Wonderful customer service!! They helped me plan my entire special day in a short time. I had spent several months working with another bridal boutique but decided to seek assistance elsewhere. I definitely made the right decision..

They are amazing she helped me with finding the perfect wedding dress and was so nice to me as I was looking threw everything! Answered all my questions about the dress and the guys tux also my whole wedding party is going to go threw her. She is the only store I visited that actually treated me like a person. I have been to quite a few wedding stores trying to figure out were the heck to start and this store helped me. I highly recommend them.

I went in today looking for last minute white satin gloves for prom. This was the only store that held them and the cashier was so polite! She gave them to me for a great price, and they look amazing. They also have a really nice selection of dresses, I wish I wouldve went there sooner! I was so excited that I forgot my credit card, but the cashier was kind enough to run out and give it to me, thank god!

What a wonderful little shop! I went there yesterday after 2 other wedding places were closed, and was delighted to meet Renee! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and I ended up buying the perfect little dress. Great customer service, two thumbs up!!!

Horrible experience here. I went in yesterday with my friend who is also dress shopping. We walk in, wait awkwardly for a few minutes until the lady finally asked if she could help us. We told her we were dress shopping and she told us to go ahead and start looking and she would be with us shortly. When she finally came to see if we needed anything, I told her I found a few dresses and she told me to just take them into stall #2. My mother started lacing up the dress when the lady said she would do it. While viewing the dress, the woman steps outside to talk on her cellphone. So my mother had to start unlacing the dress. She comes back in, and takes over unlacing it. Then on the 2nd dress she told me she wasnt even going to lace it all the way up. Im sorry I made you do your job??? She seemed so annoyed to have customers that I decided to not try on anymore. She also laughed at my friend when she said her wedding was going to be in 2 years. Very rude. The dress I did like there had quite a few stains on it when I started viewing it closely and what looked like a bit of mold under the armpit. $1,000? I think not. Going to go out of town next weekend for dress shopping. Hopefully I will have a better experience.

Absolutely great service from the owner herself. She helped handpick my fiancés tux, professional, fast, and kind. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for prom or wedding attire, support your local businesses!!!!

This place is tucked away in Killeen. It if close to the Killeen Daily Herald. The bldg is small and the wsit may be about 15-20 mins. The prices were ok.

They were rude to me on the phone when I tried to schedule an appointment. Definitely not going there to look for a dress.

I recieved Poor customer service from both employee and the alleged owner. Then she Would not refund my money after placing a order that had not been finalized yet. My son paid for it in advance (being young and naive) but the employee Tieba would not explain to him the differences in measurements when he questioned them, She said I have a store full of customers and i cant sit here and answer all your questions um excuse well if thats the case then give me my money back. Owner was more concerned with me coming up to the store cursing at her employee (after getting poor attitude over the phone and in person), than the bad service I received. She was okay with the bad attitude and service given by her employee. Smh this is exactly why a lot of people dont deal with some black businesses. We sit here and try to support each other and get this in return....never again!!!!! If Im spending my money then I expect to get all my questioned answered whether there is a store full of people or not. Its prom season and there are 5 highschools in the surrounding area, there should be no reason to have one person working at this time of year. Especially not one with a bad attitude and unwilling to answer questions and give the customer their full attention. You acknowledge the other customers as they come in and then they will just have to wait, im sure theyll understand and want the same respect when its their turn. Had they just answered our questions and not gave the poor service, I would not have responded with poor language. You get what you dish out!
