Growing up skating was my hobby. I absolutely loved it so to introduce this place was great, so I thought.My experience was awful. Coming from a much larger city, the price you pay for what you get actually receive is a joke.The staff is just rude. In fact rude as AF. No one offered anything and there was no AC. The place is dim and dated. This place seems okay for kids/teens to gather.Will I visit this place again or host an event? No

I havent been to this location in years (probably since elementary school) we came for Adult night Thursday & had so much fun! The energy & atmosphere is perfect. They did a wonderful job remodeling & you can tell thre owners really care anot their establishment. We cant wait to go back!

We had our sons birthday party here and he loved it. Kids need an outlet to have fun during these times. #OYAB

I had a great time. The music is a little bit loud and could use adjustments in certain areas but over all a good experience. I’m hope it stays family friendly and doesn’t become overrun by bad kids.

I started coming here back in July 2020, and its been cool ever since. I learned to actually skate out here.... its always good vibes.. if you in the area and you wanna skate... especially if you are 18 and up, them sunday and thursday adult nights definitely need to be when you need to go.

Went there for the first time with some girlfriends & had a super fun night! the turn to get into the lot is a little hard to see at night, but otherwise its pretty easy to get to. people here love to dance and vibe out and the guy who hands out the skates was extremely patient and friendly. highly recommend checking this place out!

The place was overcrowded. 2. Passing out skates with no stopper and ripped shoe strings couldnt even lace up my skates. 3. Bathroom stall had water or urine all over the floor unsafe. 4. teens are running around cussing and grinding on one another. Kids sitting in each others laps. It was so many people in the building, when I asked for another pair of skates I was told they were out but you charged me for skates and dont have any. (Safety hazard). Accidents waiting to happen. Me and my family will not be back. I am highly disappointed 😞 at how this establishment is ran.

Overcrowded (ESPECIALLY DURING COVID), no temperature checks, rude staff, one person working the floor and there’s kids falling left and right with people running over top of them, people getting hurt ... supposed to be family friendly and yet I spent the majority of the time watching out for other kids rather than having quality time with my own and attempting to teach him to skate....definitely reported this place

A great skaters rink. People are so nice and respectful. More dance/jam skaters than any other rink I have been to in recent years. Mask policy is enforced too!

Nice music, nice environment for adults only on Sunday nights.

Much better than Ive ever experienced in Killeen. Snack area is good. Floor has fresh coat on it abs is smooth. Rental skates are in good shape. Bathrooms are nice. Prices are 10 for people with their own skates, 12 if you use their skates. Only cons are parents have to pay to watch their kids, kids under 3 still pay 7 dollars for them not to skate. As a mom of 3 and a grandson, its 50 to take them and only 3 skating with own skates

It was nice until some kids started fighting and then others tried to fight so we left on the way out some kid tried to start a fight with my grandson

This is a great environment. Good floor to slide on an the music accommodates all who come out to skate. If you wanna good rink come skate at 254 KASCADE. ADULT NIGHT IS THE BEST

They was all nice to me when my mom was coming they waited for me!

Floor was great, like a gymnasium floor. The music selection wasnt varied. The price to skate there is very expensive. 40 bucks for 4 people with their own skates. The scene was more like a club and not one of the better rinks in the area. I was excited because the rink is closer, but I think Ill be going back to Wheels in Temple. The pricing is more affordable. Hoping a rink opens up in the area that is very diverse and family friendly like Wheels.

Kascade Skating Rink is where u wanna be to ROLL, Bounce, Rock, SKATE!It Use to be Skate Galaxy now it’s owned and renovated by new owners who are very SERIOUS AND COMPASSIONATE ABOUT OUR CHILDREN. I am a mother and I went with my teenager and anytime he says...This was fun and he liked the atmosphere especially the pretty girls and the music. Admission, security, staff are perfect.I support the new owners in what they are doing. Mr. Daniel and his team is really making a difference in KILLEEN. I know God is in the midst.

254Kascade is great!!! My family had a great time! The food prices were very reasonable The owners are awesome and are doing a lot for the community and its youth. I will definitely be going back.

Grear, fun, warm environment. Staff here are polite, the place is clean and in top notch condition. The skates are great. The DJ is always kicking some nice tunes. Im most excited that this place is somewhere Killeens young teens can go and have nice fun and be safe.

Very Nice appearance~ Great skate atmosphere ~21 and over night Thursday music selections needs work~ please pay attention to the crowd you have~ Last thursday was perfect~ not sure what happened today....was disappointed to have driven an hour.....when your skaters are sideline seating more than 30min its a good idea to switch somethings up.

Surprisingly cozy inside, but could add a little bit more seating for ppl that dont skate while they visit with thier children. But had a blast. Great activities while skating.

New owners have definatly upgraded this place. Adult only skate on Sunday nights are low key and fun and the music is on point. Cant beat it for the price.

The place is nice but its super dark they need to more outside lights and especially around that building.

This experience was horrible even though it was the grand opening they wouldnt even let the kids in after 2 hours of standing outside in the heat. Yes even though some people wouldnt scoot back they decided to resort to flashing lights in our eyes. We are still currently waiting for the staff to let us in and in my opinion this is an outrage we shouldnt have to wait this long just to skate. I perfer everyone to go to the other one even tho this might be new and innovative this one is not worth the 12 or 9 dollars they charge you to get in

I have to say I thought the rink was very nice. It appears to be family run and the folks are working very hard to improve the experience. Nevertheless it does cost $9 to go in as an observer or I should say you have to pay to go in just to make sure your kids are safe,which is my only issue. I think they may want to relook that, as an observer I am here to buy food drinks and provide money for games. I just felt like a fee in order for me to come in and do so was a bit much. Otherwise its $10 to skate if you have your own skates $12 if you need to borrow skates. They even have a photo area wide walkways and the rink floor is clutter free. I did notice that for the daytime skate they paid attention to the music they played. Im still trying to justify parents paying to come in. Well... Cant seem to understand it. I almost forgot its cost $10 for kids to skate in harker heights and the rink really needs work there but it doesnt cost anything for parents to go in.

Absolutely most unprofessional place in Killeen. I tried to book my childs party here and they said nothing about me putting down a deposit, so now theyre trying to say its as if my childs party never exists. If you can, just go out of town to skate. This place is definitely NOT worth your money or time. Management was rude and unprofessional, never again.

Best skating rink I’ve been too. Overall staff was a amazing, the floor was great and the skate was new. What happen tonight had nothing to do with kascade. Killeen has nothing here for people to enjoy there selves. So they resided to this new location. This business is awesome.. love it love it. This business has no control over other people’s children and how they act. The owners are really for the community . Killeen just not ready to grow up

It was way too crowded and they didnt have me or my friends sizes and they wouldnt give us a refund even though we didnt get to skate.

Disrespectful employees the place was packed they took our money without imforming us that there was NO SKATES available and when i requested a refund they disrespectfully declined
