UCI did a great job fixing my desktop computer when the hard drive malfunctioned. They replaced the hard drive at a reasonable price and were great to work with.

I’m blown away that this place doesn’t have more positive reviews. I’ve been in several times - sometimes for larger projects, sometimes for small emergency repairs.These guys are legit. The work is reasonably priced, the staff is knowledgeable and skilled. I have yet to be disappointed here.They once performed a repair that I required in spite of their recommendation against fixing the machine. “It’ll last six months, at best.” That was two years ago and this thing is still humming along. Professionals, through and through.

Worst customer service ever. We purchased a vacuum sealer from this company and it worked fine for a couple months and then had to go in for repairs. In the last 5 months, the unit has been back for repairs 5 times. Each with the same problems. We purchased a new motor and pump and within 3 weeks it was broken with minimal use and they have the nerve to charge for defective replacement parts. Terrible products, even worse customer care. Stay away, far away. Learn from my mistakes!
