Owner Ben and his staff provide highly professional services to us. Since we established a working relationship with The Pool Man, all promised services and appointments have been kept in a timely manner and have been of very high quality.We receive weekly emails with photos of the pool and a listing of what’s been done and what was added to the pool to balance the chemistry. The pool does truly sparkle. The firm added a chlorine salt generator for us and when the power unit failed, replaced it promptly under warranty. Since they remotely monitor the pool as do we, they knew there was an issue and responded quickly to resolve it. They also added liquid chlorine to sanitize the pool until the new unit arrived.Exceptional worry free service. We highly recommend them.

They repaired our aging pool and made it look gorgeous again, which we can see from the weekly service snap shot they send (its fun to see how the location of the pool toys and the weather change for each visit!) . The company is responsive to our requests for repairs and adjusting our cleaning days/times for company. Jason, our tech, does a great job keeping the pool clean. Billing is easy and can be done online. I really appreciate the weekly summary that I receive after each service visit letting me know what was done and showing my pool sparkling clean.

We recently converted from a freshwater to a salt water system. Leaving Key West for the summer months with the new system, left us with some concern. But The Pool Man‘s weekly service including a photo and a report of services performed has given us great peace of mind. This past week, when a problem arose with the chlorine generator, Ben, the owner himself was right on top of it and took care of a factory warranty replacement. We recommend them highly.

Ok, review long time coming. Danny, the prior owner has been taking care of our pools for over 10 years. Best experience ever! Example, after Irma our pool water was black with creatures everywhere when I returned 2 weeks after the storm. Pool was crystal clear by Oct 3. When I heard new folks were taking over, admit I was nervous. But after about 2 years in I couldnt be happier Annie and Ben are great! Responsive and really on it!! Do yourself a favor and hire them for your pool and spa work!!

Very pleased with the professionalism of this company. I had a new pool heater installed at my vacation house in Key West along with remote pool control. There were some issues with the Pool Sync app and The Pool Man of Key West spent hours helping me remedy the issue.

After a recent visit from my daughter and a dozen of her college age friends who did not listen to no oil in the pool please my pool looked like 2% milk when Carlos arrived. If you ever experience any challenges with your pool… The Pool Man is your answer!!! We recently had some issues with several pool tiles coming loose from the pool wall. The tiles needed to be reattached as renters were arriving to the property 3 days later.I phoned Annie at The Pool Man and she contacted Rich who has been servicing our pool monthly for several years. Even though it had been an extremely busy work week for all involved due to the remnants of Hurricane Laura, Rich was at our house in literally 5 min. He was able to drop the water level in the pool 6 inches so the tile contractor could adhere the tiles to the pool wall. Rich also stayed at the property to monitor the pool water level so that the job could be completed. Ben, the owner was also involved in order to provide seamless results! All in all, a class act.

Since Ben has taken over the business, they have really stepped up all aspects of the business and service is really good. They try super hard! Would totally recommend them to anyone in the lower Keys looking for pool service!

Most of the staff has less than one year experience. They do not know pool chemistry. All they do is suck the leaves out via rip tides they never give a good vac.you will be better off having your neighbor kid do it for you.
