Shelves were a little empty, employees were polite and did not mind to assist to see about finding what was desired. Overall great place well organized and nice staff.

Mgr and worker didnt care to assist customers. Not attentive, no guidance when Asked for specific items.

I placed an order for balloons and candy for my sons 8th birthday. We received the balloons, but the driver forgot the candy and birthdat candle we ordered. When I called I spoke to a representative that was very understanding. She transferred me to the manager who assured me that we would receive the items even if she had to being them herself! Sure enough, before my sons party I received a text from Krystal telling me she is outside with the missing products. I will definitely be refer friends and continue to give them my business. That type of customer service is rare. Thank you so much Party City staff for going above and beyond!

Nothing particular for a 18th birthday party and to charge to fill each balloon should be included at a certain amount. You also pay extra for a balloon bag which we kindly received free since they forgot to get our order ready for pick up. Staff was nice

They had a huge selection but not what I was looking for.

They dont speak to you when you walk in the door. And if you ask them a question they just point its over there there is nobody there to help you if you need help.

First time coming to this location came in early was looking for a photo prop first day of school was hoping to find since I’m that parent whom procrastinates. Was welcomed right away and asked hoping they had one Mr. Reese went to check in the back for me and found one also bought another photo prop just in case I was interested in it to, which I did take as well. My experience here was fabulous customer service on point and also was given military discount. I thank Mr. Reese for his outstanding service I will be back and the assistant manager which whom I forgot her name.

Rude, disrespectful, and the worst customer service. I will never go back to this party city again.

I went over board shopping for my twins b-day party, needed to make some returns. My easy, no hassle experience was awesome! Not to mention the lady helping me was super nice and personable! The times I have come its smooth, easy and always get the help I need.

They had everything I needed in red black and gold...I even found those cute shoes in a bag IN MY SIZE💓💓. As I was leaving I heard a customer being rude and talking down to the cashier for selling her shoes she left by the register. I felt so bad for her (the cashier) I just gave the nasty Attitude woman the shoes. She offered to pay for them but I told her no. Maybe the kindness would change the way she addresses people. Anyways...I LOVED THIS STORE and the people were nice and helpful

I am completely grateful that the manager and fellow employee met me curbside with my purchase, wearing gloves & a face mask. Someone in my home has neutropenia, which means COVID-19 is lethal. They transferred my purchase without any physical contact. They were incredibly polite throughout the transaction.

I like that they color code their decorations but how is a party paper goods store even in business. The staff greets you at the door and will try to help but most dont know where things are other than...red is here green there. Good prices for items at least.

Killeen needed a party supply store, all the ones in the area love to mark up their prices! Got all my Halloween decorations and costumes. Before that it was usually Amazon that would keep me satisfied

Awful, went for sesame street balloons for my sons first birthday. Asked for them to be put in specific bouquets together, and got a sesame street number 1 birthday balloon, left and came back 30mins later and they were still working on it, they had popped the sesame street number 1 birthday balloon and had none left, the lady didnt seem apologetic just offered something else, then didnt reimburse our $ from the other balloon. They didnt have the balloons in the separate bouquets, not welcoming when entering the store, overall terrible customer service. Cool stuff in the store but that was the only upside to the place. 🤷‍♀️

Great selection and some interesting party supplies!! I will definitely be back!!! Is there a rewards program?? The cashier aaked if I had a phone number with them and I said no but she did not go any further just rang up my purchase! The store was in a bit of disarray it could use a good clean up but thats just my impression. I use to be a retail manager for a big box store so I am always a little critical when it comes to the places I shop.

I ordered online, my order was all messed up, I was over charged etc. The gentlemen in the physical location is awesome went above and beyond to correct what he could, because the order was done and charged online there isnt much he can fix. My suggestion is when at all possible shop in the physical location.

I needed a piniata, thought Party City, they were beat up and expensive. Checked Walwart they were not prebeaten up, better selection and less expensive. Shure its great for anything you want to pay more for than you would somewhere else.

They had the large balloons 2020 we were looking for! The staff was very helpful!

There is so much to see in the store. I love that Killeen has one. Last time I visited one was over fifteen yrs ago in El Paso. There is color coordinated candy for your candy buffet. They have individual candy and party treats that are as low as .39/.40. One can get balloons personalized. There are so many themed party ideas and favors. The staff is very friendly. They also do a military discount.
