Worst experience. Do not get your acrylics done here! My nails looked HORRIBLE. I had to go to another nail bar to fix the trashy work they did to my nails. I asked her to not file so much, and then she redid the nail color multiple times because she was using a gel top coat when the nail polish was regular. You can see in the photos that the polish was messed up and groovy. The nails were lifted, and just a mess! I am shocked! Look how thick they made the nails! How did they think this was an acceptable job of acrylics?

Extremely rude service - not worth your money. Trying to schedule a simple treatment, Mr. Eden was rude, unprofessional and arrogant - all under 5 minutes. In the interest of his business he has successfully lost a client. With so many great places on Key Biscayne, I strongly recommend you go anywhere else where they actually appreciate your business. Just across from them youll find GM Salon which offers a wonderful full service or down the street at Cecis( next to the Winn Dixie) the staff is lovely and is actually welcoming towards their clientele. Mr. Eden should take a lesson in marketing to properly safeguard his business.

Just finished with my second visit to Neo Nail Bar, and I have definitely found my new nail place! My nail tech put so much time and care into both visits, I am so satisfied. I cannot remember her name unfortunately (Evania?) but she is amazing and I will do my best to request her every time!! Spa pedicure is a must😇

Great nail salon. Tanya and Zori did a great job with my manicure. Staff is very courteous and appointment are always on time. They have the hard plastic wall dividers to protect from COVID too!

I love coming here. Zori is amazing, very attentive and sweet, even giving me a stylus pen to use my phone while my nails were wrapped in foil to remove the gel polish. The services are refreshingly affordable compared to the rest of the key. The gentleman at the front desk always looks happy to see me and is very accommodating of appointment rescheduling. They require masks be worn, take your temperature upon entering, have hand sanitizer available, and plastic dividers between the manicurist and customer. I will continue coming here regularly!

The front desk gentleman is a kind, warm soul. I forgot the wonderful lady’s name that just did my nails but she too, was amazing! Incredible work, patient and sweet. A must when looking for a nail spa that delivers quality and kindness! Plus, it’s super clean and bright! Great music playlist too ;)

Excellent nail salon. Very friendly staff and professional technicians. Cassandra was great! Nice massage chairs, very clean. They offered wine or champagne. I will definitely go here again. Also like the shopping center covered parking in basement garage.

I searched the area for a nail salon and this seemed to be the only one with a website and Facebook page. It was definitely a little difficult to find but after calling and getting actual directions it was pretty easy. I was VERY impressed! It’s a great salon and the staff was very friendly and Cassandra did a wonderful job on my manicure and pedicure.

Cassandra did my acrylic nails amazing, best nails by far. I loved the people, the service and the result of my nails. It also was not as expensive as other places, for better quality. would give a 10/5 if possible!

Zori is a rockstar!! Best mani pedi I’ve had in years. I’ve been going to same place in Brickell for 6 years and the quality went downhill. I was reluctant to go somewhere else and now I’m sooo happy I did. The parking is convenient, the place is clean, she took her time and really made sure everything was done to perfection. And the massage on me feet.. WOW. Thank you, thank you.. See you next week

I dont get ny nails done very often, but when I do I ask for Tanya! She is amazing! She did my mani/pedi twice already and I was super happy both times! Once was a gel mani and it lasted 4 weeks looking great without any chips or peeling!

Finally, Key Biscayne has a wonderful, nails only professional salon. The furnishings are fresh and comfortable and the service terrific. Cassandra did a great mani/pedi and Im looking forward to going back.

First, this nail bar/salon is beautiful. The walls, tables and chairs are all white, so immediately my neat freak/germaphobe nature is put at ease. Its very clean!They have a large assortment of polish colors to choose from, and nice polish brands (OPI, Essie, and DND). They have their gel, infinite shine (7-12 day polish), and regular polishes all on display by color together which looks really pretty and takes the guess work out of the is there a regular polish for my toes to match this gel color and vice versa question of a lifetime.Second, I feel like fate brought me to this salon on a Sunday late afternoon because the manicurist, Cassandra, was the only person there. She squeezed me in for a color change between appointments, thankfully!Cassandra expertly and quickly shaped and polished my nails. She made lovely conversation and was very professional and polite. She also educated me about my nails. I could tell she really cares about the health of my nails.Like you, Ive been to a ton of nail salons and spas. Some are nice and clean, but they dont do a great job of actually manicuring/pedicuring, polishing and communicating. Others are not very friendly, but do a great job of going to town on nails. Its rare when you find a nice, clean, comfortable salon with lovely, knowledgeable, and expertly skilled staff.If you live in Key Biscayne or Miami or if youre on vacation, I highly recommend neonail bar, especially Cassandra. Call ahead to make an appointment, though!

Great service and staff

The customer service is very bad, they give you appointments, they dont tell you if they give it to you for another time. I lost an hour of time waiting and they kept passing me, previously I had my feet done and it lasted two DAYS and the polish was very, very poor quality.

Excellent place. I love Juli, although all the workers are great. I highly recommend it.
