Interesting gym out in key west. Its a little bigger then I envisioned and definitly has more people in it then I expected on Saturday Afternoon. Multiple squat racks make squatting easier. They also have more bumper plates then most anytime fitness Ive seen. Aside from that, expect the normal assortment of lifefiynres equopment at modt anytine gyms

Staff is super friendly and the facility and atmosphere is great for working out.

I like the gym but the patrons here are the worst. The number of times I’ve had to stop mid squat because people stop to workout an inch away from me where I will hit them with the barbell if I squat is annoying. I’ve literally never had this issue anywhere else I’ve attended a gym

Do yourself a favor and do not sign anything with this management. Incredibly rude, it’s like I’m talking to immature teenage girls. They trap you into signing an ‘indefinite’ contract after you’ve signed a 24 month agreement. Why would it be a 24 month if it’s going to auto renew anyways?! Besides the poor management the air conditioning is constantly broken, there are signs around the gym that jokingly say it’s being fixed. How long does it take to fix air conditioning? Apparently a year. The only positive experience was that they refunded my money after complaining about a fitness program that was a complete joke. The trainers and management seem like a washed up bartender who tried a professional career path. Cute.In a community as strong as Key West, they heartlessly will deny any cancellations of a membership over $60 during a global pandemic, you should be ashamed management. Good luck to anyone who is trying to make it through this hard year and is contracted to this gym.

Honestly, I was really happy to find a gym, but after reading some of these reviews Im pretty unsure if I wanna sign up of sign anything.Maybe Ill just stick to exercising in the park.

Ive been going to this gym about 2 years now. Its the cleanest Ive ever seen, which vey important during this pandemic. Thanks Heather, Jen, and Heather. Your hard work hasnt gone unnoticed.

I had a membership with Anytime Fitness in Central Florida. I was happy to know there was an Anytime Fitness in Key West. I had the misfortune of having to deal with Heather, a manager. My first experience was by telephone. I called the fitness center to transfer my membership to Key West. Heather was impatient, she would cut me off when I tried to ask questions and the only thing she focused on was that my membership was handled through my work insurance. She stated several times that they did not honor insurance memberships. I was told to check back with her when my current membership had expired.My second encounter with Heather was when I went back to reinstate my membership. Again she was impatient. She would interrupt me when I spoke and she spoke to me as if I was a child. She asked where I worked. Her response was a sneer as she chuckled “you? a security officer? She quoted several different membership costs which were too expensive for me and I left without becoming a member.

Nice location and well taken care of. A good amount of equipment but they lack in a lot of cardio options. Otherwise, great location, lots of parking, the staff seems to be always cleaning and taking care of the place.Had a couple of interesting classes going on while I was working out. Always seems to have people around the gym.Nice job Key West staff!!

Just joined. The manager is very helpful and cheerful. The equipment is new. Looks like I joined a great gym family..

Stay away! Gym is small and lacks equipment. READ YOU CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING UP! The cancellation fee is JOKE! I had a 18 months contract and when I decided to cancel I still had about 1 year of contract. They will hold you hostage on this gym and ask you to pay the amount for the year left in your contract that you not going to use, no matter what! Luckily I was able to move to a place where I could cancel using the distance from the gym rule that is in the contract.So the catch is that they tell you that the cancellation fee is $250. but they do not tell you that this amount is only if you cancel within the first month of contract. After that you can only cancel if you pay the remaining balance of the contract. I got really upset with this place. Shady business screwing people that just want to exercise.

Dirty. Lacked cleaning supplies. Small, staff is not helpful. Actually quit my membership after going here to find somewhere else. Least favorite gym I’ve been to.

Super helpful staff! Never seems too busy to get a good workout. Parking is easily available and free. Itss fairly close to everything.

Good luck once they get your credit card. They will never call you back or do as promised. I don’t recommend this place at all for anyone in key West. Much better gyms available.

Opening hours 9-2. I called them 4 times around noon. Nobody answer the phone. So I went there To buy membership around 1pm but nobody is working there and door is locked. You are joke. Horrible.
