5/5 isn’t high enough to rate these guys. Excellent service. JT and Jacob were extremely helpful in the process of deciding what I wanted with quoting and explaining certain parts that I wasn’t sure what they did or were for. They are extremely nice and professional. They made this very hassle free, all I had to do was tell them exactly what I wanted, put a deposit, and wait. For a 3.5 lift, exhaust, and new tires to only take a day and a half is incredibly fast. Their work is great and for a VERY reasonable price. They have my business for life!

Ive been here multiple times and the staff here far exceed my standards each time. Theyre very knowledgeable at what they do and also provides excellent muffler service. From the moment I arrived, they were courteous and welcoming. After the initial assessment, I was given 2 options to fix my muffler and was quoted prices immediately. After choosing one, I was told it would be completed in about an hour.....what a surprise. No delays or waiting for parts, just awesome customer service through and through. Called Bills Muffler to have them do a custom exhaust on a lowered C10. The lady on the phone was very willing to answer all of my questions and I made an appointment to drop the truck at 8am. I received a call an hour later with a more than reasonable quote, and at 1230pm I received the call that the truck was complete. Good work done with the tight dimensions I gave and they took excellent care of my truck. Highly recommend them for exhaust work.

Came in short notice for a complete exhaust. They fit me in and completed in minimal time. Great fit, clean welds, and the shop guys even helped load and unload my truck from the trailer. Not quite sure what a lot of these negative comments are based on. These guys do amazing work that they aren’t going to just give away. Thanks again, guys.

Cant do his job 3 times in a year on 3 different vehicle its an exaust shop that cant do simple exaust work like exaustmanifold flange gasket.. go to a1 muffler up the street.

Volvo 30. My experience matches what is being said in the negative reviews (rude customer service). Wanted to have some exhaust tips installed. They had what I was looking for in stock. To make a long storyshort. I had them take my vehicle of the lift before they even startedthe work. Seems like the word concern triggers something in the older gentlemen brain. He was also offended by the term mechanic (honest mistake). I am disappointed that I didnt get those beautiful exhaust tips installed. I really wanted them! $140 is expensive, but when you add tax and poor customer service its simply not worth it. At least I have a good story I can share with my High School students on Monday. Great service and price. Had a part of my exhaust rusted out making my tail pipe drop and move around. Pulled in, they put it up to look, came back with me needing a section replaced. 15 minutes later and $60 bucks and I was out. Any exhaust system issues or wanting to upgrade, I highly recommend Bills Muffler Shop!

JT and the guys were great. Very professional. They listened to my request and helped me with a better solution than I had in mind. I took my 2016 Cadillac Escalade with a Borla Exhaust that needed a modification. They did an outstanding job, the welds on the exhaust are perfect, they did the job in a timely manner and charged a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone I know in the local area.

Stopped in for a custom muffler delete quote. The guy I talked to was very rude. He didnt even know what guage steel he was using or if it was even stainless steel. Quoted almost double what I was quoted at a different shop. They will rip you off and Im very skeptical of their build quality. Would not recommend ever.

After searching for months for an exhaust for my truck. I came across Bills Mufflers. Im beyond happy with the exhaust, customer service, and definitely the price! I am extremely happy with the customer service and speedy service that I was given. They repaired the error that dodge country failed to to fix or even ask me if I wanted it fix. Very nice people, got both my giant muffler and resonators off within two hours and for a great price. I would reccommend it. I drove all the way from Austin to Killeen for car work and Id say it was well worth it. And they made sure to give me options that would also keep my car legal and made sure it would pass inspection(this was my main concern). 10/10 would reccommend

Affordable prices and helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was indecisive on what muffler to put on my truck and they let me listen to multiple mufflers on my truck before I committed. A few weeks later I took my girlfriend in with her car and once again got outstanding service. Planning to move to Fort Worth area soon but will definitely make the drive back here to use their services again.

I don’t normally give reviews but when you been turned away several times trying to get work done to your vehicle something is wrong. The man JT down there is very rude and don’t care about the customer. When Bill was running the place I never had any problems. I always had excellent customer service.

Dealership wanted to charge quite a bit for catalytic converter. Called Bills Muffler Shop (never used them before). They answered phone on first call, asked questions to narrow down to issue and part, and then agreed to take my car first thing next morning. Had it replaced by end of day with callback letting me know. Quick, less expensive, thorough explanation, responsive, and just about a perfect Customer experience (which is hard to find these days any more). I highly recommend this company!

Went to Bills based off their reviews, and was not disappointed. Very fast and reasonable. I chose to not trust the knowledge of one staff member there and only have one weld replaced. Turns out he was right all along, after hearing the leak in my exhaust was not fixed. Instead of letting me drive away, he put my truck back in the bay and finished like I should have allowed in the first place.Bottom line, very happy to have chose this shop for my muffler work.

Keep looking elsewhere, proof is in the bill.Stopped to get exhaust fixed, it was the first place I found when I noticed the problem. Big mistake. Should have shopped around, looked cleanish and honest.....nope. They had to remove nothing, but charged $324 for a $150 job. 8ft of pipe, a flex joint, and 2 hangers. Already spread the word and pics to unit and friends on Ft. Hood.

I had a total different perspective of this place .. but Jacob wow hes amazing..his prices and attitude just made such a big difference.. I highly recommend this place

Great customer service. Down to earth and worked hard to get my car back to me in one day as promised. Got a catalytic converter retrofit on my SUV and definitely cheaper than the dealership who was charging me $1200 more than Bills Muffler. Just picked up my car from these fine people. Do not go anywhere else for exhaust issues. Great price. I paid 220 for full catalytic converter, code reading, and both O2 sensors installed. I bought the parts and brought it there to get installed. They went above and beyond by welding a bracket for my wires so they dont burn up. Dropped it off at 10 am and I had the car done by 2pm same day. They were helpful in and out the door.

This place is awesome. They are friendly, quick, professional, and do great quality work. Also, the owner is a pretty nice guy. They have their own brand of exhausts and theyre pretty good for the price, and they come with a warranty. Could be a tiny bit louder but I cant complain. The day I went there I got pulled over by killeen PD as I pulled into the parking lot. The employees here at Bills muffler shop noticed and asked me about it. We talked while they worked on my car and when it came time to pay, they gave me a little bit of a discount because of the ticket I just got. They are awesome people. Highly reccomend this place.

These guys work insanely fast. I originally went in to get a straight pipe but they explained that it would fail state inspection if I went that rout. They hooked me up with an equally loud exhaust that will pass inspection. A bit pricey but they looked out for me and got me out of there no longer than 20 minutes!

The work was fast. I was in and out in about an hour. I had my own MagnaFlow mufflers. I had the team delete my resonator and straight pipe it back to the MagnaFlow mufflers. Everything lined up great and it sounded good. They even made sure to have me go out and show them how much I wanted to tips to stick out before they did any major welding. Very satisfied with the work, and Ill be coming back for any more work needed in the future.

Rude if you have an issue. Everything is fine as long when the sun is shining but if there welds break . It will get heated even if your being cool. Good luck if something goes wrong. Or just skip it and go somewhere that doesnt get defensive if you have an issue.

I went there today to have my muffler installed. Seems like the reviews go in both directions. Owner Bill does sound pompous. Cut me off whenever I spoke about how I wanted it done by saying he has been doing this for awhile now sarcastically. Price was a little more on the high side but not too bad. I didnt like the fact that they cut pre cat to weld my requested piping. For the price I wouldve assumed they unbolt from the flange and install a new flange to the custom pipe but that was my mistake for not specifying. Got me done around 30 mins. Overall I would give this 3 stars. Had over 10 shops work on my exhausts for various cars (most shops in CA and AZ) I have owned throughout the years and I would place this shop in the bottom pile.
