Very friendly and helpful, but I was told I would receive a call when my laptop was finished or needed parts ordered, I have yet to receive that call and it has been 3 weeks. When I try to call them I get no answer. Needs work on communication, other than that not a bad place.

I recently Bought a Ryzen 3rd Gen CPU and a x470 board. It has been Years since I had built a computer. So my understanding was AMD AM4 cpu will work with all the chipsets. They do, Except with the 3rd Gen CPUs that requires a BIOS update with and Older gen CPU that I did not have just laying around. My MOBO had a F6 BIOS and I needed minimum F40 to POST. I really wanted to do it myself. The idea of paying for something I could do myself really did not make me happy. But the Professionalism, and honesty Mr. Jim showed and willingness to get my issue resolved actually change my feeling about the situation. I actually felt happy and relieved to be paying for a professional service that I knew would be done right. Mr. Jim went above and beyond and really made me feel like my issue was important, my MOBO was important. I like to do things myself but if I ever need a professional service done with someone honest. This is where I will be going.

Ive been going to Computer Rebooter for the last 4 years . Jim helped me build my first custom PC, and though I dont live here anymore, I still give him a call when I have questions. He and his wife are great people, and very easy to get along with.

Wow is all I can say! I had to fix a hard drive situation and they not only fixed the connection, they upgraded the connector and nothing inside was altered or tampered with as far as the actual internal drive itself. Plugged it back in and it works flawlessly. Great service and these technicians know what theyre doing.

Pleaseeeeee do not come here !!!!! So overpriced !!! They took a whole month and 2 weeks to fixed my laptop !!! I was the one calling them for updates and never had a good answer! The last time that I called they said that it was ready and they called me but did not have any missed call from this place !! Super bad customer service !!!! Spent over 200 dllls !!!! So ridiculous ...

Very helpful was able to get me a hard to find mainboard so I could fix my desktop highly reccomend them
