I love this place! I moved into the area and I always struggle finding good spray tan places that feel comfortable and clean & while also giving me a great long lasting tan. I have used them twice in the last few months and I just booked my third appointment for a wedding coming up in a few weeks. I also got a sprayed before I left for a week long vacation, and even with being in the pool and ocean, the tan was still on after 7 days. Definitely recommend!

I LOVE Luminosity! They are the sweetest, most knowledgeable, professional ladies!! I stayed for about 30 minutes after my appointment just chatting with them! My spray from Alexa I got on Sunday is still living its BEST LIFE. I got sooo many compliments, look no further Luminosity is IT. I have been going to luminosity for over 10 years. I am yet to find a custom tan equal or better than theirs (anytime ive else where Ive regretted it). They are the best in the game, not orange or streaky. The best part is the tan comes off evenly and not splotchy like other spray tans do. Versa spa is also a great option, for a quick easy tan. Alexa is the sweetest, she makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I am excited to try their new manayunk location as well!

I got a spray tan here a few days before I was in a wedding and I had a great experience. The girl who helped me was so nice and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My tan turned out great and looked so natural. I was getting complimented all week after!

I went in for a spray tan the other day and was more than pleased with my experience. The place was super clean and the staff was amazing! I had Alexa do my spray tan and I loved her! I have a tree nut allergy and she made me feel super safe about everything and reassured me on the entire process! My tan turned out perfect as well. My mom and I had spray tans done as a trial for her wedding. Alexa was fantastic. She made me feel super comfortable and did everything so well. I am a very pale person and the spray tan was not orange at all and it looks like I just got back from a beach trip! Would definitely recommend to others!

The BEST!! I have been in plenty of spray tanning booths before, but I decided to go the airbrush route for my trip to Vegas...hands down the best experience! Alexa was informative, professional and makes you feel so at ease and comfortable that you almost forget your talking to her while being completely naked LOL. I went for the medium (and while I think I freaked my bf out at first with my shockingly darker skin lol) the color is AMAZING. A natural bronze, smooth & even, and not overwhelming. Will be back and sending friends&family here!!

I got a spray tan for a destination wedding on a Wednesday and it lasted beautifully for the wedding on Saturday. The color was dark enough but didn’t look ridiculous or orange at all!

Hands down the best place for spray tans with the best customer service!! I do bodybuilding shows and used to use the show tan companies and I would always come out orange or not dark enough. I started to go here for my stage tans and the judge feedback on my tans were I was the best color on stage! I loved the show tans so much I started to use Luminosity for my social and family event tans as well! They custom make the color of your dreams (my favorite is the Venetian!) so you always come out perfectly bronzed! I highly recommend these girls, they are the best!

There is only one thing that can help with the winter blues. And that is a personalized spray tan from Luminosity. They are AWSOME. Alexa is my girl. And she does such a great job. I always worry about it looking natural and the right color. Before she starts she does a consult. to make sure of how dark or light you want to be. I am always happy when I leave there. Best spray tan I ever had! I came here two days before my wedding after my regular in-home spray tanner cancelled on me last minute!! They understood my situation and booked me right away even late on a Friday night! I was super nervous about trying a new spray tan place so close to the wedding and leaving no room for error but it was GREAT! The woman who sprayed me also made me feel very comfortable as well which is very important. The price was very fair as well....I will be coming here for all my future tans!

I went in for teeth whitening. The staff is courteous and professional. However, after two 20-minute sessions and $150, my teeth are just a tad whiter. To be very honest, I think they cater better to their tanning services (which are getting five stars) than their teeth whitening services.

I have been going to Luminosity for many years. You simply will not find a better tanning/teeth whitening experience anywhere. Their prices are reasonable, their products and equipment are kept in top shape and high end, the owners are always learning and continuing to grow as spray tanning experts, and the customer service experience is top notch.Also important to note, I am VERY fair skinned and have unusual undertones to my skin and tans can look insane on me but these ladies crush it every time. The few times I have received spray tans at other places over the years, the difference was VERY noticeable and not in a good way. :)

I have been going here for years for spray tanning (Versa Spa and custom) and teeth whitening. They have the most professional and courteous staff and I can always get in and out quickly. They recently remodeled and it looks like they will be adding more services I am sure I will try. As a spray tan junkie I have gotten spray tans in NYC, down the shore, in FLA on vacation and everywhere in between. They are by far the BEST place to go for the BEST value every time.

Ive been to Luminosity in KOP three or four times so far for spray tans. Every time I went, the person spraying me made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to find out how, exactly, I wanted to look. Great tans and staff!

With only a few days before my cousin’s wedding, I went to a chain tanning booth. 2 days later, I looked like a tan Dalmatian. Jess, the store manager at Luminosity, saved the day. She’s a pale girl’s fairy tan mother. Calmed me down, leveled out the color and got rid of all noticeable patching. Do not go anywhere else. Especially if it’s your first spray tan, Luminosity should be your first (and only) stop.

I was excited to try this place because of all the amazing reviews but was very disappointed. I’ve had many spray tans in my life, and this was by far the worst. I washed it off right when I got home. I looked like Snooki from the jersey shore. It looked very unnatural and blotchy. They do not have quality organic tanning solutions compared to other more reputable places I’ve been. Biggest waste of $50.

My daughter just got her braces off, and was not getting the color she wanted from the crest white strips. We took her to Luminosity in KOP and bought the $89 whitening 15 min package.The staff were very professional, and she obtained the whitening results she wanted in just one session. She used Sensodyne toothpaste a week or two before whitening and doesnt have any sensitivity! I absolutely recommend Luminosity!!

All last summer I loved this place! Then I went in with both my kids (as usual) for my weekly spray tan. There was a gentleman at the counter who had a substantial amount of questions. The blonde girl at the counter checked me in as she continued helping him and let me know I was all set in my normal booth. I feel like this was exceptional customer service as she didnt make me wait (with my two little ones,) she remembered my name and what I normally ask for. So I go in, get my spray tan, and exit. Another girl (possibly the manager, extra tan skin and long dark hair) begins to yell at the blonde who originally checked me in because she let me tan without first collecting my monthly dues. Now, I had been going there for about 4 months at this point and have always paid on time. I felt very awkward as shes disciplining a staff member in front of me AND embarrassed me in front of my children and other customers as if I were trying to steal from them! I have not been back since, yet I still think about this occurrence every time I am in the KOP mall. Id really like to go back as this is the only spray tanning place in KOP, however I cant get past this uncomfortable situation.I marked my review with 2 stars as I did enjoy the product but the customer relations from this specific person were horrendous. Please let me know if/when she is no longer with your company and I will gladly sign back up for the monthly spray tan package.
