King Limousine is nothing short of professional, high quality and value when it comes to their services. On my wedding day, the shuttle weve reserved was not available due to technical functionalities of the vehicle, Steve was kind enough to find me a alternative option from his fleet free of charge and reimbursed my entire purchase for the original rental for the inconvenience! The chauffeur Antonio was also very professional and would recommend his service every time. The icing on the cake, King Limousine also offered my wife and I a free round trip shuttle service from my home to the airport for our honey moon!

Mike was so helpful in figuring out the best vehicles and timing that best matched our itinerary and needs. He was incredibly thorough, responsive, professional, kind, and caring. Allen drove us to our destination in a stretch limo and Jack brought us home the next day in an SUV. Both were on time, actually early, but did not rush us. The ride was smooth and comfortable. Allen helped us play music in the back and provided us with cold water and snacks. Jack was great to talk with. Over all great experience and we will use King for future service

Driver to airport drop off was early and very friendly. Pickup driver, although early wasnt waiting at baggage like expected so we communicated via text so we could find where he parked. Since my first time at airport it would have saved me time from looking for where he was parked and then walking up to window to confirm it was limo. Other than that he was friendly and it was a smooth ride. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend! I called at least 10 companies before I found King. They were accommodating from the first phone call. Our driver showed up on time, he was very professional and had great communication throughout our trip. (There was no destination, we rented the limo to drive our daughter and a couple friends around for her birthday). The girls had a blast feeling fancy for a couple of hours. I will absolutely be using them again and referring them to anyone who may ask!

Didn’t show up and didn’t bother to call. So, I called and after 9 mins on hold I was answered. When I asked for an update, I was told the driver was “stuck” and “moving slowly” and was 4 miles away. Canceled and got an Uber within a few mins. Do not use King.

My wife and I used Kings Limo for our wedding on May 29th 2021 in Downingtown, PA. When we first booked, Mike was super easy to work with and got us set up with all of the trips that we needed to make from the hotels to our venue. A few days before our wedding, mike called to check in to make sure everything was good to go. On the day of our wedding, kings was on time and did a fantastic job transporting our guests from the hotels to our venue and back. While we did not get a chance to meet Geoffery, we had no complaints about him from any of our guests. We did meet Robin at the end of the night who was super nice and went above and beyond! We highly recommend using Kings Limo for any shuttle bus needs and will certainly use them again in the future for anything that we need a Limo or shuttle bus for!

Wonderful, caring service from start to finish. I hired a car to pick up my brother from a hospital in Philadelphia. He was supposed to be released the day after Christmas. I live in a different state and because of COVID couldnt travel to do the pickup myself.On-going health issues for the patient forced me to reschedule the reservation multiple times. Every person I dealt with in reservations was professional, understanding and helpful. When my brother was finally released from the hospital, the driver, Eric, was on time, patient and helpful. Id asked for a larger car for the patients comfort and they sent a Suburban, which was perfect! The car was immaculate.Eric was kind and friendly. He even helped my brother unload some equipment the hospital sent him home with and carried it into the house for him. Eric and the whole King limo team truly went above and beyond. A week before my wedding we found out the hotel no longer had shuttles for us to use. I called Mike and explained our situation. He was very accommodating and able to provide the necessary shuttles for both the bridal parties and guests. The shuttles were on time to get to and from the wedding venue. The drivers went way out of their way to help my mom (who has MS) on and off the shuttle. Pricing was exceptional compared to other companies we called.

I booked a car for my 78 year old father, who was traveling internationally, to pick him up at JFK and drop him off at my place in Philly yesterday. Mike and Brian were responsive and answered all questions quickly and efficiently. In addition, they have a detailed video on their website about their Covid policies which includes full sanitization of the car between rides, and a plastic barrier between driver and passenger. I was happy to have my dad in safe hands. When my dad arrived here- he said there was no plastic barrier and the driver was barely wearing his mask correctly. When I let Mike know, he told me that they used an affiliate for this ride (which is apparently ‘common’). I don’t know what’s worse- that they did this without letting me know, that they clearly haven’t checked in with this affiliate to know if they’re following King’s protocols (I don’t even know now if they sanitized the car between rides) or that I unknowingly put my father at risk. I’m really really disappointed. My last email them has been met with no response. These are trying times for everybody and this feels like a violation of my trust on top of everything.

We rented a luxury bus to take us from Philly to a bridal shower in Brooklyn so that everyone could get there easily without having to worry about driving and parking. It was the best decision we could have made. Starting our day this way and ending it this way, was perfect! The bus was comfortable, easy to get in and out of (we had several guests in their 70s and above), and spotless. Our driver, Ibrahim, was extremely polite and helpful. We had a lot of packages that had to be loaded and unloaded into the bus and he was very helpful the entire time. He was also very patient with all of us getting in and out of the bus, a true gentleman! Without a doubt, this was money well spent!

Our trip was complicated as we used King for a tubing trip that did not have easy pick-up/drop off locations but our drivers were great and made it work. Prompt service. AND WHEN IT GOT HERE it wasnt even the limo we wanted, it was a small Ass SUV . They said it came with cups an soda we got in the limo an it was NO CUPS OR SODA !! . Worst experience and to top it all off it was raining and the driver didnt even know how to open the door so we spent a good 5 minutes getting drenched until he knew how to open it . Great service! My ride to NYC port for my cruise was great to and fro. I was especially pleased that KING Limo offered a car seat for my 14 month old son, saving me the trouble of bringing my sons. Our group reserved a small bus to take us to the Port Liberty cruise terminal in Bayonne. Our driver arrived on time and assisted in loading and unloading our bags. He was more than accommodating to everyones needs. I plan on using King again for our next trip.

King Limo took our Bride and Groom to their hotel after the wedding. They were prompt and polite. We received reminders and notices the entire week ahead of time. I wish all of our wedding vendors were as on top of things. The final charge was even slightly less than the estimate!

Terrible customer service! Driver more than 45 minutes late, even after making reservations and receiving a confirmation. Ended up cancelling the entire ride. We were supposed to be picked up near West Chester at 6:15pm on a Friday to be driven to the Wells Fargo Center for a concert beginning at 8pm. At 6:15 I got a call from someone in dispatch saying Im so sorry, I should have called you 20 minutes ago when I found this out, but your driver is going 20 minutes late. He proceeds to tell me the driver was dispatched from King of Prussia and should be there in 20 minutes. When I requested they send another car from a closer location, he told me he would call me right back. In the meantime I call back to try to find out the drivers exact location. This time I get a very helpful woman on the phone. It is now 6:45pm. Our late driver should have already arrived. Instead this lovely woman tells me that our driver is by the Philadelphia Airport, which is at least 45 minutes away with Friday evening traffic. I told her forget it, cancel our trips to and from Wells Fargo Center, we now have no choice but to drive ourselves. I explained we were not paying anything and requested someone from Customer Service call us back first thing Monday morning. She was very helpful and patient with my frustration. Shortly after I get off the phone with her, the original guy calls me back telling me the driver, who I was JUST told was near the airport, is only 7-10 minutes away. I told him forget it, we already cancelled everything. Im not sure if he was flat out lying or just completely incompetent. It has now been 5 days since we had to load 8 people into one vehicle, pay $25 for parking, and barely make it in time for the show to start and nobody has contacted us to rectify the situation.
