Rented an auger for 3 days to do Irma damage restoration. Have a bunch on my plate so I figured rent it for 3 days and use it when I can because its not all I am doing to recover from the storm. Rented it yesterday afternoon and didnt try to run it til today. Doesnt run. Take it back and still get charged a full days rental. Despite talking to Maria the manager I was informed that there was nothing they could do for me. Home Depot is making money hand over fist because of this devastating storm. My wife and I, her family, and family business spend plenty of money here but a corporation like Home Depot clearly doesnt care to take care of their costumers.
