Great place to stop in at the start of your keys trip. Often has discount cards etc for stuff you might want to do. Reagan was great and was super helpful with pointing out places to eat and things to do. Well worth stopping in.

Checking out what the Florida Keys has to offer and what specials may be offered thru this Visitors Center... Thanks to Vicky for being so helpful, saved me some time on a couple places I thought I would visit, but they are in gated communities (like Crocodile Lake, really? Whats wrong with a town that allows stuff like this?) Right off Route 1 coming into Key Largo, make the stop to learn more about the islands...

Vicky was absolutely amazing helping us plan our honey moon. I would absolutely suggest stopping in to see her if you have any questions about your trip to the keys.

The clerks were very helpful and offered a lot of information. Its a must to stop here first before heading into Key Largo unless you know exactly where youre going and what you want to do.

David Shine is an 😇...He made a bad situation so much better for myself and my friends. He organized and helped book our whole trip in about an hour.We love him!!!I have so much more good things to say about him but we are busy having a good time!!

Reagan was great!! We planned a very last minute trip to Key Largo. Had no idea what we could do here and he gave us several suggestions, called all the businesses, and booked all our activities in about 20 minutes. He also gave us a number of local suggestions on beaches and places to eat.

Great store to stop and have local guides give you ideas, they will call and book activities in the Florida keys as well they can find you a room for the night.

My boyfriend and I only came in to take a quick bathroom break initially... but David was so warm and welcoming that we decided to talk to him about potential excursions and to get some restaurant recommendations. He was so helpful, recommended a phenomenal sushi restaurant that we loved, and was very quick to respond throughout our trip. One of our excursions canceled due to a broken boat propeller; and within 5 minutes he had 3 different alternatives lined up for us to choose from. Because we spoke to a local instead of depending exclusively on the internet for guidance, we enjoyed the Keys so much more. We will absolutely be contacting him next time we go to the Keys- thanks David for everything!

Not your average visitor center. More of a variety store with some very helpful and friendly people behind the counter. Bob was very cool. A must stop on your way to the Keys.

Received some great info from a very nice lady about different things we were interested in. It was a no pressure to buy approach that we really prefer.

The people are very nice and extremely helpful, but be prepared for a sales pitch for a hotel or boat outing. I will give them a lot of credit; even after we said we were not interested, they offered a lot of good advice and were very nice. Good place to stop if you need information or want to book a dinner cruise.

We stopped here on our way down to Key West. Liz was SO friendly, helpful and informative. We will definitely be stopping here every time we head down there!

They only have 1 unisex bathroom. The counter lady was abrasive.

We stopped in for a map of the keys area. The staff here were very knowledgeable. Many free drink coupons to be had.

If you visit the Keys this is a great spot to check on all activities like jet ski tours, dolphin tours and so on. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. Ask for Vicky, bc she is a living lexicon for that area and is just outstanding. Highly recommended.

Belen was super helpful and understanding of covid fears with tours. We booked a sunset cruise with pirates cove via her and it did not disappoint at all!!!!! Highly recommended the experience.

We talked to vicki and made clear from the beginning what we wanted. She gave us some local highlights and recommendations.But you have to book some adventures right there. Not much time to think. Was a small center.

Stumbled in to use the bathroom. Captured by David and sold on several tours for our stay in Key West. I was skeptical b/c David was too good at what he did. You know the kind. On the back side of our vacation I can tell you, what he provided for us were quality outings at a savings, lots of great straight forward information. When the B&B we booked in Key West was a bust, we called him back after hours and he got us in to an incredible B&B at a savings. It was the best part of our entire west FL vacation.

We visited the keys for the day, and decided to stop in to see what we may do while here. David Shine was amazing! Professional, fun, helpful, and knowledgeable. If anyone comes down, ask for him. I know I will when we come come back!

Must stop for island info. Michael Kane helped us quickly decide on what to do. We arrived around 4:30 after cruising around Miami. Decided to take kids to Robbies on Islamorda for dinner and tarpon feeding. Dinner was great, feeding the tarpon was fun.

Well that was an experience if you go to the Florida Keys visitor center right as youre coming in its on the right side and Im going to say you have to talk to Larry Rhodes he knows more history about the island about how it was founded and hell show you images and pictures if you tell him what youre interested in hes going to tell you how to do it hes very fair and in doing that he says to you exactly how much things cost he tells you the best time to go whatever your needs are if youre wanting to stay on the water if you wanting to know the difference between the bay and the ocean he told us everything explained to us about the place that they save the turtles what they do there I really think that if youre going to go to a visitor center at least out of the ones we went to this is the one that we chose to post about Larrys awesome!

We stopped here on our way to Marathon. Sure, they have t-shirts and post cards, but they are also a concierge for booking tours and activities. We booked a snorkeling tour and got a nice discount. Theyll give you a map of the area you are visiting and tell you all the great things nearby and can give recommendations on whats the best tour, restaurant, etc. Definitely worth stopping in, even if you only need sunglasses or a postcard.😄🌞

She helped us plan out our whole day, guiding us on the best plan based on time and weather (beautiful day but the water was choppy), making a call to set up a boat tour, giving us great ideas for lunch and dinner places and the list goes on. We had a perfect day thanks to Chris! Key Largo is beautiful! Visit if you can, but stop in at the visitors center, and talk to Chris. She’ll help you make the most out of your visit:-)

We were given miss information! We were told that they do that for money. Steering us in the direction of the vendors that pay them the most!Small, dirty bathroom!

Luna & Brooke helped us plan 5 fun filled days in the Keys. They booked us on a snorkeling trip, a deep sea fishing trip and a sunset dinner/booze cruise and gave us great directions to each adventure. Every event was great from the staff to the experience. They also hooked us up with lots of discounts. All in all, this is a must stop on any visit to the Keys! Cant recommend them enough!

These guys stuck me in the worst hotel/resort broken down trailer and sent me out on a dive charter going to the exact reef that I said I did not want to dive.This is a scam. They only add expense to your trip. Go find your own deals.

This place made our vacation! We had no idea where to go or what to do and they found out our time frame and interests and booked us on great outings all week. They did all of the booking and then wrote out a schedule for us with a map and put all the info in a folder. We knew exactly where to go and when to be there. They also made great recommendations on where to eat and where to hear great music. We called them back several times that week with questions and they were always super helpful and super nice! The most amazing thing is that they do not charge anything for this service! They will be our first call next time we go back!

MUST stop! Even for locals! We were newly interested to progress from snorkeling to diving, and figured what a good place to start! Firstly, I didnt realize (until now) they offer discounts on almost EVERYTHING we do down here, from lodging to water sports and just general information directly from the locals, even if youre just visiting. Secondly, our simple inquiry turned into a turn key amazing experience (from desk to dock) that will last a lifetime. We will definitely return. Secondly, We used Pirates Cove Water Sports for our diving, and will continue our diving education and certification. HUGE shout-out to #PiratesCoveWaterSports#

Just stopped in here to use the bathroom, but ended up getting some amazing advice to cancel my snorkeling tour and go on this really incredible paddling/kayak tour through the mangroves. I am not a hyperbolic person, but this may have been the best $50 Ive ever spent. Big ups to the woman for being super honest and steering me in the right direction. Great quality people.

Make sure you stop by here if you are driving to Key West, you never know you might come across some pretty good activities. We booked our Jet ski here and the also had Jeep for rental here, which was pretty awesome!! The people (Mr Kane) at the center are locals and are great as they have all the information about the local area and will answer all your questions.

I love this place Kenny and Monica are wonderful people and I feel I can call them friends. Last year I was 7 months pregnant and my husband thought it would be a great idea to take our son on a little day trip. Well if it wasnt for Kenny and Monica I dont know if I would have enjoyed myself. They gave us great ideas for things to do that I could also enjoy. And now we are back a year later with our baby girl. If you are looking for friendly local advice, a clean bathroom to stop at and a great place to get a souvinear this is the place!

Definitely stop in here. This guy loves what he does, been doing it for a long time. Hes been where hes sending you.. They have gifts inside as well. He will even call to make your appointment for a tour so you will be good to go by the time you arrive

Dave is very helpful and does get discounts. If you ask about businesses he did not recommend he won’t say anything negative but he will direct you right back to the businesses that pay him for the referrals. Are his businesses the best? I don’t know but we did go back for a second referral!
