The sales pitch wasnt long and drawn out. Price was fair. After much research we discovered this is the only system that would ACTUALLY work with our raised seam metal roof, despite what other companies said about their products. Work was done the next day including an amazing gutter cleanout. The incredible rain storms we had the day after install certainly put the new gutter filters to the test. The volume of water that is now coming out of our gutters is amazing! I dont really want to know where it was going before!?!? Wish we had done this sooner. Cant attest to the longevity of the product as we have only had it about 2 months, but so far, so good. We are very happy customers with not one ounce of buyers remorse.

LeafFilter was very affordable for us. The guys arrived on time, and were very courteous. They worked fast and cleaned up the area well. So far, all gutters are working perfectly through the last few rainstorms. We are very satisfied.

The company replaced all the exterior gutters. In a week the sale was finalized with Alex, and the gutters were replaced by Damien and Dominick in half a day. The rear of our house required a special replacement design. Following a discussion with Alex, we arrived at an agreement, and the final install fits the exterior design of the house fabulous. As advertised, no more ladder!

If you want a presentation that is a cross between getting a timeshare, buying a car, and those mall makeup people that stop you while youre walking, this is the product for you. The pitch was fine, but then its BUY NOW. If you decline, the discounts are only for that session. Then its thousands more. When I said politely said no, the rep didnt leave and went back through the presentation. When I firmly said no, they went through it again. When I angerly said we were finished, they went through it again. I thought I was going to have to call someone to escort them out. Extremely uncomfortable. This is a business that clearly doesnt believe in its product. Anyone that says buy right now, dont look around, dont talk to anyone else is a company that knows you wont come back if you do. I did end up making the purchase after an hour of uncomfortable haggling and mall makeup pricing schemes (Oh, normally its $10k but for you its 9K. Thats not enough... now its 8k... how about 7k... what will it take...). Just give upfront pricing for your product. Even though I purchased the product I would be hard pressed to recommend this business to anyone else. The presenter talked about how slow business has been lately - perhaps thats because buying the product is the most unpleasant experience Ive had in a long time.Update: look at how clean my gutters are.

From the sales rep to the installer, both guys were very professional. the rep didnt force my hand on purchasing the product and gave me different options once i decided to proceed. the installer was thorough and neat and made sure i understood the process. the only thing i would suggest is having the installer take pics of the completed work since the gutters are to high to see.

We had a problem with a leak coming from and unknown area from the walls. We thought that the gutters could be a reason for the problem because sometimes the water came over like a waterfall in hard rain. Well after last nights tornado and flash flood reports, happy to say we had no water issues. LeafFilter seemed to fix our problem. Very happy with our purchase especially the lifetime guarantee.

First, and very important to us, we received a very professional presentation by the LeafFilter rep. The price was very fair, the installation was almost immediate and very quickly completed. We had a full day of rain shortly after installation shortly after installation and it worked like a champ. We are very pleased with every aspect - well done!

I needed gutter guards installed. The process was so easy. Someone came out the same day to give me an estimate, the installer did the work the next day. Both gentlemen were friendly, thorough, and there was no mess when the installer finished.

The sales person that came to my house was a cross between a used car salesmen and trying to get you to sign up for a ponzi-scheme. I had to stop him halfway through his “presentation” from his binder touting how great the company is and just said look all I want is the quote, it’s pretty simple, what do you charge per foot? After “crunching” some numbers he came up with $4,000 for only the top portions of my house to cover. I almost laughed out loud, told him thanks for the offer and I’ll let him know once I get some other quotes and compare. He seemed offended by the idea I get quotes from different companies, and magically could drop the price to $2,300 using “discounts”. I said again, I’ll consider it once I get some other quotes and thanks for his time. After going back to the binder and telling me that these are “maintenance free” (nothing is maintenance free, in my experience, sorry) he said he was able to give me “contractor pricing” at $1,300. I said sweet, that’s more in my ball park. Once I get some other quotes from different companies I’ll be in touch. He said oh no that number is only good for today if you sign up, and if I don’t sign up today I’d have to “start over with another representative”. WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THAT? He scoffed at me for wanting to use other quotes to “haggle” but just in the 30 minutes he was here I was able to “haggle” him down almost 75%. What a joke. This company’s sales process is the most clouded, non transparent process I’ve ever been a part of. I’ve worked with countless contractors over the years on multiple properties. I’d give zero stars if I could. stop scamming consumers on price gouging.

Product installed is to keep materials from getting n the gutters. As part of the installation gutters were cleaned out and repaired where necessary before product installation..

I hired Leaf Filter to install their product onto my gutters. Their company (possibly their outside contractor) rescheduled six times, with a complete lack of communication. I was told that my credit card would not be charged before the job was completed however, I was charged fully weeks before work was even started. After my wanting to cancel the order and requesting a full refund, the area manager got involved and negotiated a $200 deduction to compensate for the poor business. I agreed to this “verbal agreement”, and continued with the installment. Never was I refunded the $200 deduction. I wish I would have continued with the cancellation, instead. Recently, I noticed a 4-foot section of the Leaf Filter hanging down from my gutter. I called the company in reference to their lifetime warranty, but issued a charge for $105. I am extremely displeased with the entire experience and Leaf Filter business.

Like the design and quality. Our installer was very meticulous and knowledgeable. He installed extra hangers to support our gutters and allowed silicone in all joints as needed. Observed our first heavy rainstorm since leafilter was installed and we are happy with the results. Will reserve final judgement for how they last through the fall and winter.

I filled out the form on the website. I received a call within minutes and set up an appointment with the salesman. He was very personable and knowledgeable about how LeafFilter was a superior product to their competitors. I signed the contract and the sales representative set up the installation to be done in a few days. The installer arrived early and got the job in a few hours. He cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.I am so glad thatI will have to go up on a ladder and clean my gutters again!!!

Unprofessional,not responsive my install guy was Martin Dieppa I dont recommend at all. He knew we wanted our rusted oxidized hangers removed and replaced and rehang existing gutters. Instead they just slapped their leaffilter on top of it and left rusted hangers on their. After 12 calls in 5 days I finally reach Martin. The company still has not reached out to me, to let him know how we felt he trys to twist everything around saying we dont removed rusted hangers so We asked why did he not say that when we spoke. We expressed it multiple times what we wanted the company has no idea who they send out. They never communicate to let their own workers know when someone reschedules. At end of day it seems they are just trying to get more money from me. Definitely worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Today is 1wk that I am still waiting for them to fix the problem or remove their product and give me a full refund

For starts, if I could give “0” stars I would. The only reason why I didn’t cancel my contract with the company is because there gutter guard system is the best product I found in researched. Just for a bit of background I was scheduled for install on September 24th. I was told that I’d get a call in the morning for installers eta. I got no call throughout the morning until I finally reached out myself. Then to hear by late afternoon that “ there was a glitch in the system and no one was coming that day.” So I rescheduled for the next day Sept 25th with the install manager. I also called my salesperson to complain and see if he could offer a helping hand but unfortunately it was out of his control. He did give me a little discount for the inconvenience. Moving forward the install manager said the same steps will happen again and told me that the installers will be in contact in the morning to let me know their estimated time of arrival. I waited all morning and heard from no one again. So I called the same install manager and told him that no one has called me for my install. He told me that he’d get his guys in touch ASAP. No one called for another two hours. I called him back and he then reached out himself and told me that his guys will be here between 3 and 5 PM. Yes you guessed correctly, no one showed up for the second day in a row. Throughout that evening and weekend no one called to confirm that they indeed could not make it out. So I just waited for them to reach back out to me. I finally got a call on Monday by the same install manager and he told me that his installer will be out the following day Sept 29. The installer finally arrives early Tuesday morning. When he gets here I wanted to confirm about a particular area of focus. He told me that no one told him about this section and that he needed to go to Home Depot to purchase more supplies. Go figure; they are not prepared for the actual installation! I was told by my sales person that I would get somewhere around 20+ feet of new gutters in a particular area. That was not done either I got maybe 6 feet of new gutters and the job looks absolutely horrible. At the end my installer told me that he was finished and it was a huge mess of leaves and debris from my gutters that he just left on the floor of my home. I asked the installer if that was going to be cleaned up because it’s simply a reflection of good workmanship and he looked super upset and cursed under his breathe. Horrible encounter across the board. My salesperson was nice of course, the back office managers fell short, and the subcontracted installer was just the cherry on top of the cake for me! I wouldn’t recommend even though the filter system is the best around. The photos attached are photos from the finished product (not the filter system) just the 6 feet of newly installed gutters. Which was to be a little over 20ft. Looks like this should be a few years later.

Horrible experience with this so called “business”. If I could rate my experience -5 stars, I would. Firstly, they underpay their workers for dangerous labor AND over charge customers for their services. If you are looking for an ethical company to hire, this one is NOT it. Secondly, they came 2 months after they were scheduled to come out and work on my house.

The salesman was very kind, informative, and Covid safe. The scheduling and installation process was simple. We have had 2 major storms since the installation and I am impressed with the quality!

This was very helpful to clean our gutters and cover them. Price was reasonable. Installer was on time and finished and cleaned up in less than three hours. Was pleased with the product and the results.

Have had to call and schedule over 5 times for someone to come out and finish my installation. Other than that its been fine, Id like to complete a review once my gutters are sealed as that was included in my contract and pricing. Financing was easy and price reasonable but dont schedule during rainy season.

I purchase LeafFilter Gutter Guards a couple of year ago. I have a great experience and have had no issues with the initial installation.

They nevered called or showed up for the estimate. I called about 45 min past the appointment time to make sure no one was going to show up to my house. Doesnt speak much for the actual work they might perform on someones house.

Had an sales rep come out and give us his sales pitch and provided us a quote. The quote itself seemed rather high considering I live in a 3 story row home in center city Philadelphia. Not a lot of gutter. Maybe about 10 feet. When I inquired about the discount I had responded to I was informed it was already included in the price. I have written estimate which did not list any of that, the way normal contracts would. Anyway. We finally agreed and a lower price and we got a scheduled install date of 6/3.6/3 arrives and the installer arrives. I speak with the installer and I’m informed that he will have to come back later that day or on 6/4 because the installer didn’t have a tall enough a ladder to reAch the third story. Ok. No big deal.Thursday 6/4 arrives and it is now about 10 am. I’ve not heard from anyone so I call the installer. The installer tells me that the scheduling supervisor will be calling me. 2-3 hours go by and I call again. Same promise! It’s now about 2 and I call the 1800 number. The polite agent said that she will have the local warehouse manager reach out to me by phone. Ok.It’s now 430 (they close at 5). No call. I am leaving to go out of town on Friday so I call the 1800 number again. This time instead of sending the local warehouse an email they attempt to reach them by phone. No answer. And still no return phone call from anyone!Friday 6/5. In my way out of town I call the sales rep. No answer so I leave a voicemail and call the 800 number again. Explain the situation get the local warehouse phone number and as I hang up the sales rep is calling me.I answer and explain my situation to which the sales rep responded. “They cancelled your contract because you have a 4 story house”. Huh?!?! Come again. No I live in a 3 story house. The salesman replied “ Yeah, sorry about that, don’t worry though you won’t be charged”. Of course I won’t be! You breached the contract not me.To this day still no phone call from anyone! Not that I would even entertain a telephone call or in person visit from them.Word of advice. If the installer doesn’t arrive with equipment to do the job..... It may be best to move on. I wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone based on their professionalism or lack thereof.

I asked for a contactless estimate and they still want to do their sales pitch with no social distancing, the salesperson didnt have mask or gloves on. If you dont live here I am not opening my door for you. I would give zero stars if I could. ITS A PANDEMIC DUMMIES

Gutter filter system. Excellent experience all around.

Install went as described. Product does what it claims during rain but snow is a different issue. Since having leaf filter installed we actually have more icicles along the length of the gutter than ever before. Once the temp rises we get more water runoff along the foundation than before the install. Since the snow sits on top of the gutter the first layer to melt has nowhere to go so it runs over the edge of the roof. As it cools into the evening it refreezes creating the icicles. Disappointed because it was our understanding from the presentation that this would not be the case. I could hire a person twice a year for the next 15 years to clean my gutters at 100 per job to pay what I paid for this. Not worth it in my opinion.

After having the gutter system installed 3 years ago for several thousand dollars and calling to have repairs made, I was not happy nor kind upon hearing from him that there would be a fee to have the repairs made. He presented himself with a handshake and did a great job of fixing the problem. Could not have gone better. He is a true asset to this company and has restored my trust in this product. Called them, salesman came out and gave us a price. We said okay and salesman said I would get an email and/or a phone call in a day or two, never happened. Called salesman back and he said he would handle. Called salesman again after a few days of hearing nothing and he said it was out of his hands. Never heard anything, been almost a month since salesman was here guess they dont want the business.

We paid high dollar for this never clean your gutters again product. I have had it less than a year and had it cleaned off twice. The project is simply not working but over twice the price of the last gutter caps I purchased. I asked them for a refund and getting the run around.

Very good installation job work through adverse weather conditions to get the job done. Will know better in spring and summer how good they do work. I know only one thing they dont do very well with ice and snow.

They never showed up or called until I contacted them. Set up for. Install on Saturday between 8 and 9 am. I called salesman at 10 and had them call me. The reason they didnt come is they had a bigger job. In this day and age of cell phones there is no reason for not contacting me. I cancelled order.

I never had ice sickles form on my gutters until I had LeafFilter installed on Feb, 4th 2019. Snow does NOT flow through the screen but falls over the edge forming ice sickles and dumping water on my driveway and sidewalk which then freezes and creates slipping hazards. This water falling will eventually flood my landscape around my foundation.

We live in a heavily wooded area. This service was a God send, what a great group of guys. The consult was swift and timely. Mr Haire was specifically helpful with the financing situation. The price was very competitive. The installer was out within a week. The work was done quickly and well. They look great and the site was left cleaner than it was before the young gentleman arrived. Worst experience I have ever gone through,as far as the installation. Got a call in the morning on the day of installation. Could not understand the person. I almost hung up. Then I asked are you from Leaf Filter. He said yes and that they would be at house at 1pm. At 10 in the morning, I noticed a person sitting in my driveway.I asked if he was from Leaf Filter. He said yes.He told me something about a ladder that he had to pick up. Did not know what he was talking about. Then I showed him that I need a simple extention for my down spout, that was in my contract. He told me its a good thing I told him. He did not have the extention.Now its 1;30. I called the person who called me,he told me that they are running late. They would be here at 2;30. No call from him. Now its 3;00 pm. I called again. He said they will be here soon. They came at 3:00. After the unstalation I asked if he was going to remove the guards. He said dont you want to keep them. They were all over the house. What was I going to do with them,put them on E bay? So I helped him pick up the guards. Then there was all gunk around my house from the scraping to clean my old gutters. So I took out my leaf blower,and started to clean the mess. I have a bad back,so I had to get on my knees and scrape the gung then blow it away. This is while the installer was watching me. When I was almost done he came to me and said CHECK. I gave him the check. Very bad experience!

This product was installed October 2016. Its presently October 2018 and the mesh has started accumulating Hemlock needles. The needles have started composting on top of the mesh allowing debris to pile up along the roof edge. Moss is now growing on the shingles, with some of the shingles showing signs of lifting up & rippling. Back to climbing up on the roof.
