John is very knowledgeable in this Home Inspection industry, and he performed a very thorough inspection for a property I recently placed an offer. He helped find few hidden defects of the property and provided repair estimate for the issues.

Found Alpha Check randomly over the internet so I was skeptical.However, I found John to be very thorough and professional. He took his time and did a fantastic job. His final report was very well done and I believe he may have won additional business from the home seller!Would recommend to anyone.

John did not show up to the appointment, even after he confirmed via email, his attendance and the appointment time and location!! I took time off work to attend the inspection, waited and called him for almost an hour before he finally answered. He provided a laundry list of excuses like he did not know where to go, had no record of the appointment, and then thought it was cancelled because of the weather?! I had to scramble (in a tight 10 day inspection window) to find someone that could perform the inspection the next day, and coordinate again with the seller and take more time off work. This was a nightmare, as if the home buying process isnt unpredictable and stressful enough.John didnt once accept any responsibility for his lack of attendance, shockingly unprofessional. John almost cost me my right to a home inspection on the property!!He could do a great home inspection as other reviewers commented, but at the risk of him potentially NOT SHOWING UP, I wouldnt chance it!
