What a difference! Had CSI clean our long neglected open-concept tile flooring, and the end result is amazing. The tile AND grout over the entire first floor of our house is now IMMACULATE. Prior to starting the project, Jamie took the time to explain the process, the machinery, and the care that they would be taken to ensure our furniture was protected. They not only cleaned the tile, but also the baseboards, and unexposed areas under the heavy furniture. I am so happy! An absolute great job. Highly recommend.

My tile and grout look like new! I kept looking at my grout and feeling overwhelmed about cleaning it all and thats when I called CSI. They worked hard and fast and my floors are sparkling. Great experience. Moving off island so had to clean a couch to sell and carpets for move out inspection with landlords. What a great company. They are extremely responsive-I have reached out on Sunday and got a call back right away. They use technology to streamline their scheduling ad servicing very well. We have been using CSI carpet cleaning for 5 years. The most recent was do to our condo flooding. The team showed up within an hour of us calling.They were so knowledgeable about what steps to take for the clean-up.Our tile floor looks like it was just installed. Id been corresponding with Jamie about a month prior to our arrival at our Makena condo about carpet cleaning, but especially tile and grout sealing. It was so dirty because of not being cleaned since it was installed about 12 years ago. Jamie answered all my questions with quick responses by text or email. He gave me a good idea of how much it would cost and it came in below what I estimated the cost would be. Thought we might have to reschedule because of work that was being done on the property, but Jamie volunteered to call the manager to see if there would be a problem with him working there. I trusted Jamie to do the work without me being there to look at the job prior to paying. It was easy to pay the invoice by credit card. Jamie was a pleasure to work with. His business was recommended by our Rental Management Agency because his work is so good!

They are fast, friendly, and efficient! I have used them before and the same experience was mine. CSI communicates effectively, works hard, and most importantly - he has this gynormous steam engine in his vehicle for serious deep cleaning. We used him to clean our lanai carpet, the front landing indoor outdoor carpet, a small area rug, and the two hide-a-bed sofas. He took the sofas apart to do all the cushions, and is careful not to get things too wet. I think he is knowledgeable, as well: he informed me that my sunbrella material sofas should NOT be treated afterwards with scotch-guard, and that saves me a step! I believe him! I always use CSI to handle my carpet cleaning needs in Kihei. Reasonable charges, as well! You cannot beat this company for this service, and the name is very catchy, I might add - it really made my handyman laugh, when I said I was having CSI come clean my carpets - apparently there is a TV show with that name, is why, about Crime Scenes.....my Maui Condo does not quite qualify as that, thank goodness! - But renters can track in a lot of sand, afterall. - Mahalo!!!!

CSI was prompt in responding to my email query for a free quote. He then showed up on time. He then spent some time explaining his process and how it is different than other providers. He gave a quote which was not the cheapest but was reasonable.For the actual cleaning he again showed up right on time. We returned to find a fantastic brand new looking bright tile floor. The furniture stains were completely gone and I think we can get a few more years out of the couch because it doesnt look nearly as old as it did before the cleaning.He followed up with us afterwards and gave suggestions as to how best to maintain the tile and grout.I would strongly recommend his services and will use his company the next time I again need something like this done.
