They said conditions were not ideal before we left but the water was clear. Saw plenty of fish on the reef, a baby sea turtle, and 2 rays. The staff was great. A handful of people were sea sick and the staff was attentive and brought them ice cups. Loved the scenery, well worth the cost.

Great outing. Crew kept everyone safe. The only thing to note is that the glass bottoms are not too big.

You should definitely give it a try when in key west. Looking at the reefs and fish was very cool!

June 14, 2021. Extremely professional. The weather did not allow us to go to the reef. They tried other areas and we did not see any fish. Still had a great boat ride and tour but tour was cut short. they refunded everyone their money. Wow!

If you haven’t went on the glass bottom boat tour then you should be checking that as your next adventure. I loved the experience, the water . The Coral Reef was absolutely beautiful & amazing .

Great tour for those not willing to swim wit the fishses. Crew is great not sure though why the town makes the passengers wear masks when every bar in town is teaming with people with no masks on.

To start on a positive the note the staff was great!! Props to them. The experience was not the best. We were basically on a boat with a glass bottom that doesn’t see any reef or fishes.

Hit and miss. Staff is amazing, very pro. If youre trying to decide between this and snorkeling, snorkeling will give you much better visibility.

Sunset cruise with Fury company went well! Billy was awesome. We did see the reefs and lots of fish even with choppy water & windy conditions.

If you cant snorkel, this is a great way to see the oceans bottom and the fish on the reef. Its a spacious, well maintained boat. Even though it will be full, everyone manages to get a good view through the glass bottom. Fun, particularly if you have childrens!

Super friendly and informative tour guides make this a great and unique experience. We saw a decent amount of fish and coral and even some dolphins! The complementary champagne at sunset was a very nice and pleasant surprise as well!

Completely awful. We boarded the boat after waiting in 90 degree sun, only to be told once everyone boarded, that the motor broke down and they had to cancel the trip. Then everyone had to wait in line for another 35 minutes for a refund. They should refunded double for the complete waste of time and unprofessionalism!

45 min boat ride to reef then narrated explanation of the reef by knowledgeable guide, was very good, we went on 6pm ride to also see sunset from boat, complimentary drinks and snacks included, around 2.5 hours, overall great experience

Nothing like i imagined. Could not go to the area where we could see the different fish n things on the bottom glass which they didnt tell us until we got on the boat. The glass is on each side of the boat is about a quarter length on the bottom of boat. It was not worth the money. So disappointed.

The ride out to the reef on the noon run was super stable and the waters were calm. Our tour guide on the reef, Cody, was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the reef fish we spotted, including a Midnight Parrotfish. Conditions on the at Dry Rocks were clear that day, so we got to see several species of coral, snapper, parrotfish, and jellies. Great experience.

Nice trip, but not really much to see. They said its due to the hurricane irma, but i cant really believe that. But it was a nice sunset (did the last trip) and we even got champagne to enjoy the sunset.

Been taking this tour since the 80s when I lived here. They are legit. Great Value for the money, and they make no false claims. Some days are better than others and if the water visibility is great, youll have an amazing view. On the other hand, if it is a low vis day, they are solid gold about giving you a refund prior to sailing, even minutes before the boat departs if you change your mind.

Captain is a very cool dude. Interesting narrator and a very cool vibe. In a past life, I’m certain he was a sea faring pirate. We really enjoyed our trip with him and the sunset will be spectacular. A very nice way to end our stay on Key West. Don’t miss out!

We enjoyed our experience! I’m knocking off a star because the glass bottom was not super clear. The most you could make out were shapes of things, but just barely. Advertised it is much clearer than our experience. We did see a lovely sea turtle above on the second story as well as awesomeFlying fish and I believe sting rays. The staff was great and the boat was clean and on time.

Crew is very nice and helpful, one star is for trip only. Most of tourists are busy throwing up all the way, just sitting there ready for end of tour. Haven’t see any particular fish, just some regular grey fish. Everything is blur through windows, very disappointed. However, I will give crew 10/10 because they are really caring and helpful.

Glass bottom part was ok, but the whole experience was awesome. Great crew. We saw dolphins, rays, and turtles too!

The crew was very nice, the trip was well narrated, but I was disappointed with how the glass was on the boat. I felt miss lead from the pictures in the advertisement. You can only see a few things. But the boat ride itself was really nice.

We had fun. Almost 2 hours long. We did see different types of coral and fishes. Its not as colorful though. The people were knowledgeable. I would recommend this activity. Please plan to be there earlier to allow for finding parking (its all public/private parking) and the tickets sell out quickly too.

Great trip to take and view were awesome. Saw a number of things through the glass bottom when we got to the reef but the best views were the sunset over the ocean on the way back in. Crew was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was nice, but I’m not sure who this is for really. Too watered down for the enthusiast while too nuanced for the generalist.The ac was either broke or barely working and there really wasn’t much to see other than tiny fish and some coral. The coral was cool, but given the heat on the interior of the boat and the limited viewing, I can’t say I would recommend it. Probably bettter off snorkeling. They do give you some interesting facts, but not worth the lack of AC.

We really enjoyed this experience despite going to the Gulf versus the Atlantic due to reduced views from bad weather in the Atlantic. Great way to see coral and fish without snorkeling and a fun way to spend the afternoon. Tour guides were helpful and full of knowledge

Very underwhelming. They need to replace glass with clear advance materials to enhance the quality of view. The sunset colors were amazing. If you do go with the company take the laat boat of the day which includes being on the water for the sunset.

Great way to spend 2 hours and learn about the history and marine life of Key West. We had a fairly uneventful ride but we did see dolphins, so that was exciting. :)

Glass boat ride was a nightmare! I wish we warned about the extreme heat and inside boat conditions .... the ride out was beautiful for about 15 mins, until the boat stopped, everyone became very ill, nauseous, fainting, one even had a seizure on board. It must of been well over 100 degrees inside the boat. We couldn’t wait for the ride to be over with. We saw a yellow tail snapper, and that was it... waste of time and money.... I don’t recommend this at all! Just walk the shores of Miami, you will see more fish, without the nausea!

FYI this place falsely advertises this experience. The two hour tour includes 1.5 hours of traveling to and from the reef and only a half hour at the reef. There are numerous other ways to actually view marine life as we saw nothing but jellyfish and maybe two species of fish. A giant part of the narration was about the coral. Dont plan on seeing any sharks, turtles, or anything of much excitement. The air conditioned cabin holds steady at 85 degrees and 90% humidity so dont expect a break from the heat. This company definitely preys on tourists and has no interest in really giving you much of a show. Be warned.

Great tour guide, especially the one who was telling about the fish and corals. The actual time spent at the reef though seemed rushed. The crew took great care of the people getting sea sick though, so not everyone had to deal with the lanlubbers poor choices to eat huge lunches before hand.

I thoroughly enjoyed this slow motion cruise over reefs near Key West. It was fascinating to be able to watch the fish and coral. However be aware that if you are prone to motion sickness, looking down through the glass bottom of a gently swaying boat may not agree with you.

Totally worth going if you are with kids and not willing to do the scuba or snorkeling. Very comfortable to see the coral reef and fish from the boat. Enough time to take pics and enjoy. Price is little too high but keywest is expensive in general.

I enjoyed the boat ride . The crew was friendly . It was hot that day . We went to the gulf side because it was too rough for the Atlantic side . We didn’t really see too many fish or sea life through the glass . Kind of so so . Wish I would have seen more . Like I said, nice ride .

This tour is an experience in itself and depending on how you take it you will either enjoy it or regret coming on this trip. First thing, you are getting into open ocean unlike the calmer waters in the keys. So there is very high level of wobble almost for the entire journey (clear sunny non stormy day) and many fell sick and started puking. But a few of us brave souls stood on the outside deck enjoying the wobbly ride with some good sea shower. Once the skipper reaches the coral area (about 50 mins into the trip) you can see the ocean floor but the view is bluish and you cant see much of color except dark or light. If you are lucky you will see some fish. But the wobble spoils it all. So I had a mixed experience. If you have motion sickness you will regret coming on this trip. But if you enjoy theme park rides this one will give you some rush.

The weather was rough. Everyone was sick but we had the opportunity to reschedule. However that was not the reason for the 3 stars. For the price you really dont get to see much. If you just want a boat ride its fine.

We have this tour with our package to Key west but when we were there they said that it has been canceled due to condition and offered a harbor tour!!! I refused to get in and asked for refund. They said we will put a note for your tour company and let them know about this and you will get your refund then. But later our provider (Costco Travel) said they have been contacted them and they refused to issue any refunds despite canceling our tour!!! I dont recommend you try them.

We did not sail in the Atlantic ocean because the water was rough and it was a rainy day. We sail to the gulf of Mexico. We did not see much but the ride was good. The staff was pleasant and the champagne was good.

Can you say Sea sick. Nice fast on the go ride out to the designated spot in the ocean. Was outside enjoying the ride, then went inside. Saw thru the glass we were in Shallow water. Saw one little fish. The younger guy crew member was talking up the one silly fish we saw. Over kill on the talking buddy. All The ladies my age got sea sick. We were all Sitting back queazy. And ready for the ride to be over. Looking down into the glass bottom must have made us sick. Got back outside for fresh air on the way back. Not worth the $40. One silly fish.

Paid for a sunset cruise and to see to see the barrier reef, I was there a few years back and it was great, this time they told us that the wind was to strong to go to the barrier reef, but we have the choice to go to a reef just as good in the gulf, Well it sucked,we seen 2 small fish and some rocks and a few pieces of coral.

This is now the second time on the glass bottom boat ! Got lucky and seen alot of dolphins this time out! They were racing the boat ! A must for the kids and great for the grown up kids as well !!!
