Do not do business with these people. Dawn is a paid mouthpiece for Renee you cant believe anything she says very dishonest their properties have problems Im here in Gatlinburg a small company hired to clean up these properties they have drunks on site doing other jobs after job is finished they refuse to answer the phone or pay any money at all these people are thieves be careful doing business with them

Abysmal service led to a big disappointment. I wanted to book a mountain cabin during a busy week.12:30pm - called first by phone and talked to Shelley. Was told I could direct book with them.12:50pm - received a quote from Bret copied to Shelley and Dawn in their office.1pm - I replied 10 minutes later with, YES, I want to book.2pm - sent a follow up email, copied to all of the above. No reply.4pm - House was booked on VRBO. I called and talked to Shelley again. Shed call me back. She didnt.5pm - Got an email from Bret: too bad for you.If the rest of the business is run with that attention to detail, maybe for the best >:-(

Horrible service during our stay in the Smoky Mountains of Gatlinburg. Dealing with Dawn of Sea and Sky rentals was futile... she made many promises and ALL were unfulfilled.Here’s the review from our awful stay which was compounded by the abysmal service from the management company. It truly was darkest when dealing with Dawn.The oven does not work and we had to try and bake our meals on the outdoor grill for our entire stay. Mgmt stated they would fix the problem or replace the oven during a 5 day stay but they did not.Hot tub was unusable. The water was gross yellow and smelled 10 times worse than it looked.The grill is bolted to the deck so you cannot move it and is too close to a wood pillar on the deck so there is burning and major charring on the pillar, a very dangerous fire hazard.The rugs had dog hair matted in them which barely looked like an old nonworking vacuum even touched them and years since the last steam clean.Other than a few nice pieces of furniture, the entire property felt like and smelled like a party house that had hastily been cleaned prior to the parents getting home. Downstairs couches wreaked of cigarette smoke.Other examples of disrepair: gate is broken to the property and one side of it is just pushed off to the side and sitting on the ground and old gross hot tub cover is sitting right next to hot tub instead of them throwing it away. What are these people thinking charging what they do per night and offering such subpar accommodations.Downstairs bedroom with private bathroom has a horrible sewage smell all the time on the bathroom.Appalling customer service. We asked for a resolution for the terrible accommodations and service and could not get a response for over two weeks. We are now forced to contest the charge with our credit card company. Shame on you Sea and Sky rentals and Timber Wolf Lodge.Please find a better place to stay and do not waste your money here. We go to the Smokies every year and have never had poor accommodations until now. We will make sure we do not rent a property managed by Sea and Sky Rentals again!
