When you schedule an appointment and then you verify the appointment shouldnt you get the appointment you requested? I held up my end but you couldnt hold up yours. I scheduled my appointment with Hector online like it says to do. I received the the confirmation email, so I know they had my contact info. I show up 15 minutes early, like a person should, to be told there was a person ahead of me. How is that a thing? If you knew you were an hour behind couldnt you had contacted me as to not waste my time? I guess my time is worth nothing? Its a shame really, this place is super close to me and was highly recommended. Now I cant give this local business my business and Im going to make sure my people dont come here. After a time like this I thought they would be a little more accommodating. I guess they dont need business. Sorry for the rant but on top of everything its my birthday and Im going without a much needed haircut.

These guys did a great job, with a high degree of care and professionalism. I dropped in while on a brief excursion from a cruise without an appointment. They worked me in quickly, and you could tell the barber was careful. They used a straight edge around the edges and sculpted without rushing. Reasonable price also for a resort community.

Visiting from New York. Hector gave me a great haircut. Nice and clean. You can even add on some skin care. I added on an exfoliation and a hot towel shave. Thoroughly enjoyed the treatment. Highly recommended.

Went in for beard trimming. They messed it up so bad. I had to shave it off and start over!! I went from having a lumber jack beard to having an Amish beard with a thin horse shoe thing around my mouth!! Remember I asked for trim!!! It took so long to get it where I wanted it. Sad day!! Should have known better. Guess it will grow back. Should only take a year or so!! Thanks for nothing!!

My brother and I stopped in last minute to get a hot towel shave for him and a beard trim for me. It was his wedding in a few hours and we wanted to make sure he relaxed and looked perfect. The guys in there did a great job and really made my brother comfortable and relaxed, not to mention we both looked great afterwards.

Since moving from Miami I havent been able to find a place that takes the time to give great fades, until now! Had a cut by Ricky who took his time and did a great job. Everyone there were friendly and talkative so no awkward moments while on the chair, I highly recommend this place.

I think my haircut was from Roger (curly hair and beard). Dude, this guy is f-in sick! Took his time and the fade turned out perfect. I am a white guy with thin hair and I struggle to find a decent barber. Came here from someones recommendation. So glad I did. Expect to wait a while but its well worth it. If I am in town again I will be back!

While in Key West for my wedding, I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH to find this barber studio. Let me tell you, after I had a really bad haircut in Tampa, cause my barber was not in town, Mike literally saved the day and my haircut. I am very meticulous with my hair, and Mike gave me an excellent haircut and also fixed my beard. I saw the other barbers work while I was waiting, and I can say that all of them are very professional and good, this men can cut. Like the hat of one of the barbers said #LEGIT, yes, ImJustCuttin is LEGIT. Thanks Mike!
