Genuinely confused how this company could have so many five-star reviews. My experience with Virtina was quite the opposite.Nowhere on their website do they disclose average hourly fees for different types of projects. Before the project had begun, I was quoted $640 (8 hours at $80 and hour). This was fine with me, because this is in the range of what a skilled website developer would charge. In hindsight, this is outrageous considering the lack of performance illustrated during my project.I was having an issue with slow load speeds on my website that I knew had to do with SQL queries piling up, and I explained this to the team at Virtina. However, they pretty much ignored this information and only focused on plugins causing issues on the Query Monitor. While some plugins undoubtedly decrease load speed, I had already determined that plugins were not the cause of the SQL database issue.Communication was spotty at best. Rarely a response on the same day. I consistently had to ask for updates. If you ask a question on Thursday evening, dont expect a response until Monday morning.I asked to end the project after 24 days of no resolution for my issue. They said they had used 7 of the 8 hours of work, so refunded me for 1 hour. I was expecting they had used 2 or 3 hours, but 7? The most complex thing they had done was clear the cache! $560 for no solution to my issue.I hired a freelancer on Upwork to look into the issue and it was diagnosed within a day. We fixed it a few days later, for a fraction of the price. It was not even a difficult problem to solve.A week after I ended the project, Virtina contacted me again and said they would provide free SEO services to my site. Was this a promotion to all of their customers or an attempt to amend their inability to finish my project successfully? I guess I will never know, because after accepting the offer I had to prod for a response, which I finally received a week later. And of course the response was a cut-and-paste answer saying theyll get back to me.This company appears to have changed names several times in the past, and was originally GAMI LLC. Looking at Virtina reviews on Glassdoor, even employees seem to have bad experiences. While they are based in Pennsylvania, everyone I spoke with was working from India. A disorganized company that delivers little expertise in the field of web development.The owner has responded to the other negative reviews by claiming the customers do not exist - how will he dismiss this one?

An IT firm who gives poor value to their clients. Very bad experience from this company. They value themselves as the leaders of e-commerce but what I understood is that they doesnt know the basics of e-commerce .

I emailed Virtina and about 1.5 hours later they called, we chatted about what I needed and he gave me a quote on the phone. When I was stumped and had maxed out all other experts, I turned to Virtina and they were able to resolve my issues with WooCommerce.
