows. He performed heat testing on our personal windows and then showed how they compare to their windows. Words can not describe how much trust I have with Sam and I am excited to continue working with him and his team to continue our window project. The price is average but you are paying for any amazing window with new qualities not present in our old broken metal windows.

Im glad I went with a local company! Ryman M. Is an amazing salesperson and the company is lucky to have him. His knowledge about the products and personable nature only added to the appeal of the product quality and level of service. When investing in your home, I believe in getting the best value for your dollar, and not being frugal. Homspire definitely hit that mark. Support local businesses and let keep those big companies who are expensive for NO reason other than pure profit at bay!

The installers left a mess inside and outside of my home. Very unprofessional

It was pleasant and enjoyable throughout the entire experience. Tommy the sales person was laid back, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Amber was a delight to work with as she coordinated the installation process with our schedule. The installation team of Jason and Hunter couldnt have been more professional. They showed up on time, communicated clearly about how and what they were going to do and cleaned up beautifully after they were done. The windows are beautiful, both inside and out. I would absolutely recommend Homespire to anyone looking to accent their home. Thank you.

Homespire has been great! Although I only had four windows installed, I have been very impressed. They were able to show me a comparison between most standard, builders-grade windows. I was very happy that they could provide a specific date and time of when they would be at my home to do the installation. They were even able to size a very specific slider basement window with frosted privacy glass.

I had sold replacement windows for over fifteen years prior to my retirement foe several different companies. In that time I had not seen a window equal to the Homespire Window. The honeycomb structure of the sash and frame make it very strong and with the addition of the foam filled insulation make for a strong energy efficient product. The structure of the glass makes for an excellant glass package with very little energy transfer. All the personnel I had dealings with at Homespire were polite especially our design consultant, Richard Althouse Richard was very cautious in our home wearing a mask all the time and was very knowledgeable about the product presenting it in a professional way. 5 STARS

I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY NEW WINDOWS!!! Cant say enough about the quality of my new windows! I should have done it sooner! We had great experiences with the Homespire team!! They were very prompt and respectful. They took care of both the inside and outside of the house, laying down tarps before starting their work and cleaning up once they were finished. Everyone was very kind and well-mannered and took time to answer all of our questions and ensure all our needs were met. We highly recommend Homespire Windows and Doors!!

Also funny how my wife shared a detailed negative review and this review is now no longer posted. This company is nothing more than a pushy sales pitch. The salesman that came to my house was downright awful. I just wanted a straight forward quote but all i got was almost a 1 1/2 hour presentation on the back story of this company.

After inappropriate probing questions about my work hours and who lives in my house just to get a window quote, I was told on the phone that my HUSBAND would need to be present for someone to come out because they needed everyone in the house to be part of the decision.As a woman and the decision maker this is EXTREMELY disturbing!!! Take your business elsewhere!!!

I worked for this company and am so sad to have had to relocate to another state. The Product is hands down the best and the overall company cares about its employees and customers like no other. We saw homespire at trade show and are pricing windows and doors for our house. Rich McGuire came out and spent time asking us questions about what we were looking for. He made sure to understand that before trying to just pitch the company and what they do. He was very through taking measurements talking through options and what we wanted to do. Never pushy at all. He had great knowledge about the product and how it compares to others on the market. Everyone from the trade show, to customer service call, to sales getting the quote has been awesome.

I had an appointment I made 3 days ago and they did not show up. SO disappointed as I had really high hopes that this company was reputable. This is an amendment to a previously negative review. I would like to commend this company for really trying to make this right. Keith the project manager has been nothing but kind, patient and informative. We are in the process of trying to make this work and am once again excited for the possibilities. Fingers crossed all will go well but even if it doesnt, this company really is just fine.

Sales pitch was a bit exhausting. Windows are fine, insulate well I think. Although coming from northern Europe all windows in the us are a disappointment imo. Mosquitonets are flawed by design imo opinion 3 of mine are damaged, I’m confident homespire would replace or fix them for me but they’re just too intense, no time or energy to deal.

The quality of their products, as well as the professionalism of their installers, is outstanding. We started with replacing our 25-year old front door, and once we experienced the quality of the workmanship, decided to have our back door to our deck done as well. And that led to having our doors to the porch and the garage replaced as well, and we love all the results. If I had not had my windows done several years ago by a different vendor (who has since gone out of business), I would have my windows replaced as well.

Rich McGuire was an excellent person to work with. He answered all of our questions and demonstrated the quality of his product. Rich was also very personable and did not pressure us in any way. We are currently considering Homespire windows.

I have Homespire windows throughout my home. The windows are wonderful! My heating and air conditioning bills have lowered considerably since installing the new windows. The service people starting with the sales reps to the installers to the people who answered the phones have all been professional, courteous and helpful. I have only had one small problem which was handled promptly.I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows and doors.

Joe went above and beyond the ordinary to ensure everything was up to our expectations. Todd Sanford assured that despite a tight timeline,our door was installed when promised. I absolutely love these windows! My daughter saw the commercial on TV and told me that these are the replacement windows for us. Our bedrooms are on the ground floor and she absolutely loved the security features of these windows. We called Homespire and set up an appointment for a free quote and our salesman Paul was absolutely fabulous! He was very friendly and informative. He brought a sample window and went through all of the features and warranty with us. He even laid the window on the ground and jumped up and down on it to show us how strong the glass was and pointed out the lock features assuring us of the added security of these windows. Needless to say we were sold! I haven’t come across any other company that offers all of the benefits that you get from Hompsite. I am looking forward to the installation of new windows!

I had a wonderful experience! Chuck gave me an awesome presentation and from there it was a no brainer for me. I didnt feel pressured. Justin and Christian were awesome installers. They put down cloths before they started work and cleaned up after they were done. I am very happy with the purchase of my windows and patio door. From start to finish, our door installation was so much more than we expected. Sales, measurements, scheduling and installation...all departments had quality customer service. Our door is amazing! Weve have used this company to remodel our bathroom and our kitchen. We feel like family!

Heres the unvarnished scoop: Great windows if youre okay with white and no frills. The window energy efficiency is top of the line but they are not paintable and custom options are limited. That being said, Homespire is totally upfront about this and their pricing is great. We bought 12 windows and love them...had one minor problem and they came out to fix it. Plus...made in the USA in Mt. Carmel, Pennsylvania.

We couldnt be happier with Homespire.... we had multiple companies out to give us estimates on our windows including Power, window nation, Anderson, and Pj Fitzpatrick..... but all in all Homespire had the best window with most value for us, they were not the cheapest but totally worth the extra couple bucks. They actually use their own employees for installing and because of that we have a real warranty that even includes the labor forever. The windows look great and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of windows or doors.

Got 10 new windows installed and couldnt be happier. Almost no road noise inside our home and rooms that could never get warm are now all the same temperature. Was a great overall experience!

After two failed attempts to replace our front door over the years with Home Depot we decided to try the custom route.Surprisingly it cost us less than $1000 more to have a custom door built exactly the way we envisioned it to be.Now we feel great when we walk into our home everyday after work. More importantly the neighbors are jealous!

Shady and unprofessional. Guy was late and then spent an hour at our house measuring windows, but never sent us a quote. Week later I got multiple phone calls saying a senior rep hand-picked our project for a better deal, and wanted to come back to our house! It had scam written all over it.All customers should be given the same, honest price UPFRONT, and that was not the case with Homespire. I still havent gotten an actual quote either. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I cannot stress how important it is not to go with this company. They are essentially scam artists whom sell you on a lifetime warranty, but if you read the fine-print then youll realized your screwed. I bought their overpriced crappy vinyl windows and it was a terrible decision. They have made no difference in my energy bills, and some were so badly installed that they leak into the house. Stay away its not worth it.

Just another marketing company which got into the home remodeling business. Their salespeople know absolutely nothing about the industry, do not tell the truth, inferior product, high pressured tactics are used and not the brightest bulbs on the tree.Run away from these marketers.

Recently had the opportunity to purchase windows from Homespire.Their sales representative was Rich who was pleasant and knowledgeable.Anytime one makes a large purchase there’s apprehension but we felt good about the product and presentation.Hopefully the installation goes off without a hitch,will follow up with the results.By the way Rich and I shared contacts which I don’t do very often,I tend to keep a tight circle.

Ended up going with a competitor when I had my windows because of the harassing marketing calls. If you see them set up at a trade show, fair, festival etc. DO NOT give them your # unless you enjoy getting calls while at work or in the evening when you want to be left alone.
