SuperExtremely efficient, quick washes and dryers.Owners usually post “Out of Order” or warning signs such as “No Hot Water” on the machines. I hope that they can come up with better solution of reporting and monitoring them.Pretty busy in the evenings. Ample of parking space.You can pay via machine available on the premises that accepts credit/debit card or cash (coins - quarters only, cash - $1, $5, $10 and $20) or via an app. Store employees are super helpful and kind to answer any question or assist in the process.

A little hard to find. However, it has someone on the premises working, very very clean facility and super clean machines. I was impressed to sed small front loaders for $2.75.... Overall experience, I would give it 2 thumbs up!

I dropped off a bunch of bedding, pillows & duvet inserts. They were all washed, folded and packed up beautifully! The sweet woman who helped me was amazing! She had it all done in 4 hours. It would of cost me twice as much with water and electricity and have taken 4 times as long if I did it all my self at home.

The best in town. Clean, affordable, working equipment, helpful staff and conveniently located. The laundry, especially our whites, definitely come out pristine.

I love the coinless app feature to use machine. It saved me from having to lug around a bunch of quarters. The facility was clean and there were plenty of open machines to use. I understand why they turned the benches around but it would suck to have sit in your car while you wait for your clothes all the time. There is also a nice Indian grocery in the plaza that sells hot food.

I travel pass about 10 other laundromats just to come to this one when I need a laundromat. Its very clean and any time Ive had an encounter with the staff they are EXTREMELY helpful and kind.

Excellent. First visit (to find a large washer for a comforter). Spacious, plenty of machines. Granted many were out-of-order. Nevertheless the attendant was friendly and helped me due to being clueless in a laundromat! Also the pay with CC terminal was an added benefit..

Excellent. Large, clean, efficient, ability to pay with credit card and a very helpful on-site manager who patiently helped me learn through the process. Only drawback, was unable to take a rolling cart outside to my car, much needed since Im a senior citizen. However I do understand that some users may not be responsible in returning the carts.

Great place for washing

I have been coming here for 10 years. I never had a problem. The machines always work great!

Have been here only twice, when I had huge loads of laundry. Place is clean and the machines that work do a pretty good job. However there are several machines that are out of order and several that dont have warm/hot water, so beware of which machine you use. The smaller dryers are not great, but the large and giant ones do a good job. I use the Laundry Boss app to pay which means I dont need quarters, and that is an added advantage during this national coin shortage. This place is slightly on the pricier side, but I will re-visit since its one of the better laundromats Ive been to and its quite close to all the grocery stores I frequent, including an Indian grocery store which is only 6 mins from here. Weekends can get crowded but Ive never had to wait for a machine.

Very hidden local business great customer service

This place never opens on time. NEVER. They do not open at 7am. Even though it says 7am on both doors and online. I come to this laundromat because its in a good neighborhood but mot anymore. At least the laundromats in hood open on time.

It is clean but come on NOWHERE to sit!!!!!!!!! This is crazy!!! They just wast YOUR MONEY! The owner do not care about you! No Hot water in the bathroom to wash your Hands, smh.

While not having to need a laundromat for some time now Im torn over the modernization of something so simple. On one hand the convenience of the touch screen is a plus but given the current state of the pandemic I wonder how often those screens are cleaned. And while the machines seem to take quarters I saw no change machine. Luckily I dont think I will be needing to visit here very often.

Pay at a kiosk with cash or credit, then enter your machine number and press start. Easy peasy. Open setup, airy and clean, with free book exchange for kids. Good when youre caught with dirty clothes on the road.

This place is kept clean but it takes to long to dry.I fill the large dryer with 2 outfits pants tshirt long sleeve shirt socks and boxers and it takes 35 min to dry. Clean the lint out of the pipes or turn up the heat my time is more valuable than a couple quarters. If you want to make more charge more.

I love the drop off service. The staff is so friendly. My clothing is always neat and clean. I have been very satisfied and recommend to family and friends. They are set to raise their prices by .25 and I am not sure that I will continue (as that is a 25% hike...maybe the new owners will consider lowering to 10%??). I have been going for about 6 months and never once have had a problem.

This place went wayyyy down hill since the new owners bought it. The machines are ALWAYS broken and in the summer they are too cheap to put AC on ! I was a faithful customer for the past 8 or 9 yrs but have since left. Such a shame it was so nice and convenient. Hopefully they sell to someone who cares about the community and the buisness. They cant possibly be making what Charlie brought in. Dont waste your time!

Absentee owners dont have to worry about the customer experience anymore. It aint like opening day anymore. Jack up prices and unplug the cable service and your good for another year.

The first time I came to this place it was great the second time I am currently here at 7:48 a.m. its supposed to open at 7 theres an army of people waiting to wash their clothes. For having such a good equipment in there it doesnt do no good when the doors are locked, thanks... They finally opened shortly after 8

I really liked this place it is clean and well lit. My main and only issue is that literally half of their washing machines do not work.... Whats the point of coming here if on a slow Friday at 1pm you can barely find an open machine... Fix your machines please and Id be happy to come back! Especially after the price increases you should be taking care of this asap.

Ok experience in a pinch. If I had to use it every week could make it a routine. Only reason we went is the washer broke down. Not crowded at all Sat 4pm. Did 2 xtra large loads washed & dried less than 15 bucks in 2hours.

Was great when first opened then was sold to new owners. Machines are constantly broken and not fixed. Bugs and lint in light fixtures, machines over flowing. Large dryers are broken more than they work . Not worth the price or aggravation. Looking for new place. Such a shame

I PAID them to do my laundry and when I got it back I was missing socks and other clothes. I asked about my missing clothes and they pointed me to the lost and found section. Never coming back here again!

This place was great at one time, but not anymore. The credit card machine is down most of the time. Many of the machines are out of order. It is a real shame.

What happened?! the laundromat was wonderful when it was first built. But, when it was sold to new owner, it has gone down fast. the machines are out of service most times. it is dirty. the poor workers are trying their best, but arent getting support from the owner. Such a shame !!!

It’s just ok. A lot of machines are steady out of order. People get really rude here as in others doing laundry. It’s better than the bport laundromat in size.

Clean, bright and competitive pricing. There is drop off services available. There are ton of various size washers, even the extreme sized. Great pay at kiosk option for credit cards. Wifi is available. Worth the little extra travel for this place.

Very clean and modern. There is always someone Manning the laundry mat. The patrons are friendly and decent. Their machines are new and do a very good job at washing and drying.I highly recommend their wash and fold service if you are pressed for time or feeling lazy.

I would have given 5 stars, but so many of the machines are out of service and have been for some time. It is clean, and the people are nice...just to many broken machines.

Updated Review as of Nov 23 2020:Some of the Machines are always malfunctioning and out of order. Hot water doesn’t come in all the washers.Nice Laundromat! I recently started to use this place coz my community machines are old & malfunctioning, & often dirty.This Laundromat is Clean, staffs are friendly, Different options for wash & dry.Few of the machines are out of order but there are plenty of working machines. I go during off-peak hour.It’s a bit pricey for washing (eg d double size washer shud have been $4 in place of 5) but never mind as long as they keep the place maintained.

Super clean, the staff is friendly, they have TVs to watch while your waiting. Good prices too.

It’s a real shame - this place used to be clean and well run. Now many machines are broken, trash cans overflow, and there’s an overall impression that nobody cares about it any more.

Prices went up recently and using this laundry facility lately has become a hassle. On any given day, you’ll find so many broken or out-of-service machines that you can barely get your laundry done. The dryers can be hit or miss with how hot they get. Usually they will add more time if you complain but it can be hard for some people to stay longer. I don’t necessarily have an issue with prices increasing but if the service quality goes down at the same time, it makes me not want to return. I really hope management can turn things around.

Too crowded

It is now 7:05 and the Laundromat is supposed to be open at 7:00. I wanted to get a quick wash done before I leave to head to work however now I will not be able to since there is no one here to open up the Laundromat .

Some people dont observe the 6ft rule; but other than that, the laundromat is clean and there is always an attendant available.

Very nice place, good machines, friendly team, the owner Charlie always giving help to customers, helped me with the process of paying with my cell phone, it is a good system, very easy and comfortable. I appreciate it, thank you very much.

Other landromats should take notes from this place. Clean, brightly lit, plenty of tech, tv screens, plenty of washers and service from staff. My only problem is the number of dryers. They have a bunch of washers but there never seems to be enough room with the dryers. Not a huge problem most of the time, only an issue at peak times. Overall good place.

I had a laundry emergency out of town (poured coffee on my porous suitcase). Found this place on the web. Staff was helpful, credit card reader for machines was easy to use, and I was out in an hour.

Great place to wash my item while I was in town. First time just using a laundry machine that accepted credit cards, phone apps or Cash as a payment source.

They have industrial sized washers and dryers. And the prices are reasonable.

I dropped off my clothes to be washed All my cloths came back full of lint - inside and out. Tried calling them, they number is out of service. Went there and they staff are idiots. Do Not Go There!!! Might as well throw your cloths in the street during rush hour - they’d be cleaner.

Large laundromat. I went later in the night. They were almost empty, with only a couple people there. Lots of machines and a laundry service available. I noticed not every load seemed to come totally clean.

This laundry started very well a couple of years ago, but it seems that since the administration was changed they have missed many details in it, the bathrooms are very poorly attended, a water tap always open because the water does not close well and in general Several of the dryers do not work properly either because they do not accept coins or they cannot be used because they are out of order.
